I’m not sure if these rumors about Jessica Simpson getting engaged so quickly because she’s pregnant are true or not, but she sure seems to look like she’s eating for two. Maybe it’s just a bulky jacket or maybe it’s the half dozen chilly cheese dogs she had for lunch, we’ll never know, but I’m not a fan of it. At the very least wear something that will show off your new fat cleavage and maybe we’ll be distracted enough not to notice the soon to be Rosie O’Donnell inspired gut. Disappointing.

Tears of joy. They flowed from the face of Jessica Simpson after Eric Johnson, her boyfriend of less than six months, proposed to her November 11. Opening up about her recent engagement during a Monday appearance on The Early Show , Simpson called Johnson’s proposal “a total surprise.” “I had to sit on his knee; I was too shocked to really get what was happening.” Eric Johnson will soon become Mr. Jessica Simpson . What was her reaction when Johnson, a Yale graduate and former NFL tight end, presented her with a ruby, diamond and gold Neil Lane sparkler? “I first said ‘Yes!'” Simpson told Harry Smith, giggling. “I didn’t even try the ring on for 5 minutes,” she adds . “I just sat there and cried with him.” Guess she didn’t pay for it herself then. She says she loves that Johnson went the unconventional route with her new sparkler, choosing the ruby, her birthstone, to make it stand out. “I’ve already done the traditional thing,” she sniffed of her ring from first husband Nick Lachey, who’s also newly engaged to Vanessa Minnillo . “I wanted to do something that was different.” She says Eric “had a plan a long time ago” to propose. “He had a [sit-down] with my mom and dad about it… He was a gentleman about it.” Eric is “the best man in my life… He is really thoughtful. Keeps me very centered. [He always] makes me feel like my feet are on the ground.'” “He’s the most special part of my life and my day.” All together now … AWWW!

She used to be one of the hottest women around and deserves a little more respect. Here she is in her fanciest fat girl dress walking around town the other night like, well, a fat chick. It’s pretty rare that I find pictures of Ashlee Simpson that are sexy enough to put up on the site, but that’s exactly what’s happening today. Here she is walking around showing off more than a little leg in her short short jumpsuit combination. I’m impressed. She’s also giving us a tasty peek at her bikini top bra and skinny girl cleavage. It’s nice to see that at least one Simpson sister feels the need to stay skinny, it’s just too bad it’s the wrong one.

Knowing that Jessica Simpson was on vacation somewhere beachy, we saw her holiday chubcakes earlier, I was hoping to see her in a bikini horsing around with her new douche. These pictures are a good start. She’s not wearing anything too revealing, but we get a fairly good idea as to what’s going on in the front meat section. Not to mention the fact that she gives us a nice little bent over booty shot, hopefully as a sign of what’s to come.
