Katherine Webb is about to get all wet. The 23-year old beauty has signed on for Splash , the ABC celebrity diving (yes, celebrity diving) competition that kicks off on March 19. But in an interview this morning with Ryan Seacrest, Webb admitted she preferred a different reality show is given the choice. “If I were to do any show it would have been Dancing With the Stars just because I love dancing,” Webb said. “I don’t know the technicalities on that, but I know that I was on the list I think, but I had a secured spot for celebrity diving so I went ahead with diving.” That’s still not bad for someone the celebrity gossip world had not heard of until January 7, when Webb’s face showed up on the telecast of the BCS national championship game and announcer Brent Musberger gushed over her appearance. But Musberger, along with every male in America, is in for some bad news: Webb is very content with Crimson Tide quarterback AJ McCarron. “When you find yourself with someone that you really can see yourself with, like, you know it,” Webb told Seacrest. “I knew in the first two weeks that we were going to be together for a long time. Love kind of takes over and you start talking about the future…so yeah, [marriage] is definitely something that I want.”

This really is not Justin Bieber’s week. First, the singer was accused of cheating on Selena Gomez while smoking pot in December with someone named Mimi Jenson . Then, a radio host in Charlotte said Bieber was really mean to her at the gym. Now, Canadian cops are actually investigating a complaint by a woman who was in the vicinity of Bieber backstage at a November concert in Ottawa. TMZ sources say Bieber was horsing around with his very young brother and sister when one of his Nerf darts hit this bystander. She proceeded to flip out and file a police report over the incident. For whatever reason, the Canadian mounties are taking this report seriously enough to confer with witnesses and attempt to get to the bottom of the attack. The accidental Nerf gun attack, we must once again emphasize.

Shakira has given birth to her first child. For real this time! A few weeks after Gerard Piqué pranked fans and claimed the singer had welcomed a son into the world, the couple confirmed today that Milan Piqué Mebara was born in Barcelona. He weighed in at 6 lbs, 6 oz. and mother and child are both in excellent condition. Wrote Shakira on her website: “The name Milan (pronounced MEE-lahn), means dear, loving and gracious in Slavic; in Ancient Roman, eager and laborious; and in Sanskrit, unification. Just like his father, baby Milan became a member of FC Barcelona at birth.” Shakira and Piqué announced their pregnancy in September and their child’s gender a month later. Hollywood’s most random feud has come to an end. A few days after telling Vulture he’d rather his son never date Taylor Swift – before sarcastically praising the singer’s method of writing hit songs about ex-boyfriends – Michael J. Fox has reached out to the artist. “Hey everybody, Michael J. Fox got in touch with me today and we are good,” Swift Tweeted last night. “Thank you for having my back.” That was all Taylor had to say on the subject, which is just the latest setback in what has been a rough start for her in 2013. Already in the new year, Swift has been referred to as too prude for Harry Styles , and possibly gotten rejected by Bradley Cooper . But, hey, it can only get better from here!
