Mercedes Javid Welcomes First Child!!!!!

Mercedes Javid has done it, folks. The veteran Shahs of Sunset star has not just given birth to her very first child… … she has done so at the age of 46! The Bravo personality and her husband, Tommy Feight, welcomed a baby boy on Wednesday, MJ’s rep confirmed exclusively to E! News. The child’s name? Shams Francis Feight. The child’s measurements? He weighed in today at six pounds and nine ounces and was born in Los Angeles. The little boy was also born via C-Section, with MJ feeling “eternally grateful and blessed” following this development, according to her rep. The name is unusual, of course, but it has a meaning: Shams is in honor of MJ’s father, who passed away; while Francis is in honor of Tommy’s mom, who is also no longer with us. “Mom and baby are doing great. The baby is happy and healthy,” the rep adds. This is so great to hear… because Javid has documented her difficult pregnancy on social media. She has been very open about her struggles. Two months ago, for example, the star revealed that she was hospitalized after her cervix “measured too short,” which is considered a “high risk” for a miscarriage. As Shahs of Sunset fans know well, MJ chose to undergo in vitro fertilization (IVF) in hopes of expanding her family with Tommy. Moreover, she went through numerous surgeries to remove uterine polyps in preparation for an embryo transfer. Simply put: She REALLY wanted this baby. “The truth is that I have a lot of ups and downs, moment to moment, especially on the hormones from IVF stuff,” she told Us Weekly last year, adding: “You retain a lot of water. You feel really great one moment and then terrible another moment. “That’s the reason why I share because, in my Instagram Stories for instance, I’ll say, ‘I don’t feel good today, but I want everyone else to know not to beat themselves up, to be kind to yourself and know that those days happen to everyone.” Keeping followers apprised of her status, MJ also wrote the following after a recent hospital visit: “Feeling overwhelmed with excitement, gratefulness, and hopeful about what lies ahead. “My husband and I are very grateful and hopeful and appreciative of this journey and what is to come. “We wouldn’t have made it this far without my doctors. My favorite thing throughout this journey is going to the doctor to see the baby on the ultrasound.” Earlier this week, former Shahs of Sunset star Jessica Parido announced that she secretly gave birth to a baby boy, telling folks on Instagram: “I contemplated never posting about it and carrying on but IM A MOM. I have a son, a beautiful little miracle who I’ll cherish the rest of my life and to not share this would be not sharing me.” Hey now! Congrats to Jessica and MJ!

Gabrielle Union Explains Why Her ‘Entire Household’ Went To Pride Parade To Support Zion Wade

Source: Leon Bennett / Getty A week after she made headlines for supporting her 11-year-old stepson at the Miami Pride Parade, Gabrielle Union has spoken out about why she and her family showed Zion all that love. “It feels normal,” the Being Mary Jane actress told Us Weekly at the Black Design Collective Honors Costume Designer Ruth E. Carter event on Saturday. “My mom took me to my first pride at eight years old. We moved to San Francisco, and it’s kind of part of being a global citizen.” The 46-year-old added, “People talk a lot about diversity and inclusion, but they don’t actually mean it. In our household, we mean that, and that’s why the entire household went to pride.” As we previously reported , Zion and his stepmom were on a float during the April 7 LGBTQ pride festival. They were also joined by other family members such as his 17-year-old big brother, Zaire and baby sister Kaavia . Zaire Wade  shared his public support on Instagram for his younger brother, writing: “Love you lil bro no matter what.” View this post on Instagram #ZionWade had the support of his family, including his step-mom #GabrielleUnion and his older brother #ZaireWade, at the #MiamiBeachPride celebration on Sunday. _______ Though #DwyaneWade could not be at the parade to cheer on his son, the #NBA star supported his 11-year-old boy by posting photos from the event. See, a 2016 report released by the Center for American Progress found that Black LGBTQ folks experience higher rates of homelessness during youth than their peers;  have higher rates of unemployment or underemployment; and face overall lower rates of pay and higher rates of poverty. Another report conducted by the Gay, Lesbian and Straight Education Network found that nearly half of Black/African-American LGBTQ students felt unsafe due to their sexual orientation; over a third felt unsafe because of their gender expression and nearly 40 percent of Black/ African-American students were more likely to experience in-school discipline. So, it’s clear that if this is the disproportionate bias our children face in the outside world, they need to be loved and accepted as much as possible when they are home with us. Bravo to Gabrielle and Dwyane for leading the way! If only more Black parents could follow in their footsteps. RELATED NEWS: Proud Parents! Game of Thrones Season Premiere: Did It Live Up to the Hype?

