If you follow her on Instagram, you know that Kim Zolciak posts bikini selfies on a pretty regular basis. In the past, her pics have been heavily criticized, mainly because Zolciak is terrible at Photoshop . However, her latest Instagram post has come under fire for a totally different reason: That’s a photo of Kim with her two eldest daughters: Brielle, 18, and Ariana, 14 (!!!!). Kim posted the pic last night with a caption reading, “It’s in the genes baby.” Yeah, needless to say, the commenters had a field day with this one. Not only is it weird to post racy pics of your teenage daughters, it’s sort of obnoxious to boast that they owe their looks to the DNA you passed along. It’s particularly weird in this case, as Zolciak’s many plastic surgeries are well-documented, so it’s sort of ironic for her to boast about her flawless genes on social media. Like we said, the Kim’s online followers really went off, with one even going so far as to say, “Most people were posting today for veterans, honoring them for their service and sacrifice. Robert Downey Jr. for all the wins, people! Via a back-and-forth with a woman on Instagram, the actor has proven that he doesn’t need to dress as Iron Man in order to be a superhero. Last week, Vicky Keyte (“envy_coatings” on Instagram) tagged Downey in a social media post, explaining that her seven-year old son, Daniel, is a huge Iron Man fan. He sadly suffers from cystic fibrosis and he was tragically the target of a bully prior to Keyte writing her message. It reads: Daniel could really do with a little lift at the moment after a child at school has told him that all children with [cystic fibrosis] die. If this reaches him and Daniel could get a reply I hope that it could help him through his stay in hospital as it is starting to take its toll on him. A very sweet gesture by Vicky, but no way would Downey actually write back… right? WRONG! After months of rumors that Halle Berry and Olivier Martinez were headed for divorce , it was revealed today that the couple has decided to call it quits. TMZ is reporting that Berry filed for divorce some time this week. Though the 49-year-old actress was the one to file papers, sources say the decision was mutual – and a long time coming. “They have a personality difference,” one insider tells TMZ. “They’re just very different people.” That “personality difference” was reportedly brought into stark relief after Martinez assaulted a photographer at LAX back in 2013. Insiders say Berry likes to exercise tight control over her public image, and she was thoroughly humiliated by Martinez’s behavior. Already pregnant with his baby at that point, she decided to stick with the relationship, but those closest to the Oscar-winning actress claim they knew then that the marriage was doomed. Berry stopped wearing her wedding ring back in August, and she and Martinez have reportedly been living separate lives for the better part of a year. Though they have a 2-year-old son together and Berry was (obviously) the majority breadwinner, it’s expected that the divorce will go smoothly as the couple signed an iron-clad prenup.
Kim Zolciak has given fans an important health update. The former Real Housewives of Atlanta cast member, who was forced to drop out of Dancing with the Stars due to a stroke, shared the following photo on Instagram today and included with it a helpful message. “My surgery was a success!! I can’t wait to be back on my feet 100%! Glad it’s over!” Zolciak captioned a selfie from her hospital bed. “Quite the whirlwind this last month has been…but such a blessing too.” Via hashtags, Zolciak added that “God is incredible” and that her family has been “so supportive.” Zolciak suffered a small stroke last month, which prompted an evaluation from doctors and the discovery that Zolciak had a heart condition . “It was a blessing in disguise,” Zolciak told Good Morning America on October 9, regarding the diagnosis. “The minor TIA revealed that I have a PFO, which is like a hole in your heart. I was born with it and it never closed. That’s what caused it, basically.” Zolciak had said previously that she planned on playing a role on the Dancing with the Stars finale, but her status for that series is now unclear.
