Rapper allegedly pushed the victim out of his car after she refused to go to a hotel with him. The Atlanta rapper was arrested Friday (April 8) and charged with a misdemeanor count of battery for allegedly pushing a woman out of a moving vehicle back in January. WSB-TV Atlanta is reporting that Gucci (born Radric Davis) was arrested while visiting his probation officer at the Georgia Department of Corrections Probation Office by the DeKalb County Fugitive Squad. MTV News obtained the incident report from the DeKalb County police, and the details are eye-opening. On the morning of January 28, the victim, a a 36-year-old Atlanta resident, was at the South DeKalb Mall when she was approached by a male driving a white Hummer who turned out to be Gucci Mane. The victim says Gucci asked if she wanted to get breakfast and she entered the vehicle after agreeing. However, once in the vehicle, Gucci allegedly offered the victim $150 to “go to the hotel.” It is when she refused and asked to be returned to the mall that the rapper allegedly leaned over to open the passenger side door and proceeded to shove her out of the car, after several tries, while the vehicle was in motion. According to the report, the victim “had redness on her left side/back area.” Although she had never met the “Lemonade” rapper before, she stated that she was familiar with his music and “recognized an ‘ice cream cone’ tattoo on the suspect’s face.” According to Mekka Parrish of the DeKalb County Police Department, the warrant stemmed from an April 1 court date, where it was likely issued. These latest charges may lead to another jail sentence for Gucci Mane, who was released from Fulton County Jail after serving six months of a yearlong sentence for a parole violation on an aggravated assault conviction . Although the crime he is currently charged with is a misdemeanor, Gucci will probably be charged with violating his parole again. Well, damn… OYCE, Wash. — Authorities in Washington state said a man who called 911 to report that his wife had collapsed apparently suffered a heart attack and died as he was trying to revive her. The Clallam County Sheriff’s Office said when deputies and medics arrived eight minutes later on Wednesday night at the home near Joyce, they found the man slumped over her body. He apparently had been attempting CPR. Both died. He was 60. She was 59. Their names weren’t released because family members had not been told. The Peninsula Daily News reported the deaths appear to be from natural causes and no crime is suspected. R.I.P. to this loving couple. Sad story. Tice, a breakfast cook, allegedly swiped the items in January after breaking into a utility trailer owned by a couple for whom he then worked. Tice also allegedly pinched two laptop computers and a wig, according to a Monroe County Sheriff’s Office report excerpted here. Tice was linked to the theft after his girlfriend, Pshantel Scott, told detectives that her beau “had placed a bag of dildo’s (sex toys) under their bed.” Scott, 38, added that Tice told her he stole the sex toys “from his boss’s trailer.” Scott turned over the hot items, which “were placed into property.” The sex toys were later shown to the restaurant owners, who “positively identified the items as theirs.” Charged with felony burglary and two misdemeanor counts, Tice is being held in lieu of $4000 bond at a county lockup.