With all respect to Ned Umber, there were no major deaths on what most would say was the most anticipated season premiere in television history. But there were a few major revelations. None more pressing than the little nugget Samwell passed along to his very best friend, Jon Snow, who finally knows something… … yet likely wishes he did not. Indeed, Jon now knows that he’s the little nugget of Lyanna Stark and Rhaegar Targaryen. He’s Aegon Targaryen, the rightful heir to the Iron Throne and the person to whom all residents of the Seven Kingdoms ought to be bowing down… not that misguided, very attractive and occasionally homicidal Mother of Dragons. That should make for some awkward pillow talk the next time these two fly off to some snow-covered caves and waterfalls, huh? “We could stay a thousand years. No one would find us,” Dany told her lover (and, ummm, nephew) about halfway through the season premiere, as the episode really tried to drive home the love these two blood relatives feel for one another. Will Jon tell Dany the truth? Will she respond by making (n)ice or with some serious fire? This was the key takeaway from a premiere that spent most of its time moving everyone into place for war. Just like the other main revelation from the premiere (Jaime seeing that Bran is very much alive and, in his own way, doing quite well), however, it was something the audience already knew. Yes, it’s exciting to think of where things will go now that Jon and Dany both think they have a claim to the Throne. And who out there isn’t psyched to see Jaime issue a “yo, totally my bad, but you caught me f-cking my sister” to Bran? But still: When there are only six total episodes remaining on the most popular drama of all-time, it’s fair for some fans to feel annoyed that no one really died on this premiere and no stunning truths were revealed to the viewers. And the Winner is? Yes, hail the True King! Click Here To Vote for Yes, amazing! No, what a snoozefest! Click Here To Vote for No, WTH?!? Game of Thrones Season 8 is finally here! But did the opening episode meet your expectations? View Poll » Elsewhere, though, the return installment clearly tried to give fans what they wanted after Game of Thrones took all of 2018 off. Dany and Jon went on a dragon ride! Arya reunited with her quasi sibling! And asked for a speciasl Dragonglass weapon! And got to trash talk the Hound! Sansa met (and stared down) Dany! Euron got to be all arrogant and sexy, while getting into Cersei’s pants at last! Theon rescued his sister and journeyed back to Winterfell to continue his redemption arc! And, perhaps most importantly, Cersei is settled in at King’s Landing, while nearly everyone else has arrived at Winterfell — including, very soon, The Night King. Winter is no longer coming. It is very much here and all parties are dug in at just two locations at last, preparing for the ultimate battle and criss-crossing the Seven Kingdoms for so many years. Was it just us, or did Game of Thrones also seem funnier than usual? What do dragons eat? Whatever they want. The last time we spoke was at Joffrey’s wedding. A miserable affair. It had its moments. I don’t know how to ride a dragon. Nobody does, until they ride a dragon. What if he doesn’t want me to? Then I’ve enjoyed your company, Jon Snow. You left me to die. First, I robbed you. We actually laughed out loud a few times — but we don’t tune in to Game of Thrones to laugh out loud. We tune in for bloodshed! And surprises! And broken alliances! And nudity! And… okay, the scene with Bronn gave us a bit of the latter. But most intriguing quote from the premiere was this, courtesy of Sam’s exchange with Jon: You gave up your crown to save your people. Would she do the same? That’s the most significant question as we head into yet another wildly anticipated episode next Sunday. What did YOU think of this premiere?

Klopp Pastikan Henderson Hanya Terkena Cedera Ringan

Continue reading

At Memorial, Lauren London Pays Tribute To Nipsey: ‘He’s In All Of Us’

