My name is Taylor and I live in New York. My story starts on Friday June 15th, 2012. My friend and I went into the city looking for Justin. We were on Twitter all day and found out about the J&R signing . We went to J&R expecting a huge line for wristbands. When we got there, there was 2 people in front of us. After we got our wristbands, we were freaking out because we have never met Justin before . We were so excited and freaking out. After that, we were going to get something to eat when my friend got a text about where Justin was staying! There was about 15 girls there and we were all standing by the parking garage waiting for him to come out/go in. I heard a man on his phone next to me, so I turned to look at him. I then realized it was SCOOTER BRAUN . He looked at me and said, “Shhh” because he wanted to see if anyone else noticed him. Finally, a girl screamed “Scooter?!” and he looked at me and said never mind. We all got pictures and talked . Then he started to talking to my friend and I about our town because he was arrested there. After like 40 minutes of talking he left and said Justin was on a plane going to Canada. We left so excited for Tuesday. Tuesday finally arrived and I woke up so excited. We met my friend at the train and we went down to J&R. We couldn’t believe we were finally meeting Justin after the 3 long years we have waited. We got there and said, “Is this the back of the line?.” The guy said “No, it’s all the way down there around the bend.” Me and my friend looked at each other scared that we weren’t going to meet him. We finally got to the end of the line and we were sitting next to these 2 girls. We talked to them the whole time. We were barely moving and I was so nervous that he was gonna leave before he got to us. We were then finally moving after 2 hours of sitting. We crossed the street to get to J&R Music World and that meant we were meeting him in the next 10-20 minutes. We finally got into the room and I saw Justin sitting with Ry Good. They were on a platform signing things. I couldn’t contain my happiness and joy. I was freaking out inside. We finally got up there and my friend screamed “Ryan!!” and he looked at us and stuck his tongue out and did a rock sign on his hand. We both laughed. Then my friend went and got her thing signed and gave him the letters we wrote him. Then suddenly the bodyguard said “Next” and that meant me. I looked at him and he motioned me to walk. I went up to Justin and he smiled at me and I gave him my CD to sign. He signed it while drinking Jamba Juice . He gave it back, looked at me and I said, “I love you” and he said, “Aw I love you too” and I said “Can I have a high-five?” and he said, “Yes of course!” He stuck his hand out and I gave him a high-five and noticed his arms said “I Read more: My name is Taylor and I live in New York. Hello Beliebers, it’s your leader calling. Joking, our…

Hello Beliebers, it’s your leader calling. Joking, our names are Jemma and Amy and we share a twitter called @BieberLovass. 2 years ago was the day me and Jemma first ever and the day that we first saw Justin Bieber. We became friends because we both liked this Canadian boy on Youtube and ever since we first saw his videos, we wanted to meet him. We had a few experiences with Justin including the My World Tour, Never Say Never premiere and Summertime ball. On the 5th of June 2012 we found out that Justin was coming to London . We decided that we’d meet there as we didn’t live very close to each other. In order to do this we had to wake up at around 4am to get the train. We met up and decided to go to what we had heard was Justin’s hotel. After about 2 hours of waiting in the rain, a little cute blonde girl and her Dad started to wave to us from inside the hotel; it was Jazmyn and Jeremy. Shortly after that we met a very tired Scooter, and Dan on his way to get food. But there was still 1 person that we were all dying to meet……..Kenny. Just joking (kinda) JUSTIN BIEBER. At around 1pm Justin’s car pulled up outside. That’s when he walked out of the hotel. His disguise kind of failed and we all started to smile. After talking to the hotel staff for a minute, he looked over at us and immediately went to give us a hug. We hugged him back and asked him if we could have a picture with him. We got our pictures but at this point we were being pushed into Justin. He put his arms round us so we didn’t fall over. Afterwards all Jemma was talking about was how nice his clothes felt, and I agreed. He looked, smelt and felt nice. Amy asked Justin if he could sign her Purple NY Cap and he smiled and wrote ‘JB’ on it. Just as Justin was about to leave, Amy told him that she had a present for him. She then gave him a Union Jack bracelet and said, “This is to remind you of your UK beliebers, and that we will always love you.” He said thank you and hugged her again. Then Kenny and Alfredo got into the car and Moshe told Justin that he needed to go. Justin then got into his car, waved goodbye and drove off. We had just met Justin Bieber! Some of us decided to react a bit differently. Amy started crying like mental and Jemma decided to have a laughing fit. It was one of the best days of our lives and marked the 2 year anniversary of us first seeing him. If any of you have doubts that you wont meet Justin or he wont notice you, we swear that you will have your time. We didn’t believe that things like that would happen to us when people told us that they would. But now that it has happened we can honestly say this: if you set your mind to it, keep trying when you don’t succeed and believe in yoursel f, (even if it does mean waking up at 4.45 in the morning and standing in the rain for hours) YOUR DREAM WILL COME TRUE. Keep supporting Justin because he honestly does appreciate everything that we do for him and every belieber will have their hug, their picture or just their moment to be noticed. We love you #beliebers. -Jemma + Amy (@BieberLovass) The rest is here: Hello Beliebers, it’s your leader calling. Joking, our…

