From USA Today (one of several news reports around the country on Friday): Here’s an ABC report showing frenzied shoppers rushing a mall in Indianapolis early Friday morning to buy the new $180 Air Jordan Retro XI shoes. Several shoppers are trampled. Those surging through the doors crawl right over them. My name’s Stephanie and I’m 17. My experience has to do with Massey Hall and the Home for the Holidays concert. It all started when Justin first tweeted he was coming home. Muchmusic announced the concert but didn’t reveal the location. I entered every contest I could find and ended up finding out where and when the “secret” concert would be by reading the rules and regulations to the contests. The day the tickets went on sale, I was waiting on the website for about 6 hours. At 3:58 they went on sale, the site crashed and by the time I got back in it was 4:04 and the tickets were SOLD OUT. I couldn’t believe it, the one time I had money to see Justin I couldn’t. Immediatley after I went on kijiji and saw tickets posted for $600 each, mind you these tickets were $75 max and for CHARITY. Over the next few days I entered many contests, called every radio and did everything I could. Two days before the concert I got a call from MuchMusic saying I had wristbands to the next days show for a chance to win tickets. I was so excited. I got two hours of sleep that night and left at 10am for an hour long train ride. I stood outside Much from 11:30am-4pm. During that time I met a few girls, one who was so dedicated she had slept at the train station to try to get into much WITHOUT a wristband. I also met another girl named Selena (@bieberspack). They picked random names and them did a competition . I didn’t get chosen b ut that wasn’t going to stop me. In tears I took the train home and promised the girls I had met there that I would be at Massey Hall to try to get tickets. That night Selena and I had plans to go there right after school, she wasn’t aloud to skip another day and it was too dangerous for me to travel by myself. That day I had found someone with 2 tickets selling each for $250, we had plans to meet them there. Once we got there, we saw two girls screaming running out of the venue saying they got floor seats. It turns out Massey Hall had some extras. There was a huge line from people who had been there since 8am waiting for a chance to find tickets. Around the corner of the building was security and gates flooded with people around them, I asked what was going on and people said they were waiting for Justin to arrive. I told Selena to come out of the other line and come see if we could see Justin. About 5 minutes after waiting, Scooter walks pasts us and says sorry I can’t stay and goes into the venue. About half hour later he comes out and goes the the opposite side of the group of people I was in. I’m screaming to Selena, “OH MY GOD HE’S GIVING THEM TICKETS OMG”. Everyone was screaming his name, then out comes Scrappy. I started screaming his name and the girls in front of me ask, “Who’s that?” I just stared and ignored them (they got free tickets btw…..) Then out comes Allison . Selena and I screamed her name as she walks toward us, she asked, “Who doesn’t have tickets”. Everyone was screaming, all I could do was cry and say, “Allison, I don’t I don’t”. I saw her give one to Selena and she turned to the next person beside her, Selena reached out and said, “My friend my friend” and she said, “Is she here?” and I said, “Yeah I’m here!”. I couldn’t see if she had given her another one, Selena turns around crying and I said, “DID YOU GET TWO?” and says yes and we both dropped to the ground crying. Everyone was pushing us saying, “Ok you got tickets go go go”. So we crossed the street to wait for Justin to come back. He pulled up about 20 minutes later. We ran to the gate and he quickly went inside hold Jazzy, signing no autographs, but that was fine with me. I was so blessed to have goten a ticket. In all I saw Jermey, Scooter, Justin, Jazzy, Fredo, Chaz, Scrappy and Kenny. I also sat infront of two of his co-writers who told me what they had in store for Justin’s future sound and how we felt about a more mature Justin. Behind us was the guy from Never Say Never, Nathan, who’s Patties friend from when she was a teen. The concert was amazing, we had 2nd row balcony of a 2500 people venue, so we were still very close. Justin was so personal with us, took requests, brought Jazzy on stage and told stories. A few memorable moments was when he was thanking Dan and he said after “Enough of this mushy stuff, I’m a man, I’m a 40 year old a man living at home- inside joke”. Every Belieber knows what he was referring to. He said he wanted the concert to be like a family sitting around the campfire and I can honestly say it was so intimate. You just had to be there, there was so many moments where I cried and cried. Sorry, I’m still in shock. It was the best night of my life and I’m so grateful. I’ve never truly meant this until now but #NEVERSAYNEVER. -@stefanimunoz Read more: My name’s Stephanie and I’m 17. My experience has to…
We obviously don’t see too much of Eva Amurri in movies or television or anything, but the chick has got some of the best breasts in the business so it would be nice if that would change. Here she is out on the street in her weird green jeans, hooker boots and nicely filled out tank top. Not the greatest of outfits, but it’s still working for me for some reason. I must really like green denim.