Source: Allen Berezovsky / Getty While Lauren London did not speak for very long at Nipsey Hussle’s memorial service in Los Angeles on Thursday, her powerful words still stayed with us. She opened sharing a moment she had with him, saying that one morning while he was sleeping, she sent him this loving text. “Ermias, I want you to know that I feel real joy in my heart when I’m around you. I feel safe around you, protected like a shield over me when you’re around. I’m totally myself when I’m with you,” she said with her children, along with Nipsey’s eldest daughter Emaini by her side . “My truth is this: I’m never going to give up on you. My love and my devotion are to you.” She said Hussle believed “you can’t possess people…you experience them,” adding, “I’m so honored and blessed that I got to experience such a man.” Lauren also told the residents of Los Angeles that are also mourning the rapper’s death that he is still with all of us. “What’s in you they can’t take away, and he’s in all of us.” She then looked up to the sky as if she was talking to him from heaven, “I love you with all this earth, and until we meet again, the marathon continues.” She also said the father of her two-year-old son Kross was an amazing “family man.” “He was a protector and wanted us to be our best at all times. He was a truth seeker and truth speaker.” She added: “I’m going to keep my head high and always represent for my king to the fullest. He loved his kids. He was a family man. His family came first.” Lil Wayne & Lauren London’s son, Cameron, asks everyone to pay their respects to Nipsey #CelebrationOfNipseyHussle : pic.twitter.com/Yv4a0dtH7z — Pye Waw (@pyewaw) April 11, 2019 Lauren London’s first born son with Lil Wayne, Cameron, took to the stage to pay homage to his step-father as well. “On the night of April 2, I had a dream. I was in a paradise and I was playing in the ocean water when Ermias popped up right behind me. He said, ‘What up killa,’ ‘cuz that’s my nickname to him. I turned around and I yelled his name and gave him a hug. Shortly he was gone but it was still cool I guess,” he said. “I told my mom about the dream and after I told her I was thinking about it. And I realized that Ermias told me what heaven was like, he told me it was paradise,” Cameron continued before leading the crowd to all say, “Respect.” As we previously reported , Hussle, whose real name Ermias Asghedom, was pronounced dead at a Los Angeles-area hospital on Sunday (March 31), after being shot six times in the head and chest in front of his clothing company, the Marathon Store. LAPD announced on Tuesday that they caught Eric Holde r, the suspect they believe is responsible for the 33-year-old’s murder. The Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department revealed that the 29-year-old was caught by deputies sometime before 1:30 p.m. Prior to his death, the Grammy-nominated rapper Hussle had been a staple in his Crenshaw community, buying up store fronts to revitalize the area and provide a much-needed economic boost in the area. He was also known to help promote STEM among young Black girls, help the homeless and others in the neighborhood. Rest in power Nipsey. You will be missed. Candace Owens Catches Congressional Hell For Hitler Comments, Teacuply Tries To Downplay White Nationalism

Source: The Washington Post/Contributor / Getty Candace Owens Attends Congressional Hearing On White Nationalism Another day, another comment from Aveeno allergic Candace Owens . Y’alls sunken sister made an appearance in front of Congress today (really?) for a House hearing on white nationalism. According to Candace who was called by GOP lawmakers to speak on white nationalism and hate speech, it’s all a myth and the Democrats are too busy focusing on “fear-mongering, power, and control” with a goal to scare people into voting for the left. “We’re hearing [terms like ‘white nationalism’] sent around today because what they want to say is that brown people want to be scared, which seems to be the narrative that we hear every four years ahead of a presidential election,” said Candace. “The hearing today is not about white nationalism or hate crimes, it’s about fear-mongering, power, and control. The goal here is to scare blacks, Hispanics, gays, and Muslims, helping [Democrats] censor dissenting opinions … helping them regain control. “White supremacy, racism, white nationalism, words that once held real meaning, have now become nothing more than election strategies.”   SIGH. And while Candace who brought her 74-year-old grandad along for the ride drowned on and on, things got especially interesting when Representative Ted Lieu of California played a clip of Candace speaking about Adolf Hitler. As previously reported Candace said; “If Hitler just wanted to make Germany great and have things run well, OK, fine,” said Candace in response to an audience question at a British Turning Point conference about nationalism. “The problem is that he wanted—-he had dreams outside of Germany. He wanted to globalize.” and as Lieu played the clip and wondered why the GOP would bring her before Congress, Candace was seen fuming. Here's the video of Rep. Ted Lieu playing Candace Owens' remarks on Hitler to her at a hearing on hate crimes and the rise of white nationalism. Via CSPAN pic.twitter.com/SEXgVuvzkw — Kyle Griffin (@kylegriffin1) April 9, 2019 LOOK. AT. HER. FACE. Now, let’s be fair. Candace hit a backwards moonwalk on those comments and said she actually meant to point out that Hitler is a “mass murderer”, not a nationalist (as though both can’t be true). “Nationalism is sort of conflated with, for some reason, Hitler,” she said. “That’s really, really wrong and we that we have to almost correct the record on that,” she added. “He wasn’t a nationalist. He was a homicidal, psychotic maniac,” she said of the German dictator. Was Hitler a nationalist? (And Leftist journalists are still insane). https://t.co/ulxZXCWquh — Candace Owens (@RealCandaceO) February 8, 2019 Sure thing, sis. Are you EVEN surprised by Candace’s latest comments???

