Yeah this is definitely some kind of shim sham. (Screenshot Nola.com) 30-year-old  Arthur Posey  was arrested on charges in connection to a bomb threat at Willie’s Chicken Shack when restaurant employees say that Posey approached the food prep area and asked what time the restaurant closed. According to the female employee, Posey replied to her, “Y’all about to close right now because I’m going to get a bomb and blow this place up.” Sounds like a typical bomb threat, right? Well, Posey says his words were misconstrued and refereed to the classic and common slang of “blowing a place up” as in blowing up their bathroom after using it. His official warrant even says as much but the employee stated that Posey never said anything about a bathroom. Posey has since been charged with two counts of communicating false information of planned arson. He’ll be back in court on November 29. W hile Democrats did not get the blue wave they hoped for during yesterday’s midterm elections, there were some major wins such as regaining control of the House of Representatives. However, there are 19 wins that not enough people are celebrating — 19 Black women who ran for judicial seats in Harris County, Texas won last night. Back in August , one wrote on Facebook, “I’ve waited for the reveal of this photo of 19 judicial candidates for several weeks — 19 Black women running for judge in Harris County, Houston, TX. This entire time I’ve thought of what I’d say the day we were able to share this moment in history with everyone. But really I’m humbled. Never did I imagine that the day I decided to run to be judge, I’d become a part of a club of phenomenal Black women, sisters-in-law, gifted, brilliant, strong — everything I hope to be!” See the beautiful photo below: Now they are officially winners. So Sad: Texas Mother & Her Boyfriend Charged With Beating & Sexually Assaulting 2-Year Old Daughter Before Murdering Her

(Photo by Christopher Furlong/Getty Images) Texas Mother And Her Boyfriend Arrested For Murdering 2-Year Old Daughter Tiaundra Christon, 21, confessed to murdering her 2-year-old daughter Hazana Anderson and allegedly keeping the child’s body in her car for three days, According to KCentTV , Christon and her boyfriend, Kenny D’Shawn Hewett are both charged with tampering with physical evidence with the intent to impair a human corpse.   Multiple agencies found the body near State Highway 146 in Texas City earlier this week. The 2-year-old had been missing for nearly a week. Christon was arrested and charged with child endangerment for allegedly leaving the child alone near a pond and giving a false report to police. She also told detectives she and Hewett were at a hotel in Houston from Oct. 17th through Oct. 20 during which the child was murdered. KCentTV reports that both parents allegedly beat the child who was crying loudly and the two got carried away. Christon said the child was going in and out of consciousness, so she and Hewett put her in the bath tub to attempt to revive her, according to reports. Christon stated that as she was removing the child from the tub, she said she noticed signs of sexual assault on the child. She then says the child died later that night. Christon told police the child was cold to the touch, so she and Hewett tried to use a hair dryer to warm her up, and while doing so, the hair dryer began burning the child’s skin. She also said she kept the body in the backseat of her car for three days, inside a plastic trash bag, reports KCentTV . On Oct. 23, Christon said she and Hewett wrapped the bag with the body inside with rope, and tied a heavy rock to it. They then tossed the body into a body of water near Moses Bayou and Texas 146 in Galveston County.