When Brad Pitt lifted a glass of sparkling wine and toasted Angelina Jolie at Hollywood’s Magnolia restaurant Dec. 8, was he saluting more than her directorial debut? Almost definitely not. Still, if you believe what you read in OK!, six kids is not enough for the Brangelina brood. Unquestionably, Brad n’ Ange are looking to fix that problem in a hurry: They want a new baby in 2012. “She jokes about triplets constantly. And she’s not a big joker, really,” says a supposed

Justin Timberlake is engaged to Jessica Biel after popping the question at a luxury resort in Wyoming on Monday, according to secret sources … allegedly. The pair are staying at five star skiing resort in Jackson called the Amangani, and – if local intel is to be believed – that’s where he got down on one knee. Supposedly. Here’s where the Timberlake-Biel engagement rumor originated: An art gallery owner in the Jackson apparently heard the news (Justin and the New Year’s Eve star are literally the talk of the town) and Tweeted: “Word on the street is that Justin Timberlake proposed to Jessica Biel at the Amangani last night.” Not exactly hard proof, but the usual denials haven’t poured in, either. Justin Timberlake and Jessica Biel were together for years before hitting a rough patch at the beginning of 2011. After a few months apart, they reconciled. Recently, the pair then were spotted spending time together in New York a few times in August, and by September things seemed to be fully back together . Maybe the break was exactly what they needed. If the engagement is real, it’s great news and we can’t wait to get the official confirmation from them. If it’s just a rumor … a celebrity gossip site can dream still. [Photos: Fame Pictures]

I’m not cool with this, I thought we were done with the annoying dirty hippie look. Did those Occupy Wall Street people start this crap up again? Ugh. Here’s Vanessa Hudgens out the other day, with Ashley Tisdale, looking a little too tattered for my taste. They look like they’re going to butcher a cover of some Cheryl Crow song at an art house coffee shop. Sure I can see some skin, but I can also smell the patchouli oil. Not cool.
What happens when you put a nativity scene in the middle of an Occupy camp? This video happens. And it’s pretty ironically hilarious, to say the least. The reactions of the Occupy Wall Street protesters below speak for themselves. Seeing a guy state that “It’s offensive” while wearing a baseball hat that says “F–k the police” … so priceless. Short film follows Andrew Jenks on the campaign trail with young voters, and the GOP candidates courting them. By James Montgomery Andrew Jenks speaks with young voters in “Power of 12: Our Voice” Photo: MTV News In December, filmmaker Andrew Jenks hit the road to talk with young voters — and the Republican candidates currently courting them — as part of MTV’s Power of 12 campaign, our ongoing coverage of the 2012 election. And, well, let’s hope he packed a big suitcase. Because for the next 11 months — from the pre-primary stump speeches to the last minute of Election night — Jenks will be working overtime for MTV , covering the race for the White House and amplifying the voices of the 45 million voters ages 18 to 29, who not only make up one of the largest voting blocs, but genuinely hold the power to swing the election. The first of his reports, “Our Voice,” premiered Tuesday (December 20) on MTV, and can be seen in this story. In it, we follow Jenks as he crosses the country interviewing young voters — everyone from high-school students concerned about attending college and members of the ongoing Occupy Wall Street protests to the recently graduated unemployed and returning war veterans. The 25-year-old filmmaker gets their take on the issues that matter the most, and scores face time with a handful of Republican presidential hopefuls, including Newt Gingrich, Mitt Romney and Ron Paul. “Our Voice” is just the first phase MTV’s “Power of 12” series, which will also include the MTV News docu-series “When I Was 22,” which gives viewers a unique look at the lives of the men who may be president, painting a portrait of each candidate in their early 20s. The online game “Fantasy Election ’12” will allow users to draft a team of candidates pursuing the White House, Senate and House of Representatives, and rack up points, just like in fantasy baseball or football. The first-of-its kind game also rewards players for getting involved in the electoral process — they’ll get extra points for registering to vote, “checking in” to town halls and debates, and discussing issues with friends. MTV News will begin its coverage of the election on the ground in Iowa and New Hampshire, with Jenks and MTV News correspondent Sway Calloway at the helm.
