Since Guillermo del Toro bolted from the production last week, he’s promised to deliver a second statement about just what went down, and that longer missive came late last night. His explanation? Yeah, it was basically that whole “I wanted my life back ever endless delays” thing.

We can’t independently confirm that’s true, but we’d also be surprised if it weren’t, with more and more women come forward claiming affairs with Jesse James . According to a source close to the Oscar winner, “Sandra is humiliated and feels that her entire marriage was one big lie.” Yeah, that pretty much sums it up. If Sandra Bullock doesn’t leave this loser, we’d be shocked . Sandra moved out of the home she shares with James and The Blind Side star has been staying out of public as she figure out what she wanted to do about her marriage. A source close to the situation says that while she is still laying low and has not announced it publicly, Sandra has made the decision to pull the plug on the relationship. We certainly wouldn’t blame her if so. “She’s had enough,” a source said. “She’s ending the marriage.” Sandra has not been seen in public or commented since the ” Michelle Bombshell ” dropped 13 days ago. When hilarious news of a Mindy McCready sex tap e broke Monday, we had a good laugh and wondered how long it would be until she pretended to decry its XXX release. 3… 2… 1… “We are not aware of the production or release of the alleged film that seems to have surfaced via various media reports,” McCready’s attorney, Adam Dread, said. “We can confirm that any illegally-obtained property, and/or fabricated footage, and the release thereof, will be dealt with swiftly following proper legal procedure.” Got all that? BASEBALL MISTRESS : That she was, though Roger Clemens is not involved in Mindy McCready’s sex tape at all, making the title kind of misleading. Funny, but misleading . We’ve been around the celebrity sex tape block long enough to know that the statement from McCready’s lawyer was likely written with one or both of these goals: To act indignant and pretend the sex tape was “leaked” To get McCready in on the profits, a la Kim Kardashian We find it unlikely Vivid would make it this far without obtaining legal waivers, but either way, you could say that she’s playing hardball … eh?