Teen Mom OG has gone all in on Bristol Palin this season. For better or worse. Despite a pretty severe drop in the ratings for the first few episodes, the show has dedicated a bulk of its time to Bristol's failing marriage. She and Dakota Meyer continue to clash over the latter's PTSD and the effect it has on the couple's relationship. Things have turned very ugly between the now-former spouses. What prompted Palin to break down into a puddle of tears on the latest Teen Mom OG installment? Scroll down for a recap of storylines and events… 1. Tiime Apart We opened this week with Palin taking off for Los Angeles in order to support son Tripp’s appearance on Dancing with the Stars: Juniors. This enabled her and Dakota to get a break after last week’s very difficult talks and admissions. 2. Now What, Though? Meyer was anxious to get the divorce process over with, however, so he called up his estranged spouse. And Palin immediately became combative, replying: “I know my lawyer sent you something the other day about, you know, please don’t touch my stuff. As soon as I find a new house, I’m be gone like the wind.” 3. I’d Like Some Props! Bristol continued on this call, giving herself a lot of credit for some reason by adding: “There’s no need for us to fight. There’s no need for us to have bad blood between us. It’s all gonna be good. I’ll be there. I’m a great mom. I’ll continue to be a great mom.” 4. Frustration Grows “Do you see what I have to deal with on the back side of it? It’s around and around, it’s way off topic,” Dakota told producers after the call. “Why do the attorneys have to come into it? I have no doubt that her mom is sitting right next to her, stoking that fire. It’s unfortunate that a communication about the children has to be this exhausting.” 5. Don’t Ya Know?!? Sarah Palin was in Los Angeles with her daughter, offering advice like only she can. “Sometimes you win, sometimes you learn,” Sarah told her child. According to the former Vice Presidential candidate, the lesson here had something to do with “possessions and materialism” and how they don’t “amount to a hill of beans.” 6. Life is Suddenly Amazing! Back in Austin, Texas, Dakota said the two weeks without Brisol around made him the “happiest that I’ve ever been since 2015.” He added it felt “like what someone would feel like after they get out of a life sentence prison: incredible.” LOL/OUCH! One of the first questions people had for her was concerning the jacket she wore to visit a detention center in Texas that read, “I really don’t care, do u?” Melania told ABC news that the jacket was meant to take aim at “the people and for the left-wing media who are criticizing me”. She added, “I want to show them that I don’t care. You could criticize whatever you want to say, but it will not stop me to do what I feel is right.It was kind of a message, yes. I would prefer that they would focus on what I do and on my initiatives than what I wear. It’s obvious I didn’t wear the jacket for the children. I wore the jacket to go on the plane and off the plane.” Press Secretary and Communications Director for the First Lady of the United States, Stephanie Grisham,  even tweeted, Today’s visit w the children in Texas impacted @flotus greatly. If you’re a Duggar fan, we certainly don’t need to tell you that Jana Duggar is single . And if you follow the family closely on social media, then we may not need to tell you about the growing legend of Chuck Vuolo, Jeremy’s hipster brother. In case you’re unaware, every time Jinger and Jeremy visit his family in Texas, fans absolutely lose their minds over older brother Chuck. This week, Jeremy posted the above photo in honor of Chuck’s birthday: “Happy Birthday, big brother! I admire you in so many ways and am grateful to God for you,” Jeremy captioned the pic. “You’ve already been an amazing uncle to my daughter; I look forward to sharing “’stories of Uncle Chuck’ with her when she’s a bit older. I love you more than I can say. Enjoy the day, bro.” So we guess Chuck is a bit of a wild card? Of course, with how squeaky clean Jeremy and his family seem to be “stories of Uncle Chuck” probably include such rebellious behavior as the time he put his lunch money in the collection plate. Anyway, you may be asking yourself, what does this loose cannon Uncle Chuck have to do with Jana? Well, you see, Duggar fans are oddly obsessed with the idea of Chuck entering a romantic relationship with Jana Duggar. It all began when Jeremy posted some pics from a mini family reunion last month. “Set him up with Jana?” one fan asked. “I was thinking the same thing too,” echoed another. “I hope so she’s so sweet!” wrote a third commenter, adding: “How cute would they be?!”  Jana courtship rumors surface at the rate of about one per month, and it seems like October will be entirely devoted to Chuck. Some fans are now convinced that Jana and Chuck are actually courting — and as far as we can tell this is based on nothing other than the fact that they have yet to publicly state that they’re not. Maybe those fans are onto something. After all, with this many members of the Duggar family involved, it seems like someone would clear the air and issue some sort of statement. Molly Roloff Actually Visits Family Farm, Makes Amy One Happy Mama

