Court documents claim the 78-year-old POS suspected his wife, who suffers from severe dementia, of stepping out on their marriage. When Kephart questioned his wife, she confessed about the 50-year-old dalliance. Paramedics took Mrs. Kephart to Shady Grove Adventist Hospital in Rockville where staff performed a sexual assault forensic exam, which revealed torn internal flesh. During a hospital room interview, Mrs. Kephart told detectives she is terribly afraid of her husband because he routinely hits and “burns her with fire.” She went on to confess that she “hates him”, charging documents state. The wife is a very sick woman. She is not moving, she is on oxygen, she needs help to do her regular things in life and the guy is just really fed up.” ABC 7 News has learned Kephart works as a bus aide for Montgomery County Public Schools, serving children with special needs; a job he has held for the last 15 years. Kephart is based out of the Shady Grove Depot. Although his name is still listed on MCPS’ website, spokesman Dana Tofig said Kephart is currently on unpaid administrative leave, and consequently, will not be riding on any school busses when classes commence next week. He may be damn near 80 but they need to throw that azz under the jail!
