When they blocked her exit, she was not pleased. “Back it up,” RiRi snapped. “Back it the f**k up!” Rihanna Flips Out on Fans Earlier, when one fan tried to follow the singer into her hotel, Chris Brown ‘s former flame stared her down and pushed her away without a word. Not that Rihanna fans are turned off by her ‘tude. After watching her diss that particular girl, the rest of the crowd burst out into laughter and applause, with one eyewitness even yelling, “She’s so cute!”

Andrea Sneiderman was led out of a DeKalb County (Ga.) Superior Court in handcuffs after being sentenced to five years in prison this week. Andrea Sneiderman Convicted of Perjury Her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, was gunned down and killed in the parking lot of a day care facility in 2010 after taking his son to class there. A jury found Sneiderman guilty Monday of nine of 13 felony counts, including perjury and making false statements to police during their investigation. Lawyers for Sneiderman talked Tuesday of seeking an appeal of the verdict and getting her before the parole board in as little as two months. “We believe we have multiple grounds for appeal,” said Doug Chalmers of his client’s prospects. “This is a fight Andrea Sneiderman is going to win.” Prosecutors alleged that Andrea Sneiderman had had an affair with her former boss at GE Energy, Hemy Neuman, who was convicted of fatally shooting Rusty Sneiderman. Andrea Sneiderman did not testify, but her testimony during Neuman’s trial played a role in her conviction. She testified in Neuman’s trial against the advice of many. “I was shocked when the prosecution began attacking me,” she said. “I fought back, and I tried to defend myself. I’m embarrassed when I watch the tape of my testimony.” Sneiderman and her supporters had asked the judge for leniency after the prosecution sought a prison sentence of 20 years. It was not to be. She got five years on each count, which are set to run concurrently. “No one’s ever gone to prison for perjury,” said J. Tom Morgan, one of Sneiderman’s attorneys. “It is even lower than the lowest level on the grid.” Sneiderman showed no emotion as she was being led out after a morning of testimony by her and others. She said her only regret was allowing Neuman into her life. “I never thought Mr. Neuman was capable of murder,” she lamented. “The line of appropriate conduct was blurred,” she acknowledged, while insisting there was never any sexual contact between the two. “I thought I could handle him. I thought he was a man just being a man.” The brother of Rusty Sneiderman said his sister-in-law deserves it. “She thinks she’s special, but she’s not,” Steve Sneiderman said. “She’s a common criminal. She lied to her family. She lied to her friends. She lied to Rusty.” “Without her lies and betrayal to her death, Rusty would still be here with his children,” he said. “A very special man is gone because of her actions.”

A source says the couple definitely has “mutual attraction” which has “led to some hangouts … but they are not exclusive.” At least not right now. Basically, not quite at the song-writing-alert level yet … but there is potential. Meek Mill, Fabolous And French Montana Rip Off Charity Via NY Daily News reports: French Montana may sing about how he worries about nothin’ — but the blinged-out rapper and other hip hop stars defrauded an uptown promoter who was then forced to scrub his fundraising show, the producer told the News. Our Firefighters Children’s Foundation shelled out $48,500 to rappers Montana, Fabolous and Meek Mill and VH1 reality star Olivia Longott to perform at a “stop the violence” concert slated for Saturday. But the singers violated a non-compete clause in their contract with foundation CEO John Ruiz — signing up to perform a similar show in the same month, Ruiz said. As a result, Ruiz says his ticket sales cratered and he canceled the show. In the end, he sold just 200 ducats, far from the 3,300-seat capacity of the United Palace Theater — and he says he’s out $120,000. “The contract said they couldn’t perform within 30 days of my concert in a 80-mile radius,” said Ruiz. “They didn’t do what they were supposed to do. “Once they got the money, they were gone,” added Ruiz, who runs the nonprofit out of his apartment in the Taft Houses. “They don’t care about stopping the violence.” Ruiz, a 59-year-old former FDNY firefighter, will rally Saturday at the mammoth Washington Heights theater to call for a boycott the rappers. “We wanted to spread the message about violence. The youth look up to these rap stars,” Ruiz said. So the way to combat violence is by having a concert with rapper that talk about violence and handing out fades?

Kanye is having a G.O.O.D. day. Kanye West Will Not Face Felony Charges For LAX Attack Looks like Kanye is in the clear with this one, but dude needs anger management ASAP. According to Los Angeles Times Rapper Kanye West won’t face any felony charges over his altercation with a photographer at Los Angeles International Airport. The Los Angeles County district attorney’s office on Friday declined to file felony assault and attempted robbery charges against the singer and referred the issue to the L.A. city attorney to see if the incident warranted a misdemeanor charge. West, who has long maintained a hostile stance toward paparazzi and even rapped about his contempt for the media, was captured on video July 19 wrestling the photographer to the ground. Deputy Dist. Atty Amy-Hannah Broersma wrote that West and “attacked a freelance photographer” who was subsequently treated for contusion and muscle strain at Marina del Rey Hospital. She wrote that the case was declined after investigators from the LAPD’s Robbery-Homicide Division presented the case and a video of the incident was reviewed. The prosecutor said an attempted robbery charged was declined because there was insufficient evidence of any “specific intent.” She added that felony assault charges were rejected because the victim did not sustain significant injuries. The prosecutor noted the victim’s camera was not booked into evidence and “it is unknown whether it was damaged, therefore vandalism charges were not considered.” The singer’s lawyer has insisted that West was simply trying to stop the photographer from taking a picture. A video shows West emerging from the airport and heading toward a waiting car. He then stops and appears to get into an argument with one of numerous photographers on scene. The video, obtained by TMZ, shows West grabbing the photographer. He appears to have the photographer in a headlock as he forces him to the ground. While a camera is between the pair, his lawyer told authorities the video shows he never grabbed it. As long as Kanye has his hands full with North…..the world is safe.
