Seriously one of the most ridiculous videos I have ever seen and I actually really liked it. A different approach to the song but definitely her most entertaining video yet. James Vanderbeek. The 9 Best Black Sitcom Theme Songs

This is definitely a list that will walk you down memory lane. Even if the song didn’t have words, we knew the melody. For all the talk of how great some of these sitcoms were, we mustn’t forget the very first reason we tuned in was to dance or sing or rap along to the song played during the opening credits. Here are nine of our favorite sitcom theme songs. Sidenote: ‘Martin’ wasn’t on the list but we thought it should definitely be honorable mention.

Lady Gaga’s ‘Born This Way’ Teaches Fans To ‘Be Proud’

‘Everything that she’s about is in that song,’ one fan says of the single. By Jocelyn Vena, with additional reporting by Vaughn Schoonmaker Lady Gaga Photo: Kevin Mazur/ WireImage Fans have been donning their best Lady Gaga costumes for the first three stops on the latest leg of her Monster Ball Tour , and MTV News has been there all the way. Gaga’s dedicated Little Monsters have been turning out in droves to see their Mother Monster belt out her hits, including her latest smash, the anthemic disco number “Born This Way.” Fans told MTV News that the song’s feel-good message has resonated with them. “I think it’s fantastic that she decided to put that song out first before any other more noteworthy songs she might have,” Juliana explained. “Because it meant something to her.” Lisa further explained that “it means no matter what you are, who you are, who you want to be, you just can’t help it, because you were born this way.” Meghan thinks “Born This Way” is a great track to pump yourself up with when you’re feeling low. “It means that no one should really be able to tell you who you can can’t be, because obviously you can’t change how you are,” she said. “And you should just express that.” Kristen added: “Nobody should discriminate you for anything. Just be who you are, be proud and that’s it.” Mon Cheri boiled down what the song means to her: “Do what you want to do! I mean, keep it real, keep it safe and keep it legal, but you got to do you, hon.” Not only does the song have a great message, but as Alicia pointed out, it also is awesome to dance to. “It’s just perfect. … Everything that she’s about is in that song,” she said. “And it has an amazing, catchy beat, as usual.” Marie said the tune sums up what Lady Gaga is all about: “It’s everything she says in interviews all wrapped up into a song.” What do you think of “Born This Way”? Rihanna, Kanye West Bring ‘All Of The Lights’ To All-Star Game

Duo perform hit new single at half-time of NBA super contest. By Shawn Adler Rihanna and Kanye West perform during the NBA All-Star Game Photo: Getty Images Hometown hero Kobe Bryant may have blistered the Eastern Conference during the first half of Sunday night’s (February 20) NBA All-Star Game, but it took Rihanna , Drake, and Kanye West to bring the Los Angeles crowd to their feet, with a rollicking performance during half-time of the gala sporting event. Wearing a jet black ensemble and flanked on either side by string instrumentalists, RiRi opened the set with an orchestral arrangement of her hit “Umbrella,” before segueing into the faster tempo of “Only Girl” and “Rude Boy.” Rihanna was joined on stage for her fourth song when collaborator and rumored former paramour Drake jumped up from the audience to sing the duo’s hit “What’s My Name.” The rapper might have even scored the most points of the night by managing to work “Happy Birthday” into the song’s lyrics for Rihanna, who was celebrating turning 23-years-old.

Kanye West’s ‘All Of The Lights’ Video Premieres

Rihanna and Kid Cudi are featured in Hype Williams-directed clip. By Alvin Blanco Kanye West Photo: Noel Vasquez/ Getty Images Kanye West surprised fans by releasing his video for “All of the Lights” from his platinum-selling album My Beautiful Dark Twisted Fantasy. Instead of extensive pre-promotion and hype, the video was announced only about an hour or so before it was set to debut Saturday (February 19). The clip is directed by Hype Williams and features appearances from Rihanna and Kid Cudi. Williams is a favorite of West’s; the filmmaker has directed a number of the Chicago rapper’s videos, including “Stronger,” “Can’t Tell Me Nothing,” “Amazing” and their first collabo “Diamonds From Sierra Leone.” The video begins in black-and-white with the camera following a young girl who is presumably heading out to school. After about a minute, a brightly lit graphic montage of the song’s lyrics and names of the video’s participants begin flashing across the screen. This portion of the video is an homage to the opening credits of Gaspar No