Cannes: Michael Haneke Debuts His Tough Masterpiece, Amour

Storms and a windy chill in Cannes Sunday morning somehow fit well for the premiere of German-born director Michael Haneke’s Amour (Love). Haneke’s minimal but powerful story of an elderly Parisian couple who are suddenly faced with illness and life’s sunset spurred rapturous applause following a mostly hushed pre-screening this morning ahead of the festival premiere tonight. Again, talk of Palme d’Or or other festival prizes swirled among attendees. Haneke is certainly no stranger to awards in Cannes. He won the top prize just in 2009 for The White Ribbon as well as Best Director in 2005 for Caché (Hidden) and the Grand Prize of the Jury for The Piano Teacher back in 2001. Actors Jean-Louis Trintignant ( The Conformist ) and Emmanuelle Riva ( Priest ) sublimely portray the couple whose lives suddenly change after Riva’s character, Anne, suffers an attack. She is left in a slowly deteriorating state of dementia and her husband takes on the burden of caring for her while their daughter, played by Isabella Huppert, feels shut out. Mostly a theater actor in recent years, Haneke convinced Trintignant to once again take to the screen for the role – his first film since 1998’s Those Who Love me Can Take the Train by Patrice Chéreau. “I didn’t want to act in films I prefer the theater. But Haneke offered me this great opportunity,” he said then adding, “But I won’t do it again,” Trintignant, who was an early target of the paparazzi back in the late ’50s because of rumors he was having an affair with Brigitte Bardot, his co-star in …And God Created Woman added that, “It’s a great joy to work with Michael Haneke,” he said in Cannes. “I’ve never met such a demanding director. He knows the cinema through and through.” Haneke will probably never be accused of being overly forthcoming when discussing his films. The heavy subject matter in Amour quite frankly will not appeal to everyone, but it’s already being called a masterpiece. He did acknowledge, however, that the material is challenging. “I never write a film to show something. Once you reach a given age, you have to contend with the suffering of someone you love,” said Haneke. “It’s inevitable – in my family as well.” In telling this story of slow loss, Haneke made great effort to avoid heavy emotion, which might have been an easy method of audience seduction. With that backdrop, Riva said she became familiar with Anne as she played her on set for over two months. She also noted that she almost doesn’t think of the person she sees on screen as herself. “Michael said to me, ‘don’t be overly sentimental when playing Anne,’ and then it really clicked into place for me. When I watch the film I get the feeling I’m seeing someone else,” she said. “Obviously it’s not a universe steeped in beauty. I raced to the set every morning. I was in a hurry to get back to the set to act.” Added Haneke: “Within a dialog you have to find the right emotions. It’s like an opera in that sense.”

Dakota Fanning’s Pants Are Falling Off

Is Dakota Fanning old enough yet for me to be making jokes about her coin slot? I don’t really know, but I’m going to do it anyway. Wait, when I say coin slot I’m talking about the butt cleavage she’s showing off while getting into a car yesterday. What did you think I was talking about? Pervert. Now I’ve lost my train of though. Anyhow, here she is with her pants falling off at the airport. Not bad I guess.

