The newest addition to RHOA was on Wendy Williams this week and spoke on a number of topics including her Bravo debut and her fellow housewives. Things got especially interesting however when Eva spoke on her “ Deuces” baby daddy Kevin McCall whose been an absent father in her daughter Marley Rae’s life. Eva once again affirmed that Marley’s real dad is her new husband Michael Sterling. “What’s amazing to me is that he thinks that biology is more important than being present,” said Eva. “Like, Marley knows her dad [Michael]. He picks her up from school. He gives her her life lessons. That’s her dad.” Not only that she also added that because of his “extremely dysfunctional behavior”, he’s not in a safe space for himself or others so he shouldn’t be around their baby girl. Back in January Eva told Essence that she has no relationship with Kevin and is keeping it that way. “We don’t have a relationship. He’s blocked on all my social media. I have full custody of my daughter and her dad is Michael Sterling, so he is a blast from the past and a memory. I do not let him affect my day-to-day in any shape, form or fashion, but I do pray him success, and moreso than anything, peace of mind. Marley is the priority, the biggest priority of my life, outside of my newest child and my fiancé. And at the end of the day, despite personal feelings, she deserves a level of stability, tranquility, and sanity. Upon passing along the shocking news yesterday that Kim Porter died at the young age of 47 , nearly every outlet referred to the model as Diddy’s ex-girlfriend. And this was an accurate description. But it’s also an incomplete one. According to TMZ, Porter and Diddy may have broken up for good in 2007 (following 13 years of off-and-on dating), but they remained very close in the decade-plus since. This was only natural and logical because they shared three kids together (twin girls born in 2006 and a son born in 1998), but insiders say the relationship went beyond a mere co-parenting arrangement. “They genuinely had love and affection for each other,” TMZ writes. This was evident to anyone who perused Porter’s Instagram page. Just over a week before she passed away, Porter posted a lengthy tribute to Diddy on the occasion of his 49th birthday. These same sources say Porter and Diddy celebrated holidays as a family, vacationed together and simply hung out on a frequent basis. Overall, there was never an extended period of time during which the exes were even on particularly bad terms. Heck, Diddy and Porter never even formalized a custody agreement; they simply worked around each other’s schedules and amicably figured out who would care for the kids when. It really is a tragedy all around. Porter was found dead at her Toluca Lake home Thursday following what appears to have been a cardiac arrest. She had reportedly recently gotten over pnuemonia and had contacted her doctor the day before because she felt ill — but no cause of death has been confirmed as of this writing. Porter leaves behind her and Diddy’s 20-year-old son Christian and 11-year-old daughters Jessie James and D’Lila, as well as 27-year-old Quincy, who’s dad is recorded artist Al B. Sure! “Diddy is devastated and shocked. “He and Kim were still very close friends and co-parents even though their romantic relationship didn’t work,” a source tells People Magazine, adding: “They were still a family.” That much appears evident. W hile Democrats made some noteworthy strides in last week’s midterm elections, the consensus seemed to be that the party has been going down the wrong path of politics as of late. And nowhere has that been more clear than among its leadership, which has suffered a series of missteps and blunders that may have contributed to Democrats not being as successful as they had hoped in the crucial elections. All of which likely explains the apparent internal revolution going on with the Democratic Party, which could emerge post-elections with new leadership. Ohio’s Rep. Marcia Fudge , a member of the Congressional Black Caucus (CBC), is one of the latest to hint at plans to compete for the coveted House Speaker post, telling the Huffington Post on Thursday that she’s “overwhelmed” by all the folks who want to see her challenge Pelosi’s leadership. “I don’t hate Nancy. I think Nancy has been a very good leader. I just think it’s time for a new one,” she said, adding that there are far more lawmakers who oppose Pelosi’s leadership than the 17 who signed a letter saying they won’t vote for her to continue as speaker in 2019. “I've not made a decision, I'm still thinking about it,” Rep. Shortly after Democrats won control of the House, the speaker began talking about the same bipartisanship that the Trump-led Republicans have avoided like the plague. Meanwhile, Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez also came under fire from the CBC. Caucus members passed a vote of no confidence on Wednesday against Perez who took over the DNC in February 2017. Perez praised Black women for leading the party to victory last year in key races in Virginia and Alabama. However, when it came to several Black women candidates in 2018 races, the party showed little support initially, like in the case of Ayanna Pressley . Yet those same Black women stepped up as voters and candidates alike to help the party regain control of the House. Zoe even tells us about how she couldn’t wait for the world to see her recreate her mother’s iconic pose for her latest magazine cover and the loved everyone’s reaction to seeing it. “It was really cool I had been really excited to share it with the world. I was excited to let it out there and it was cool that a lot of people were as excited as I was about it.” Zoe had to wait a couple of months for the world to see the art she did in honor of her mother. New cast member Claudia Kim felt like being plucked out of Korea and straight to Hollywood was magical while Ezra and Zoe love the magic of just living. The best was probably Jude Law who just love the wisteria in his garden, “My garden is pretty magical and particular the wisteria. I’m in love with the wisteria my girlfriend keeps finding my outside just staring at the wisteria because this thing just doesn’t stop growing.” Overall Fantastic Beasts and The Crimes Of Grindelwald is a fun movie that brings you deep into the Wizarding World and will leave you flabbergasted at the secret it tells. Eddie Redmayne and Katerine Waterston continue to make movie magic together in their own awkward way and when you add in Ezra Miller, Johnny Deep and Zoe Kravitz the chemistry really shines on screen.
