Have you been on the lookout for a living, breathing Harry Potter cast member to call your own? If so, you’re in luck because an adorable actor who appeared onscreen in Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban is looking for a new home. Hint: It’s not Daniel Radcliffe.
“For John Gotti Sr, you need a man’s man to play that role,” critiqued former mobster Lewis Kasman about John Travolta’s casting in the upcoming crime-boss biopic from Barry Levinson . “He’s a thug, so you need someone who’s a thug… a guy who grew up in that life.” Apparently, Travolta’s Oscar-nominated Saturday Night Fever performance doesn’t hold much weight among the mob set either: “John Gotti Sr. never danced a dance in his life.” [ Daily Mail ]
A few years ago if you told me you had pictures of Britney Spears holding a pistol wearing a pair of leather short shorts I wouldn’t have batted an eye, I would assume that was just another saturday night for the girl. Remember, that’s when she was all out of her mind crazy. Good times. But she’s supposed to be all cleaned up and on the right track again so I’m guessing this is part of some crappy acting she insisted on doing for her latest music video. What ever happened to popstars in tiny little hooker outfits shaking their booty with a bunch of sweaty hotties. Now those were music videos.
JT ‘might write songs about putting things in boxes,’ but ‘he … definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them,’ co-stars’ statement reads. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis in “Friends With Benefits” Photo: Glen Wilson/ Sony Pictures Last week, the Internet was buzzing with news that nude photos of Justin Timberlake and Mila Kunis had leaked. Although the reportedly scandalous four photos never actually hit the Net, one was said to feature Kunis in a bathtub, while Timberlake appeared in another two. The “Friends With Benefits” co-stars, however, are laughing it all off. “At no time did Mr. Timberlake and Ms. Kunis exchange inappropriate texts or emails. … The insistence that there is any inappropriate correspondence between the two parties is entirely false, ” a lengthy statement to People reads. The co-stars go on to add, “We would like to confirm that the photo addressed in the media of Ms. Kunis was in fact not from any phone but from an inactive email account that has not existed in three years. In regards to the other photos in question, they were never exchanged between the two parties.” Like Scarlett Johansson, whose private nude pics recently hit the Net, the actors are working with authorities to nail down the hackers who gained possession of their personal photos. But Kunis and Timberlake also showed they have a sense of humor, writing, “In closing, Mr. Timberlake would like us to make it clear that while he might write songs about putting things in boxes, he never has and definitely doesn’t make a habit of taking any photos of them and sending them,” referring to Timberlake ‘s hit “Saturday Night Live” sketch “D— in a Box.” Ms. Kunis would like us to add that while she is a fan of the song, she does not have nor has ever had photos of any male parts in her possession.” In the 2006 “SNL” sketch, Justin joins castmember Andy Samberg and his Lonely Island crew for a song about giving their loved ones the gift of “themselves” for the holidays. Watch the singer’s acoustic version of “The Sound of Silence” now. Paul Simon – The Sound of Silence (9/11 Memorial) Said Mayor Michael Bloomberg at the event: “Although we can never un-see what happened here, we can also see that children who lost their parents have grown into young adults, grandchildren have been born and good works and public service have taken root to honor those we loved and lost.”
‘I don’t ever want to stop doing music,’ JT tells U.K. magazine. By James Montgomery Justin Timberlake in his “SexyBack” music video Photo: Jive If he had his way, Justin Timberlake would probably be doing promo for the follow-up to 2006’s FutureSex/LoveSounds right about now; it’s just that these pesky movie roles keep getting in the way. That’s the takeaway from a new interview Timberlake gave to British magazine Timberlake’s musical output with the group at a restaurant he co-owns in New York City. But he maintains that he never really decided to put his solo career on the shelf. It just sort of shook out that way, much to the dismay of his fans, who have begun making impassioned (and slightly profane) pleas for his return . “The only conscious decision I made was that I didn’t want to do a movie about a musician, because I felt like that was presumptuous,” he told the magazine. “If ‘Bad Teacher’ had come out before ‘The Social Network,’ it may have curbed it a bit because people got used to seeing me on ‘Saturday Night Live’ and thought, ‘Well, he’s kind of funny.’ I never cared about being taken seriously as a musician.” So, when can fans expect to hear new music from Timberlake? Well, from the sound of things, it may be a while. For the immediate future, he’s focused on just disappearing for a while. “I have nothing on my plate for the rest of the year. I’m getting sick of me,” Timberlake said. “I realize that I’m in a really lucky place because, to be honest, I don’t think I’m that good. I just want to make the right choices. You get to a certain age where you don’t feel the need to be validated by your choices in your career. I want to be validated more by choices in my personal life.” Related Photos The Evolution Of: Justin Timberlake Related Artists Justin Timberlake
Michelle McGee is back, and she’s dropping some bombshells on Jesse James and Kat Von D. The face-tattooed woman who slept with James during his marriage to Sandra Bullock told a New Zealand radio station this week that she knew the moment her relationship with the biker was over: when he cried over Bullock’s speech at the Oscars. “What a croc of s–t,” she said of that night. “He had crocodile tears. It was pathetic. I sat there and said, ‘That guy has been lying to me this entire time.’ So we’ve never spoke since then.” Referring to James as a “typical pig,” McGee also takes exception to his labeling of his main private part as “Vanilla Gorilla.” The dude is only “average,” Michelle says, and she ought to know: Bombshell is in New Zealand for the Erotica Expo. As for Kat Von D, who felt the wrath of James’ cheating unit ? McGee simply says “I told you so” and refers to her as “Kat Von Dude.” Ouch!!! [Photos: WENN.com]
