I’m Julia and I’m 18 years old! I never thought…

I’m Julia and I’m 18 years old! I never thought I’d get the chance to post an MBE as fast as this happened. This past February, Justin came to NML at MuchMusic in Toronto and I wasn’t able to get wristbands. I cried for so long, so I thought I’d try my luck! My friend and I ended up being 2nd in line so we got autographs when Justin came outside to see fans. All I wanted was a nice picture with Justin. So finally, the MMVA’s came around in June and I heard that Justin may be making an appearance. I freaked out. I went to a hotel and saw Kenny, Ryan Good and some of the crew around it. So obviously Justin was there too! I died inside. We waited about 3 hours until the red carpet time and we saw Justin leave his hotel in an escalade with Ryan Butler and Kenny. I got a cute picture of them in the car, but I wish he stopped! This past month, Bell Media announced that Justin would do a secret show in Toronto . The secret came out when Justin tweeted the location of it, Massey Hall, the Sunday before. Tickets came for sale and I managed to get 3 tickets with a pretty awesome view! I was happy I got tickets to the show. A lot of my friends didn’t get tickets because they sold out in minutes and the venue was small and intimate, so only a small number of tickets were released for sale. Wednesday, December 21st came around and I was so nervous and sick to my stomach this whole week before. I wanted to meet Justin soooooo bad! We thought it would be smart to go to his hotel in the morning early, so we did. My four friends and I were first there and waited over an hour in the rain. Right when we got to the hotel, we saw Jeremy was waiting for his friend to pick him up. A few minutes later we saw one of Justin’s bodyguards go to Starbucks. A few minutes later we saw Alfredo and Vanessa go to Starbucks and we said hi to Alfredo smiling, balancing a tray of coffees.  We saw press start coming into the hotel so we didn’t think Justin would be leaving any time soon. All of a sudden we saw Allison, Chaz and Alfredo get into a car and then it parked closer to the doors. We saw the press start leaving so we were really confused because they just got there. Then we saw Scooter, Justin and Kenny come out of the elevators. Justin and Kenny waved at me and my friends and then pointed, directing us to come to the side door where Justin would be leaving to say hi.  Unfortunately, at this point, other fans that came called all their friends to come so there was over 20 girls screaming so loud and freaking out. Us five were calm and content, but obviously dying inside. So then, the hotel security made sure no one went near the car.   KENNY POINTED AT ME AND MY FRIENDS AND DIRECTED US TO COME TO HIM. HE MOVED THE CAR DOOR SO WE COULD GET BY AND HAVE A PICTURE WITH JUSTIN. MY DREAM CAME TRUE. I WAS THE FIRST PERSON TO GET A PICTURE. HE WAS SO SWEET. HE PUT HIS ARMS ON MY SIDE.  I had my camera and Nicole C was taking our picture with hers so I put mine in my pocket and Justin arms were still around me. I was shaking inside because it was my first time I got to meet him!! I forget exactly how it went but I said thank you for doing a show for us or something like that. And he said something like, “I’m so happy to be here and excited for the show tonight”. My other two friends, Nicole C and Jenny got a picture as well. After that, no one else got a picture because Justin went right into his car. Vanessa and Nicole M really wanted a picture and Vanessa also had a gift to give Justin so Kenny grabbed her arm and pulled her through to talk to her. While Justin was in the car, Vanessa gave Kenny the gift. We’re hoping we see him wear the shirt and hat someday in pictures! I think I made Nicole and Jenny deaf after we met him because I screamed so loud of excitement. Vanessa and Nicole M obviously wanted a picture because they didn’t manage to get one at the hotel, so we thought we could go to the venue. There was so sign of Justin. We saw all of his Instagrams and were trying to figure out where he was. We went to eat lunch and walked around but then on Twitter, I saw a tweet that Justin was in the Maple Leafs dressing room . We couldn’t believe it. We went to the Air Canada Centre as fast as we could and waited at the private exit. After waiting only a few minutes, we saw a huge van with people inside leaving. We thought we recognized Scooter inside by his hat because the windows were tinted. He clearly saw us waving.  THIS WAS A NEVER SAY NEVER MOMENT. I REGRET NOT RECORDING THIS . So there was traffic as they were turning out of the exit. We waited and kept watching the van. It slowed down when it turned at the lights and pulled over to the side. We saw the door open and bam, Scooter came out of the van and walked towards us . We tried our best not to run and freak out, but c’mon we were excited. So Scooter came and gave Vanessa and Nicole M tickets to the show! It made up for them not really meeting Justin earlier in the day, like Nicole C, Jenny and I did. We were so thankful and happy Scooter gave them tickets to the show! Scooter told us that Justin probably wouldn’t stop because he has to go straight to the venue when he leaves. They hugged and we were all so happy. We left the ACC and went to Massey Hall. We all got to go to the concert, which was amazing. It was my first Justin Bieber concert. I cried when he came out and was so happy! Justin brought up Jazzy on stage and it was the CUTEST thing ever!!!!! Justin also sang for us a new song that may be on the Believe album. It was amazing.   I’m extremely thankful I got the opportunity to finally meet Justin. My friends and I had such a long day, but it was all worth it and we had a lot of fun. I love how everything worked out in the end. If you haven’t met Justin, don’t give up. Your chance will come someday, I promise you! -@juliaaa_xo Continued here: I’m Julia and I’m 18 years old! Justin Bieber Debuts New Song, ‘Be Alright’

