Audrina Patridge Dancing With The Boobs

Here’s Audrina Patridge leaving another fake boobie filled rehearsal for the new season of Dancing With The Stars . I’m still not sure if I’m going to watch this crap, I don’t think I can sit through it, I want to see her ‘talents’ bouncing around the stage in sexy outfits, but I don’t want to have to watch or listen to anything that has to do with Dancing With The Stars . It’s quite a dilemma. Can I program my Tivo to record her with the sound off in slow motion? I need a nerd.

Justin Bieber’s Triple-Threat VMA Performance: Making The Show

Best New Artist winner was incredibly hands-on, weighing in on his dancers, drum kit and leather lettermen jackets before the big show. By Jocelyn Vena Justin Bieber rehearses for the 2010 VMAs Photo: John Shearer/ WireImage Before Justin Bieber even hit the stage for rehearsal at L.A. Live on the Friday before the VMAs, you could feel the energy in the air. And once the teen pop star actually began rehearsing, it became clear Bieber’s Video Music Awards performance would be influenced by the “A Hard Day’s Night”-inspired VMA promo he shot. Bieber first did a rough run-through of a medley of his hits “U Smile,” “Baby” and “Somebody to Love.” Then he stepped out of a chauffeured red-and-white ’57 Chevy, followed by a gaggle of female fans — an obvious reference to the Beatles. When Justin took to the stage, he wanted to make sure he got everything right: from the way his drum kit sounded to the way his dancers hit their marks to the look of his leather jackets for the show. With the girls surrounding the stage as they watched Bieber rehearse, the driven, hard-working teen proved he would be hands-on and involved in every detail. What was perhaps most surprising was that his outdoor rehearsal went virtually unnoticed by anyone other than those involved with the practice session. While Bieber seemed to be nailing an engaging first VMA performance, Kim Kardashian could be heard teasing about their “romance” in a hilarious voiceover. As the hour-and-a-half-long rehearsal progressed, fans did eventually turn up — one even shouted to Bieber, “Follow me on Twitter!” — but the scene around the barricaded stage area remained relatively chill. Justin made sure to remind fans of one thing: “What’s up, everybody? I love you!” The rehearsal ended with Bieber at the drums, closing out “Somebody to Love,” with black and red confetti falling from the sky. It remained entangled in the trees right through Sunday, when yet more confetti came down on the Best New Artist winner. The Moonmen have all been handed out and the stars have gone home, but there’s plenty of 2010 MTV Video Music Awards news, interviews, behind-the-scenes scoop, party reports and more still to come, so keep it locked on MTVNews.com. Linkin Park’s Epic VMA Performance: Making The Show

We look back at the detailed rehearsal that made ‘The Catalyst’ explode at L.A.’s Griffith Park Observatory. By James Montgomery Linkin Park perform at the 2010 VMAs Photo: John Shearer/ Wireimage.com LOS ANGELES — Much of the mystery surrounding Linkin Park’s Video Music Awards performance centered on just where it would be taking place. And though Internet sleuths had figured it out before the band even started rehearsing (you win this round, Buddyhead ), there was still the matter of the performance itself: Just what would LP do high atop Los Angeles at the Griffith Park Observatory ?

Lady Gaga Talks VMA Meat Suit With Ellen DeGeneres

‘I am the most judgment-free human being on the earth,’ singer tells vegan talk-show host. But on Sunday night, picking up her eighth award of the evening, for Video of the Year, Gaga took the stage in an equally gory getup, reprising the controversial “meat suit” she wore on the cover of Vogue Hommes Japan that drew fire from PETA. While the suit Gaga modeled at the show didn’t appear to contain any real cuts of meat (it was accessorized by meat boots, a meat hat and a meat purse she briefly handed to Cher while accepting the Moonman), the singer still felt it was necessary to explain her sartorial choice in order to clear up any controversy.