My name is Gia, I’m 16 and from New Jersey. I saw Justin’s tweet about how he was going to Usher’s Broadway show on April 27 th . I begged and cried to my mom about how badly I wanted to go, and eventually she gave in. We took a train to NYC at 8:45 and arrived at 10 PM. We took a taxi to the theatre Justin was at with Usher. Once I got there, there wasn’t many people, but they had said Justin had just went inside and said he would meet us after. We waited 2 long hours, and finally he came outside at midnight. He went to go take pictures with us, and everyone was screaming and surrounding him. He then ran away right to his escalade and took off. A few of the girls knew where his hotel was, so we sprinted to the subway to then get to the hotel. Once we got there it was 12:20, and we weren’t sure whether to wait by the front door or the back door, but we decided to wait by the back. The big garage door was open so we figured we’d have the best chance of seeing him there. The guards kept telling us to go away and they eventually shut the door to trick us, but we didn’t leave. We all kept standing there, and eventually the garage door opened again so we knew Justin had to be coming in that way. About 15 minutes later, I saw his black escalade turn the corner and I was so excited. It went right into the garage and the door started shutting. Once it fully shut, I thought it was over. I was disappointed because I was like, “Well that’s it, another chance to meet Justin is gone.” We were saying, “Justin come outside!! There are only a few of us! PLEASEEE.” Less than a minute later, the garage started opening and I saw Justin’s red Supras walking towards us. I almost passed out lol. He said, “Guys I’m really tired” a few times and I said, “Justin I came from Jersey and I’m about to miss my train back, can I please take a picture with you?!” and he said, “Yeah come here”  so I walked over by him and he put his arm around me and my mom took a picture of us. I said, “Thank you so much, can I give you a hug?” and he said “Yeah” and I squeezed him so tight. I didn’t wanna let go! I said thank you again and walked away. He then walked into the hotel and I walked outside and started hysterically crying. My dream had just come true. Now it was 12:50 AM and the last train back to New Jersey was at 1:20 AM so we had to run back to the subway to get to the train station to get home. We ended up missing our train, and had to wait a little while for a connecting one. Lets just say it was a night of running around, and tears, happy tears to be exact. I never thought I would get to meet him, but my dream finally came true.  I really appreciate Justin taking a picture with me at 12:33 in the morning when he was exhausted. Honestly, all you have to do is BELIEVE, and of course NEVER SAY NEVER. -@Gia_Chichelo Read the original here: My name is Gia, I’m 16 and from New Jersey. I saw Justin’s tweet…

My name is Amy and on April 25 2012 at 10:55  am my dream came true .  Lets start from the beginning. At 6am I woke up and got ready to  try meet Justin. I’ve had so many failed attempts and with the rain  pouring down, I really thought I shouldn’t bother. I  went with my best friend Melissa to the train station only to  find out we’d missed our train. Then the machine took my £10 and  Melissa’s bag broke. I really thought this would be the worst day ever  but it was far from it. We arrived at Justin’s hotel at 8:30 am and stood outside with the other Beliebers. We sung lots of songs and chanted for Justin to come  out. That’s when we saw Kenny. We all waved and said hello to him and  he went away.  We were all getting pretty bored and it was close to 11 by now.  That’s when Melissa shouted, “It’s Justin” . We all started shouting  with excitement and he began to walk towards us. He put his hands to  his lips and ‘shhhh-ed’ us all. Then another fan ran into me and pushed  me out the way. Melissa shouted my name and looked at Justin. That’s when I felt a hand trying to grab mine. I looked up and it was Justin looking worried. I thanked him and told him how much I love him. “I  love you too sweetie,” he said.  After that Moshe told Justin they had to go and he got into the car  followed by Jeremy, who was smiling at his son’s love with his fans.  As the car drove off, everyone ran in front of it but me and Melissa  stayed on the pavement and stood quietly. The car came towards us and  as the back window was infront of us, he put the window down and smiled  at me. “Justin Bieber you are truly my inspiration,” I said to him. He told me he loved me and to keep believing, waved and talked to some other fans then drove off waving goodbye.  Now I might not have got a picture, or an autograph, but today I  learned how truly amazing the love that Justin Bieber has for his fans  is. He honestly cares and appreciates every single one of us.  Yesterday night I was sitting on my laptop reading other Bieber Experiences on here.  If you haven’t met Justin yet your time will come, your dream will  come true, like he said to me, “Keep Believing”. -@ BieberLovass See more here: My name is Amy and on April 25 2012 at 10:55 am my dream…