MTV News’ #5 Newsmaker of 2011 tells ‘Home for the Holidays’ audience in Toronto that the tune might appear on his next album. By James Dinh Justin Bieber performs during his “Home for the Holidays” concert special in Toronto Photo: George Pimentel / WireImage Much like Lady Gaga , Justin Bieber is treating his crew of Beliebers to some new music right in time for the Christmas holiday. On Wednesday night, the pop superstar debuted a new track called “Be Alright” to a jam-packed crowd during his Toronto-based TV concert special, “Justin Bieber: Home for the Holidays,” which airs Thursday night (December 22) on MuchMusic and CTV. “You might hear this on my next album, you might not, but it’s a song I’m working on. I still haven’t really finished it,” Bieber told the screaming crowd, before unveiling the acoustic tune. “Basically, the concept is: Even though when times get hard with your girlfriend or boyfriend, when times get hard, you gotta just let them know that in the end, everything’s gonna be alright.” Sitting beside his guitarist, MTV News’ #5 Newsmaker of 2011 crooned to the slow jam as the audience clapped their way through his performance, and later on, helped the star sing along to the simple hook. “Across the ocean, across the sea/ Starting to forget the way you look at me now/ Over the ocean and across the sky/ Starting to forget the way you look in my eyes,” he sang. After the holiday special, the teen singer took to Twitter to share his thoughts on the memorable evening, writing, “Tonight was special. No rules. Music, family, friends, fans, charity, and music. Thank you. #HomeForTheHolidays.” “Be Alright” is just a taste of what may come from the singer’s next album release. MTV News recently spoke with JB’s longtime vocal producer, Kuk Harrell , who discussed his thoughts about the pop star’s transition into adulthood. “The only conversation we’ve had about Justin’s album that we’re about to do is it’s really important that it’s the proper transition because we’ve seen him [with] ‘Baby,’ now we’re watching him grow up,” Harrell told us. “And we can’t just throw him into the adult game right away. It has to be the proper transition. There’s a record in between.” What do you think of JB’s new tune? Share your reviews below! Gaga always has time for her devoted “monsters” Lady Gaga made one teenager’s day on Friday when he opened his email and found a video message from the superstar singer. Jacques St. Pierre, 17, was organizing an anti-bullying program at his high school in Toronto and sent messages to dozens of celebrities asking them to voice their support. It was Lady Gaga who came through. “I just wanted to tell you how proud I am of you for being such a strong advocate of the LGBT community in your school,” she says looking into the camera. “There should be more little monsters like you.” In a TV interview with the CBC, St. Pierre revealed his own history of being bullied when he was younger. “‘I got called the gay kid, the fag, because I liked to be in the school plays. I lost my best friend because he joined in with the bullies. It’s not fun, I’ve been there, I’ve been bullied.” St. Pierre actually has Gaga’s dad to thank for his dream coming through. “My father always saves all the fan letters that I receive and I read yours and wanted to send this video to you,” Gaga explained. “It is important that we push the boundaries of love and acceptance.” via RadarOnline Flip the page to watch the full-length video. Lil Wayne: Drake Selling 750,000 Not ‘A Problem’

‘We just want to get a perfect point across,’ YMCMB captain tells MTV News of valuing art over sales. By Rob Markman, with reporting by Travis Laurendine Drake and Lil Wayne Photo: John Shearer/Wireimage While performing on Sunday night’s American Music Awards , Drake had a moment. The Young Money MC was in the middle of the second verse to his single “Headlines” when he switched up the lyrics to reflect the projected first-week success of his sophomore album, Take Care. “If we talkin’ bout the numbers/ Man, it look like 700, they know,” Drake rapped in response to the Billboard prediction that he will debut atop the albums chart this week with as many as 700,000 copies sold. However, if you let Young Money head honcho Lil Wayne tell it, the numbers are not as important as the cultural impact. “As far as expectations, we don’t have those around here. Expectations are a weakness in the music business because if you expect anything, 10 times out of 10 it’s not gonna happen, so we don’t have expectations around here,” Lil Wayne told MTV News on Friday when we caught up with him on a trip to New Orleans where, he gave out Thanksgiving Turkeys in his old neighborhood on Saturday. “What we do expect is … to work very hard and we expect people to respect our hard work and our effort,” Weezy continued. “Now as far going to buy the album, as far as going to get 750,000 copies, that’s never a problem with us; that’s never important to us.” In 2008, Wayne sold more than a million copies of Tha Carter III in its debut week. And this past August, he moved 960,000 units of Tha Carter IV in the first seven days of release, but the Louisiana rhyme animal is more concerned with his Young Money artists making their creative mark. “Pardon me for sounding however I sound with this statement, but we rich as sh–, so numbers and record sales that doesn’t matter to none of us,” he said. Take Care hit retail last Tuesday, but leaked several days prior. After it hit the Net early, Drizzy didn’t seem too concerned about how the leak would affect his bottom line. Instead, he invited fans to a digital listening party. “Listen, enjoy it, buy it if you like it…and take care until next time,” he tweeted . Songs like the Rick Ross-assisted, Just Blaze-produced “Lord Knows” quickly became a trending topic on Twitter. So far, the critical opinion to the LP has been fairly positive. The Toronto artist blends rap bars and R&B melodies with equal expertise on the album, and even if some find it too different at first, Wayne hopes that eventually everyone will come around and recognize Take Care as a great body of work. “We just want to get a perfect point across, a swell opinion across,” he said. “We want our opinion to be different from everybody else’s opinion, but so different and so great that everybody else joins that opinion. And if we get that done with the album, mission accomplished.” Share your reviews of Take Care in the comments below! Related Artists Drake Lil Wayne

