St. Louis Men Charged With Posting Torture Photos Of Gay Teenagers On Facebook Two teenagers accused of being gay were taped to chairs and subjected to a horrific bout of abuse which was filmed and posted to Facebook, it has been claimed. The boys, aged 16 and 17, were allegedly forced to wear women’s underwear and made to undress, shower and kiss each other by at least four attackers, prosecutors say. They were also thrown down the stairs and beaten with fists and sticks at a house in Northwoods, St Louis, Missouri, on October 27 last year. Nicholas Nettles, 20, and his 22-year-old brother Brandon have had their pre-trial hearings at St Louis County Court set for later this month. Walter Worthan, 21, faces trial in August. Nicholas Nettles’ lawyer Nick Zotos said: ‘I think it’s more bullying-hazing than anything else. Or humiliation.’ Richard Lozano, Worthan’s lawyer, added that he thought his client was named because the events happened at his house. He said: ‘There may have been ‘boys-will-be-boys’ type of activity happening, but would certainly be nothing that would rise to the level of criminal activity.’ Are these lawyers serious??? What part of being beaten and thrown down stairs is “boy will be boys”?? The trio were indicted on January 25 on two felony counts each of kidnapping, felonious restraint and sexual exploitation of a minor. They were also charged with two misdemeanor charges of third-degree assault, and police are looking at whether to add charges of child pornography to the sheet. At least another two people are believed to have taken part in the alleged assault, but they have so far not been identified, the stltoday.com reports. Court documents state that a woman whose son had seen the pictures online called police the day after the alleged assault. These guys are going down hard, no pun intended. Source
Sources say judges ‘didn’t want to waste their time’ with lousy contestant in Kansas City. Over the weekend, while , Demi Lovato , L.A. Reid and seat-filling judge Louis Walsh (who was assisting an ill Simon Cowell) were in Kansas City, they walked out on one contestant who attempted to audition with his back to the judges. According to People.com sources, not only did the contestant audition with his back to the panel, but he also wasn’t all that talented of a singer, adding insult to injury. “It was really awkward,” an eyewitness told the site of the kooky audition. “You could tell the judges were done. I don’t think they had a choice. They didn’t want to waste their time.” Another onlooker added that the male contestant didn’t leave the judges much of an option given his lack of talent. “He was one of the worst singers and had a bad attitude … [The judges] all hated it and walked off,” the source said. Additionally, he had no idea they had walked out since his back was to them for his entire performance. Everyone except Britney eventually made their way back to the judges’ table to hear the last contestant. Spears’ absence was met with the audience chanting, “Where’s Britney?” However, she was only gone for a short time, as she returned later on for another batch of contestants. Spears and Lovato made their debut as “X Factor” judges in late May , weeks after Cowell and Reid appeared at the Fox upfront alongside the singers to announce them as additions to the show. “Just really being able to be there and inspire the other contestants … they’re so young and they’re trying to fulfill their dreams,” Spears said at the event. “It’s just a whole beautiful concept. Kim Kardashian put her acting skills to the test last night, appearing on an episode of MTV’s Punk’d prior to that network’s annual Movie Awards and pretending to actually be surprised by the events tht unfolded. They were supposedly orchestrated by Ashton Kutcher, who had Scott Disick pull into a gas station; arranged for his wallet to be “stolen” by a fan; and then then had Scott Chase after the man alongside Kardashian, who sat in the passenger seat texting (Kanye West about curtains for their new home , perhaps). But with the gas nuzzle still attached, the series set up a giant explosion that led to the arrival of police and the handcuffing of Disick. How did Kim react to the set-up? ‘What is this? This is dirty!’ Drita D’Avanzo exclaims after reciting a passage of ‘Fifty Shades’ for MTV News. It’s impossible not to have an opinion on E L James’ erotic New York Times best-seller “Fifty Shades of Grey.” Single ladies, girlfriends and housewives have all been drawn to the steamy novel — not to mention “Mob Wives.” VH1 reality star Carla Facciolo hasn’t read the current “it” book, but she gets the gist of it. “To me, it’s like a sex book,” she told MTV News in an attempt to describe the “50 Shades” phenomenon . “Grey is a guy that every girl wants; he’s like a dream guy and he seduces.” Carla’s synopsis was enough to whet the appetite of her “Mob Wives” pal Drita D’Avanzo, who immediately let her curiosity get the best of her. “I wanna read it,” Drita blurted out. Lucky for the reality-show beauty, MTV News had a copy of the book on hand for her to sample. “It’s very intense,” Carla warned. Still, Drita opened the book and began her moment of “Fifty Shades” discovery. “Get off the bed, stand over here,” D’Avanzo read from one of the book’s later chapters, in which playboy Christian Grey introduces his naive lover Anastasia Steele to a kinky sexual experience. “He holds out his hand and in his palm are two shiny balls linked with a thick, black thread,” Drita continued to read before she stopped herself, shocked by the sexual suggestiveness. “What the f— is this?” Drita questioned in her unmistakable Staten Island, New York, accent. “They’re ass beads? What is this? This is dirty — what the hell is this?” “Fifty Shades” wasn’t Drita’s cup of tea, but maybe she will change her mind when the book is adapted into a film (Universal Pictures has already secured the rights). “How do you even know about this, Carla?” she asked, chastising her buddy. “You, for even knowing about that book, I gotta think twice about you.” Carla had only one reasonable explanation: “It’s the hottest book out right now.” Filth or sexy fan fiction?
