10 Shocking Facts About The Unprecedented Environmental Horror In The Gulf Of Mexico

More than a month after it began, oil continues to gush rapidly into the Gulf of Mexico from a damaged BP oil well. The environmental damage from this oil spill is going to be absolutely unprecedented in U.S. history. In fact, it is now becoming apparent that the region surrounding the Gulf of Mexico may not recover from this environmental horror in our lifetimes. Yes, that is how bad it really is. As Americans, we like to talk a good game about how we want to save the environment, but the truth is that we are doing more to harm the environment than anyone else. Jihadis crossing into the US from Mexico

It is stories such as this that once again remind us how important is to protect the Southern flank. Clearly we are dealing with a double edged sword on our southern border. The Mexican Cartels establish the drug smuggling corridors into our country (over half through the Arizona border) and in the end it is all about money. If Hezbollah, or Pakistani Al Qaeda terrorist offer up the cash these violent cartels will have no problem interfacing with them, even if they are aware that the terrorists are hell bent on destroying our miserable house within. Another solid argument for military being on our border. No totalitarian ideology goes away quietly. Islam will be no exception to this rule. But unlike Marxism and fascism, with Islam the West has actually invited followers of this particular Total Belief System (a la Hugh here) into its midst most willingly, constituting what is arguably the single stupidest action in the entire history of Western Civilization. added by: crystalman

German Boy Paid €17,100 Protection Money To School Bullies

A German boy of age 12, from Aalen, a town in the southern German state of Baden-Württemberg, allegedly stole money from his parents to pay “protection money” to school bullies who threatened to attack him. According to The Daily Telegraph, the boy handed over €17,100 equivalent to £14,700 after he was told that his older brother would physically assault him if he failed to deliver the cash. It apparently began in March in the town where the boy lives. “Because the older brother is known not to be a softie, the boy was really frightened and always delivered the money,” said a police spokesman. According to German police the bullies acted individually asking for “protection money” or threatening violence if the boy would not pay. The victim’s parents used to keep large amounts of cash around the house and did not notice the money being taken, German authorities have claimed. Police said that only a small amount of the money had been recovered. Most of the cash was reportedly spent on clothes and computer games. The bullies, who are all aged 11 or 12, cannot be prosecuted because they are too young. German Boy Paid €17,100 Protection Money To School Bullies is a post from: Daily World Buzz Continue reading
