Pamela Anderson Covers Playboy… With a Poem!

Pamela Anderson posing on the cover of Playboy is about as rare an occasion as Dina Lohan passing up an open microphone. Indeed, the former Baywatch star graces the front of her 13th issue this month, but there is something different about the January 2011 edition of the men’s magazine: it’s the first to include a poem by the actress. Along with an eight-page nude pictorial, Anderson pens the following words inside the issue: “Our best isn’t good enough – right now our eyes are far-reaching. Please let’s show the good in us… The brilliance… The wonderful… It’s abundant – it’s just not tapped as it should be.” Anderson also has a profound message for President Barack Obama: So many are with you… I can think of many positive parts of now.. That you spearheaded. “May all your bombs be bombshells.” Truer, less clear words have never been spoken by someone posing with her clothes off in Playboy for the 13th time.

The Situation Accused of Cyber-Jacking Shirtless Painting

Jersey Shore star The Situation (Mike Sorrentino) has been accused of posting an image online without the creator’s consent … feel ya on that, Sitch! Celeste Gillis, an artiste, created the wonderful shirtless painting of The Situation you see below. She contacted him on Facebook last month about it. It’s a decision she likely regrets in light of the current situation. Celese immortalized Mike on canvas and told him that he could either purchase the work for a price … or else credit her art website on his Facebook page. Instead, Sitch posted it without doing either. But he did add a caption: “THE MAN THE MYTH THE LEGEND.” Wait, that has nothing to do with the artist either. Hilariously, Gillis says she never asked him to take down the pic … because she didn’t think he would understand copyright laws. Probably pretty spot on.

How To End The War On The Car: Recognize It Is A Win-Win Situation

In Toronto , the new Mayor thinks roads belong to trucks and cars , and thinks bike lanes slow them down. He calls bike lanes and streetcars a “war on the car.” In fact, there is some evidence of exactly the opposite; in many cases, a person on a bike might otherwise be taking up road space in a car. In New York , the investment in bike lanes has resulted in a 13% increase in usage last year, and an 88% increase in the last three years. According to

Chelsea Handler Defends Her Angelina Jolie ‘Tirade’

‘I’ve been making fun of Angelina Jolie since she made out with her brother,’ comedienne joked on her talk show. By Eric Ditzian Chelsea Handler Photo: Jason LaVeris/ FilmMagic Perhaps it was a slow news day, but somehow the week kicked off amid widespread reports of Chelsea Handler bad-mouthing Angelina Jolie. At a stand-up performance over the weekend, Handler called out the Oscar-nominee for being a “homewrecker.” That’s the sort of girl-vs-girl throw-down the Web gobbles up with glee. Handler, it seems, had just returned from vacation with her pal Jennifer Aniston — who, of course, was once married to Brad Pitt, before he went off and got together with Jolie — and came out swinging onstage. The comedy bit became Monday morning news fodder and delivered the rather entertaining sight of the ladies from “The View” discussing the incident alongside former secretary of state Condoleezza Rice. On Monday night, Handler responded to the supposed contretemps on her E! show, “Chelsea Lately.” “They were talking about me on ‘The View,’ talking about me and my Angelina Jolie tirade,” she said. “Can I just say that I’ve been making fun of Angelina Jolie since she made out with her brother?” Did Handler go over the line, or is she guilty of nothing more than unfortunate, post-vacation timing? According to the comedian, she’s been popping off similar material for years. “That’s why she stole someone’s husband — because she’s hot and she has crazy sex and she cuts herself,” she said during the stand-up performance. Whatever the case, the story took off and Handler took to her show to defend herself, declaring that she’s realized one thing from the situation. “If I’ve learned nothing from this, it’s to write new jokes,” she said. What do you think of Handler’s comments about Angelina Jolie? Tell us in the comments.

Creepy Shadow Monsters Attack in the Vanishing on 7th Street Trailer

Like many other characters before him, Hayden Christensen walks out one day (presumably onto 7th street) to find his city completely abandoned. Maybe he’s seen 28 Days Later or I am Legend , and feels prepared for the situation and even a bit bored with it at first. I sure did. But then the situation gets more ominous, and soon he finds out he’s not dealing with vampires, zombies or even vampire-zombies, but with merciless shadow monsters.