Now, All Of A Sudden, Drizzy Was Never Heartbroken Over Rihanna… He Loves Serena, Rashida & Nicki Though

Of course with the release of a new album comes all types of deep introspective interviews, and your boy Drake always gives us plenty to discuss. Take his little chat with The Daily Beast , for example, where, once again, the topic of his heart-ing Rihanna was once again the topic… “I came straight from Toronto, just a kid that was trying to get out of my mom’s house, and the first person I meet is a girl that’s the biggest person you could possibly meet at my age,” said Drake. “So I meet her and it was just mind-blowing. I couldn’t believe she’d even want to talk to me.” He paused for a moment, adding, “I read some interview where they painted me as so sad and heartbroken, but we’re cool. I was never torn apart by that situation.” Really? But just last month you were… oh, never mind. And then, we discovered just how real “Tough Guy Drizzy” can get. Still, the story has persisted in the media, sparking recent rumors that Brown elbowed Drake in the head in retaliation. “I respect Chris Brown. I’d like to call myself a friend—I don’t know if I’m allowed to do that,” said Drake. “But I definitely didn’t get elbowed in my face. Somebody would’ve got knocked the f–k out.” That made us giggle a little… And then we checked out his cover feature for the December/January issue of Complex Magazine and realized this is really how this dude talks when he drops his Aaliyah aspirations . “I don’t give a [fawk]. I want to move through life in the most non-confrontational way possible, but I’m not a p****. Don’t ever get that mixed up. “My father taught me: ‘Don’t fear any man. Don’t ever fear another person.’ I don’t get myself mixed up with stupid [isht]. I get a lot of love. I don’t feel tension. I stand 6’2″. By no means am I the most threatening guy in the rap game, but there are very few people who will come up and say that isht to me in person. It’s always all smiles. That’s one thing I do not fear, anyone in this game. Nobody. Especially none of these guys that are paid to talk [isht].” Well, alrighty then Aubrey. Flip through and check out some more interesting quotes and photos from Drake’s Complex jawn, including the real deal about the next two famous women who will probably end up in his music.

Kim Kardashian Wasn’t ‘Worried’ About Kris Humphries Pre-Split

‘We have a lot of trust, and I don’t think either of us would do anything to break that,’ reality star told Marie Claire pre-divorce. By Jocelyn Vena Kim Kardashian in Marie Claire Photo: Marie Claire In the two weeks since Kim Kardashian took over the entertainment news cycle with the announcement of her divorce from Kris Humphries , the reality starlet has maintained a relatively low profile, emerging this week only to thank her fans on her blog. But Kardashian will appear on the cover of the December issue of Marie Claire and opened up to the magazine about her then-married life in an interview conducted before the headline-making news broke. “I’m not worried about him at all. We have a lot of trust, and I don’t think either of us would do anything to break that. It makes life so easy,” the cover girl told the mag, out November 22. “He’s such a good guy; he is so down-to-earth, and it’s such a reality check. He is a normal guy, and I just want to chill out and be normal and not get glammed up all the time. He gets it. Sometimes my life can be really intimidating for people, but he allows me to work and do what I’ve gotta do.” The interview is full of pre-divorce praise for Humphries. “It’s fun to have a partner who understands your life and lets you be you,” Kim said about her soon-to-be-ex-husband. “I feel like where we’re at right now is the best time in my life.” The wedding itself netted as many headlines as the divorce, resulting in a four-hour-long E! special covering the event. “I felt like if I didn’t show the wedding, it would be upsetting for people who have taken this journey with me,” she said about her decision to film all the fuss leading up to the lavish ceremony and reception. Regarding rumors that the wedding cost in excess of $20 million, she said, “I don’t talk about money.” Next up, fans will get to see the marriage strife experienced by Kim and Kris in the next season of “Kourtney & Kim Take New York,” which airs later this month on her home network. “We’ll just be who we are, and — love it or hate it — we have each other. Everything that goes on is stuff we do,” she said of her family’s decision to air their lives on TV. “I think that’s what makes it so relatable, because we are not afraid to show crazy things.” Related Photos Kim Kardashian And Kris Humphries: A Whirlwind Romance