On the March 29 episode of TV One’s Uncensored , the actress opened up about being a teenage single mother in Camden, NJ and being sucked into a life of drugs after dealing with a lifetime of abuse. “As beautiful as Camden was, it was a place where I dealt with sexual, physical abuse, a place where I did all kinds of drugs,” she said. “I was doing cocaine at the age of 14. I really could have been a crackhead today.” Wow. And while she faced a lot of adversity, the 48-year-old said even back then as a 15-year-old she recognized that the city gave her a sense of resilience as she hustled her way out. “[Camden] was also a place that gave me a lot of resilience, perseverance and hustle.” Eventually she moved to Los Angeles and began working as a comedian and actress, getting tapped by Tyler Perry to play in films such as “Why Did I Get Married.” “We all have situations to overcome, but you don’t quit,” she said. “You keep trying.” On a recent episode of the Wendy Williams Show , Tasha also joked about her past as a stripper, saying that if she had to strip now, she couldn’t make it. “Sis, it’s so funny when I hear myself talk about stripping because honestly if I had to strip today, honey I wouldn’t make it.” Adding, “I mean, I’m not that good. Silence From Politicians Exposes Double Standard After Beto O’Rourke Calls Netanyahu ‘Racist’

Go here to see the original:

P residential candidate Beto O’Rourke appears to have gotten a free pass from Washington after unequivocally calling Israel’s Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu a “racist.” The reaction to O’Rourke’s words — there wasn’t one — stood in stark contrast to the bipartisan response to Minnesota’s freshman Rep. Ilhan Omar for her remarks about an influential pro-Israel lobby group in Washington. The silence from “ many sides ” highlighted the clear double standard and hypocrisy when it comes to who utters criticism of Israel. See Also: Meghan McCain Sheds White Tears Over Ilhan Omar And The Jewish Community, And No One Is Here For It While on the campaign trail in Iowa on Sunday, the Texas Democrat said the U.S.-Israeli relationship was important but threatened by Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu . “That relationship, if it is to be successful, must transcend partisanship in the United States, and it must be able to transcend a prime minister who is racist, as he warns about Arabs coming to the polls, who wants to defy any prospect for peace as he threatens to annex the West Bank, and who has sided with a far-right, racist party in order to maintain his hold on power,” O’Rourke said just days ahead of Israel’s election on Tuesday for its next prime minister. The silence out of Washington—from Democrats and Republicans—was deafening compared to the sparks that flew against Omar, one of two Muslim congresswomen elected in November. Indeed, several other Democratic presidential candidates endorsed O’Rourke’s remarks about Israel’s prime minister. That same support proved elusive to Omar when she offered her criticism of Israel in February. She took to Twitter on Sunday and posted a simple emoji to publicly acknowledge that she recognized what appeared to be a double standard. https://t.co/x1hZuxASnW — Ilhan Omar (@IlhanMN) April 7, 2019 Omar found herself in the middle of a firestorm on Feb. 12 after there was outrage over her comment to a tweet about how she and Michigan’s Democratic Rep. Rashida Tlaib —the other Muslim woman member of Congress—could face consequences for criticizing Israel. “It’s all about the Benjamins baby,” she tweeted in reference to a slang term for $100 bills coined by rapper Notorious B.I.G. When asked whom she thought was paying lawmakers, Omar replied: “AIPAC!” a pro-Israel lobby group. The congresswoman was ultimately forced to apologize, saying that her intention was never to offend “my constituents or Jewish Americans as a whole. . . . This is why I unequivocally apologize.” That, however, failed to quiet the storm. Many Democrats and Republicans were still angry, with some calling her anti-Semitic and demanding her resignation . President Trump  described Omar’s apology as “lame.” A second round of outrage against Omar erupted from comments she made at a “progressive town hall” event in Washington, D.C., on Feb. 27. “I want to talk about the political influence in this country that says it is okay to push for allegiance to a foreign country,” Omar said at the event, supposedly referring to Israel. That remark was met with House Speaker  Nancy Pelosi and other Democratic leaders drafting a resolution clearly directed at and prompted by Omar though not naming her specifically. The House passed the resolution that broadly condemned hate and intolerance.