Molly Roloff may not be a cast member on Little People, Big World. But that doesn’t mean she isn’t a very welcome member of her own family. Unlike her brother, Jacob, who quit the aforementioned TLC series last summer in a major huff, Molly has never made any grand statements about the show being fake or phony or silly in any way. Nope. She’s simply chosen to live a more private life, one that has taken her away from her family farm and one that includes a very normal and content existence with husband Joel. Like we said before, however, Molly is on great terms with her parents despite having removed herself from their everyday lives and their most profitable source of income. And that relationship was on full display this past weekend. In honor of the beginning of pumpkin season at Roloff Farms, Molly and Joel drove on down and supported their loved ones. They posed for a photo with the entire family , and they also posed for a photo with just Amy, as you can see above. “I was so so excited that Molly and Joel were able to drive down for opening weekend of pumpkin season at Roloff Farms Pumpkin Patch,” Amy wrote as a caption to the two images above. She added: “It was wonderful to see them. This mom was happy.” And below is the snapshot that has been making the Internet rounds, with nearly every single Roloff in the same place for a fun change: As far as Molly goes, she recently hung with her dad as well and does try to come back to the farm when she can. But she headed off college at Whitworth University and then met her now-husband shortly thereafter, Joel Silvius. Together, the couple chose to stay in the area and they’re now permanently based in Spokane, Washington, which is about a six-hour drive from where Matt and Amy reside. (Yes, Matt and Amy are divorced, but they still live on the same large piece of property. It’s a whole thing.) It’s not a short haul for Joel and Molly to visit the farm, but pumpkin season is THE huge event for this family. Paul Bernon: Dating Bethenny Frankel!

It was only days ago that Bethenny Frankel confessed to accidentally texting her late boyfriend . Sometimes, letting go of a lost loved one is impossible. Fortunately, it looks like Bethenny is finally managing to move on — with a new man in her life. But who is her new man, Paul Bernon? TMZ reports that Bethenny Frankel was recently spotted holding hands with what was initially a mystery man. Bethenny was spending time in Boston, and she was spotted holding hands with and then kissing a taller gentleman by the name of Paul Bernon. TMZ noted that their PDA included a makeout session near Boston College, which sounds like as good a place as any. (If you’re determined to kiss while in public, that is) It is, of course, wonderful to see Bethenny moving on with her life after this summer’s heartbreak. But … who is this dude? Paul Bernon is a businessman and film guru. He has two degrees. Paul obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Film Studies at the very same Boston University where he (almot) was for his PDA with Bethenny. He earned his Masters degree in Real Estate at New York University. Needless to say, those are two very different fields of study. Paul is a cofounder and partner in a Los Angeles.-based film finance and production company, Burn Later. His films include Drinking Buddies , whch starred Olivia Wilde and Anna Kendrick. Another film, Best Kept Secret , earned him a Peabody Award. Many people know of Paul as a filmmaker and aren’t even aware of his other ventures. But when we say that he’s a businessman, we’re not kidding. It is reported that Paul obtained his first shopping center by the age of 24. He is currently a managing partner for Rubicon Real Estate, LLC. Rubicon Real Estate  owns and manages various investment properties in New England, Texas, and Utah. Speaking of New England, he resides within the greater Boston area. It seems likely that Bethenny may have been in town especially to see him. Paul is active politically, and is a member of the National Finance Committee of the Democratic National Committee. What’s more exciting is that he is a board member as well as a co-founder of the Creative Council at EMILY’s List. (EMILY’s List is a wonderful political organization and it’s especially encouraging that he lends his efforts to a pro-women group) Us Weekly reports that Paul shares two children with his ex-wife. Paul and Ashley Bernon divorced in September of 2017. It looks like Bethenny isn’t the only one in the relationship who might be said to be “moving on.” It is wonderful to hear that Bethenny is taking this careful next step in her life, two months after such a tragic loss. Perhaps she has found closure in the death of her late on-again, off-again boyfriend, Dennis Shields. Even though his death was officially ruled inconclusive , his loved ones seem to have accepted that this was a tragic drug-related death, whether an overdose or interaction. Now, they are all healing in their own ways. That Bethenny is dating again is not a sign that she loved him any less. Finding new joy is what any good person would want for their loved ones.