‘Hunger Games’: Five Best Scenes Not In The Movie

We recognize the big-screen adaptation’s time constraints, but we missed these moments from the book. By Fallon Prinzivalli Jennifer Lawrence in “The Hunger Games” Photo: Lionsgate Translating a novel into a Hollywood blockbuster is not an easy task. Since there is limited time, a lot of the juicy tidbits get lost in translation. With a book as popular as “The Hunger Games,” fan criticism lurks at every turn and the screenwriters are careful to include as many of the beloved scenes as possible. Luckily, the adaptation of the book to the big screen left this weekend’s moviegoers extremely pleased. While we are understanding of the time constraints — the movie is already over two hours — there were a few key “Hunger Games” book scenes we would have loved to see in the film. Wanna win a Hunger Games special edition HP laptop from MTV News? Click here to enter! For those of you who have yet to read the book, there are spoilers ahead. (Also, what are you waiting for?! If you enjoyed the movie, the book will fill in all the missing details.) From Haymitch’s drunken fall to District 11’s respect for Katniss to Katniss’ fight to get back to Peeta, here are our picks for the five key scenes from the book not in the movie: Haymitch Falling Offstage at the Reaping From the start of the Reaping scene with Prim stopped dead in her tracks to the end when Katniss is escorted to her holding room, the audience is left shaking in their seats. Katniss volunteering in place of Prim saw quite a few audience members already in tears too. In the novel, before Effie begins her infamous “Happy Hunger Games!” speech, there is a quick scene where Haymitch is so drunk he falls off the stage. It adds a little comic relief to his introduction, but it also sets up the mentor’s troubled state and shows the effect the Games had on him years later as a grown man. Peeta’s Father Bringing Katniss Cookies In the book, before Katniss and Peeta board the train for the Capitol, Katniss gets a surprise visitor: Peeta’s dad, the District 12 baker, brings her a plate of cookies and informs her that he’ll make sure Prim is eating. It’s a touching gesture that confuses Katniss at first. She is familiar with Mr. Mellark because he buys the squirrels she hunts in the woods, but he has no obligation to her or her family. Katniss comes to believe it is because everyone merely tolerates her but they cannot help but love innocent, friendly Prim. The scene sets the audience up for Katniss’ distrust of Peeta throughout the book. District 11 Sending Katniss Bread The District 11 uprising after Rue’s death in the movie adaptation is absent from the novel. In lieu of this scene, Katniss is sent a sponsor gift containing a loaf of bread. During their training before the Games, Peeta explained to Katniss the different types of bread in each district, and Katniss immediately recognizes the loaf as coming from District 11. In recognition of the gift, she says a thank you to the district out loud. While the movie scene shows the power Katniss already possesses against the Capitol, the book scene slowly sets up the other districts’ willingness to trust her. Katniss Telling Peeta the Story of Prim’s Goat While Katniss attempts to nurse Peeta back to health — to no avail, as his leg gets worse — a feverish Peeta asks her to tell him a story. Knowing that the Capitol and Gamemakers are listening to every word, she leaves out the details of her and Gale hunting in the woods and tells him the story of how she bought Prim’s goat, Lady. After selling a young buck at the Hob, Katniss has enough money to buy Prim a nice birthday present. She passes on a hairbrush and cloth for a dress in favor of an injured goat. Prim loves animals, and with her mother’s help, they were able to nurse Lady back to health. The milk from the goat helped the Everdeens survive after their father’s death. Katniss’ ability to open up to Peeta adds to the love-triangle dynamic. The more Katniss reveals about herself to Peeta, the more she starts to care for him and vice versa, whereas Gale was around to experience these moments with her. Katniss Screaming for Peeta After the Games One of the more powerful scenes in the book comes when Katniss and Peeta are airlifted out of the arena and onto a hover craft. Katniss sees Peeta being taken away, but at the time, she is unaware of the reason. As they are separated, Katniss begins pounding on a glass door while screaming Peeta’s name. While the audience is left to wonder whether Katniss is really in love with Peeta, this scene shows that, regardless of whether it was all an act, she cares about him. Later on, this scene is replayed in front of the Capitol during an interview with Caesar Flickerman and shows that the star-crossed-lovers act just might save her life — at least for now.