Taylor Swift’s All-Time Best VMA Moments

Since her debut just two years ago, Taylor Swift has had some memorable appearances at the big show. By Jocelyn Vena Taylor Swift performs at the 2010 VMAs Photo: John Shearer/ Wireimage.com Taylor Swift made a triumphant return to the VMA stage on Sunday night with a new ballad, which may or may not be directed at Kanye West, off her forthcoming October release, Speak Now. Dressed in a strapless, beige dress, Swift spilled her guts and forgave someone for wronging her in the past. This wasn’t Swift’s first time at the VMA rodeo , though. Her beginnings trace all the way back to 2008, when she was nominated for Best New Artist for her unrequited love ballad “Teardrops on My Guitar.” And while Swift wouldn’t end up taking home a Moonman that year, she did get the honor of being a co-host at the pre-show , and went public with her then beau, Joe Jonas. Swift had a pretty easygoing 2008 VMAs compared to what went down the following year. In 2009, she hit the carpet in a stunning, Grecian-draped silver-sparkled dress and won Best Female Video. We all know how that turned out, but she didn’t let it get her down. Mere minutes after accepting the award, she performed her winning song, “You Belong With Me.” Decked out in a hot red dress, exuberantly belting out her hit in a moving subway and on top of a taxi cab in the middle of Manhattan, Swift stood outside the Radio City Music Hall and almost made everyone forget about what happened earlier that night. That brings us to the 2010 VMAs, when Swift once again hit the stage. This time Swift, who was up for Best Female Video again, played her captivating new tune, which still has no official title. In it she sings, “I guess you really did it this time/ Left yourself in your war path/ Lost your balance on a tightrope/ Lost your mind trying to get it back.” While many had hoped West and Swift would take the stage together, it wasn’t to be. Well, there’s always the 2011 VMAs. The Moonmen have all been handed out and the stars have gone home, but there’s plenty of 2010 MTV Video Music Awards news, interviews, behind-the-scenes scoop, party reports and more still to come, so keep it locked on MTVNews.com. Taylor Swift’s Kanye West-Focused VMA Set Lights Up Twitter

Lady Gaga’s ‘Bad Romance’ Nabs Best Pop Video

The win adds to the pop superstar’s dominating Moonman haul at 2010 Video Music Awards. By Rochell D. Thomas Lady Gaga accepts the Best Pop Video award during the 2010 MTV Video Music Photo: Kevin Winter/Getty Images Lady Gaga howled as she was escorted by a few burly handlers up to the podium to accept the Best Pop Video Moonman — her fourth trophy of the night at the 2010 VMAs . Having changed into a mountainous black strapless gown topped, this time, by spiked Mohawk peaks, the singer needed help getting to the stage, and once there she let out a “Yeah!” The cast of “Glee,” who presented the award, gathered around her. With 13 nominations and the prospect of several trips to the stage, Gaga added, “I didn’t really quite think all the wins through. This outfit is too heavy to walk in.” In the Best Pop Video category “Bad Romance” was, once again, up against serious competition, including B.o.B’s “Nothin’ on You” (featuring Bruno Mars), Beyonc

Nicki Minaj Makes Colorful Entrance On VMA Pre-Show

Spacesuit-clad Young Money honey performs ‘Your Love,’ ‘Check It Out’ with will.i.am in solo TV debut. By Gil Kaufman Nicki Minaj performs during the 2010 VMA pre-show Photo: MTV News When you’re making a live solo performance debut on TV, you have to make it count. And Young Money honey Nicki Minaj is not one to pull up short . Which explains why she poured herself into a pink-and-purple spacesuit topped by a cotton candy-colored wig for the MTV VMA pre-show run of her new single, “Check it Out.” Accompanied by two dancers in matching outfits, Nicki stood stock still like a futuristic superhero for the song’s intro, then began to wiggle her world-famous hips over the song’s sample of the iconic MTV launch-pad tune “Video Killed the Radio Star.” Tossing in some high kicks and plenty of looks at her ample assets, Minaj held onto a railing ringing the stage and shook it slow as guest will.i.am of the Black Eyed Peas strutted out to drop his verse. Dressed like a bondage cartoon character from the phantom zone, Will kicked it in a skin-hugging black leather suit with a Devo-like plastic high-top fade and white shades, pulsing back and forth alongside Minaj as the crowd shouted out their approval. “Dummies can’t touch me ’cause I’m floatin’ sky-high,” he rapped, as Nicki wore a sneer on her face and dropped into a double-time island patois with her hand on her hips. “The DunDun/ Yep, in London,” she rapped, shaking her head. “Competition/ Why yes I would love some.” But by the time she ended with a grimace frozen on her face, it was clear that Minaj had blown away any and all comers and set the stage for the night of unforgettable performances to come.
