Or Milo Yiannopoulos coming out against trolling strangers on the Internet. You get the point. But here’s why we made those hilarious comparisons: Because Pamela Anderson has come out against porn! Typically, when the words “Pamela Anderson” and “come” are in the same sentence, it’s in relation to the star’s active participation in the world of pornography. But not this time around. The busty 49-year old made news on Friday by teaming up with Rabbi Schmuley Boteach to write an op-ed for the Wall Street Journal that warns about the many “addictive dangers of pornography.” Yes, that bears repeating: Pamela Anderson and a rabbit have written an article together in which they explain the dangerous of watching adult movies. In the piece, Anderson and Boteach argue that porn has a “corrosive effect on a man’s soul and on his ability to function as a husband, and by extension, as father.” They continue: “This is a public hazard of unprecedented seriousness given how freely available, anonymously accessible and easily disseminated pornography is nowadays. “How many families will suffer? How many marriages will implode? How many talented men will scrap their most important relationships and careers for a brief onanistic thrill?” The opinion-based article was published mere days after former Congressman Anthony Weiner was caught in his third sexting scandal. As a result, wife, Huma Abedin – one of Hillary Clinton’s closest friends and aides – announced that she is separating from her husband of six years . We only bring this up because Anderson did so. Reads an excerpt of the op-ed: “If anyone still doubted the devastation that porn addiction wreaks on those closest to the addict, behold the now-shattered marriage of Mr. Weiner and Huma Abedin, a breakup that she initiated … in shock at the disgraced ex-congressman’s inclusion of their 4-year-old son in one lewd photo that he sent to a near-stranger.” That’s true. Of course, arguing that a porn ADDICTION can be dangerous is very different than arguing that merely watching porn sometimes can be dangerous. An addiction to anything is bad for you. The actress and the religious figure went on to warn that kids raised in the current digital environment will “become adults inured to intimacy and in need of even greater graphic stimulation. “They are the crack babies of porn.” What can society do about this problem? “We must educate ourselves and our children to understand that porn is for losers – a boring, wasteful and dead-end outlet for people too lazy to rep the ample rewards of healthy sexuality.” The article is noteworthy in general because Anderson made a sex tape in 1995 with then-husband Tommy Lee. She has also graced the cover of Playboy 14 times. She even covered the magazine’s final nude issue in January/February of this year. Does this make Anderson a hypocrite? Or is she saying she’s seen the error of her many naked ways? And where do we draw the line? Anderson is known for wearing VERY low-cut dresses or blouses. Is drawing attention to one’s breasts part of the problem? Isn’t that also putting sexuality out there for kids to see? We’d be curious to see Pamela’s take on this question.

During the July 28 incident, a carjacking suspect crashed a stolen car, fired at deputies and fled into a neighborhood. A search ensued, and that suspect was taken into custody. Around the same time, a resident in the neighborhood noticed 27-year-old Donnell Thompson lying in his yard and called 911. Sheriff’s officials said deputies were concerned that Thompson may be armed and possibly connected to the carjacking suspect. Deputies said Thompson did not respond to their attempts to communicate with him and was lying in a position that covered one of his hands from view. At one point, investigators said Thompson stood up and “charged at the deputies.” That’s when a deputy fatally shot Thompson, believing he was armed. According to the sheriff’s department, the deputy who shot Thompson fire from the turret of an armored vehicle. After the shooting, authorities launched an investigation, which included gun residue testing, DNA testing, interviews with witnesses, deputies and family members and fingerprinting. The sheriff’s department released a statement Tuesday on its findings. “We have determined that there is no evidence that Mr. Thompson was in the carjacked vehicle, nor that he was involved in the assault on the deputies,” the statement said. Dawn Modkins, a spokeswoman for Black Lives Matter Long Beach, organized a press conference with Thompson’s family and friends in front of the Los Angeles County Board of Supervisors building after the information was released. Thompson’s family, who called him “Little Bo Peep,” said they plan to file a wrongful-death lawsuit against the sheriff’s department. His brother said Thompson was a “kind, sweet person” who did not have a criminal history. His family and friends said they wanted justice for his death and that the sheriff’s department needed to publicly apologize. “We want the sheriff’s department to be held accountable for their actions. We want an apology to us as his family (and) a public apology to the community for their reckless actions on July 28,” Thompson’s sister-in-law said. Matrice Stanley, 44, one of Thompson’s sisters, said she and the rest of her family did not learn about his death until several hours later that day. “Justice is not going to bring my brother back,” she said. Stanley said her brother had a diminished mental capacity, was reserved, extremely quiet and non-confrontational. She said she believed her brother’s race was a major factor in why he was shot. “My brother was dehumanized, disvalued,” Stanley said. “I wouldn’t treat an animal this bad. How is this justifiable?” Stanley also expressed anger about the deputy firing from an armored vehicle. “He can’t go through armored cars,” she exclaimed. The deputy involved in the shooting has been reassigned to non-field duties, authorities said. The shooting was under investigation. It will ultimately be turned over to the county district attorney’s office for review. Only black folks can be mistaken for something they are not and that fact alone be the justification for their demise. “We do not know why he was acting that way?” While lying on the ground with no gun? Texas Couple Arrested After 1-Year-Old Baby Girl Is Burned Alive In Oven A Texas mother and her boyfriend are behind bars after police say the woman’s toddler was baked to death inside an oven after being left home alone with her older siblings according to HuffPo reports : That horrifying nightmare led to Racqual Thompson, 25, and Cornell Malone, 21, being booked Tuesday into a Harris County jail, each on four counts of endangering a child. Houston police say the couple left 19-month-old J’Zyra and Thompson’s three other children, all under the age of 5, alone on Nov. 16 when they went to get pizza. They said they were gone for about two hours before they returned to find three of Thompson’s children hysterically crying inside and pointing toward the kitchen. That’s where they said they found the tipped-over oven turned on “all the way” and little J’Zyra suffering fatal burns after allegedly being placed inside, according to court documents obtained by KTRK. The documents also describe Thompson as being seven-months pregnant with Malone’s child. Neighbors told the station the mother would regularly leave her children home alone. KPRC also said that there were previous reports made to Child Protective Services concerning the mother, and that her surviving three children have since been taken into the agency’s custody.