Michael Jackson’s Michael: A Track-By-Track Preview

Posthumous album has its moments, but seems to be missing MJ’s magic touch. By Jayson Rodriguez Michael Jackson’s Michael Photo: Epic Records Whether or not you’re happy about it, a new Michael Jackson album is arriving December 14. And while the beleaguered pop superstar died before the project could be completed, a team of producers who Jackson was working with over the past five years helped finish the collection, taking unfinished demos and crafting them into songs for Michael, the first posthumous set from MJ. The album is equal parts eagerly anticipated and highly controversial, with some fans and artists, including will.i.am , lashing out over the material. Last week, MTV News listened to a preview of Michael, featuring contributions from 50 Cent, Teddy Riley and Lenny Kravitz, among others. The LP was thrilling at times but suffered at other points without the King of Pop’s magic touch. 1. “Hold My Hand” (featuring Akon) This sweeping number, also produced by Akon, is as updated as MJ could ever sound without being present; the track honors Jackson’s vocals, leaving the track to serve as the sound bed to his soaring voice. 2. “Hollywood Tonight” A dated sound makes the Teddy Riley-produced number sound like a discarded contribution to Jackson’s Blood on the Dance Floor: HIStory in the Mix collection. 3. “Keep Your Head Up” The-Dream’s right-hand man, producer Christopher “Tricky” Stewart, serves Jackson a track that’s bakery-fresh, making for a song as stirring as “Heal the World.” 4. “(I Like) The Way You Love Me” Former Ne-Yo producer Theron “Neff-U” Feemster leaves MJ’s legacy in apt hands, as the Grammy-winning musician cooks up a track that’s as thrilling as anything the explosive star has ever sang. 5. “Monster” (featuring 50 Cent) This hard-charging track is as aggressive as “Scream” musically with its snappy drums and driving bass; “New Jack Swing” kingpin Teddy Riley adds just the right touch of boom-bap for 50 Cent to deliver his trademark taunts in tandem with MJ’s grunts. 6. “Best of Joy” This soaring number was one of the last tracks Jackson worked on during his lifetime while preparing for his comeback shows in London; the song reflects the spirited mood MJ was in, as it’s brimming with a liveliness not seen from the superstar since his first solo offerings. 7. “Breaking News” Overwrought with Jackson’s paranoia for the tabloid media and pumped with enough synthesized sounds to make the Situation turn in his glow stick, this one falls flat in comparison to the standout selections on the set. 8. “(I Can’t Make It) Another Day” (featuring Lenny Kravitz) Clashing sounds, from heavy guitar riffs to funky chords, make this track miss the mark despite the boundless possibilities in the pairing of Jackson and Kravitz. 9. “Behind the Mask” MJ sampled the Yellow Magic Orchestra’s track of the same name for this one, which shows promise but sounds like it could have used the Gloved One’s added attention. 10. “Much Too Soon” Overbearingly melancholy, this Jackson track pushes emotion onto the listeners when the singer’s sullen voice could have delivered without the leering musical attempt to draw out feeling. Cheryl Tweedy Makes Stupid Hats Look Hot

It takes a real beauty to pull off a bulky sweater with holes in it and a stupid looking winter hat, and Cheryl Tweedy is proof of that. Here she is out over the weekend dressed kinda like someone who makes there living gutting fish. Alright, so maybe she looks like someone who once played a character in a movie who made a living gutting fish, but you get my point. The woman is just hot. I wouldn’t have any trouble curling up to this on a cold winter night. Call me.

Nicole Scherzinger Should Wear A Hat

Nicole Scherzinger normally keeps herself looking pretty damn good, but I don’t know what the hell she was thinking when she did her hair like this. Way to ruin a perfectly good little body, I guess a baseball cap or a slutty cowgirl hat would fix this right up, but then she’d be hiding that pretty face of hers. There’s really no way out of this situation. I guess it could be worse, she could have put on fifty pounds. Show me your booty. more pictures of Nicole Scherzinger here
