Poor, poor Jenelle Evans. have you ever even heard of someone who's had it as hard as she has? She's been arrested time after time, and yes, she committed crimes and broke the law, but … come on. She's been fighting her mother to regain custody of her own son for years now, and yes, she's the one who gave up custody to begin with, and yes, she hasn't really shown that she deserves to win custody. But seriously, come on. Jenelle is obviously a victim, don't you see? When she gets arrested or when she gets into a fight with her mother, none of it is her fault. At least, that's what Jenelle would have us believe. In this new clip from the upcoming season of Teen Mom 2 — the premiere airs on Monday night! — Jenelle is in court yet again, this time for assault charges. She attacked Jessica Henry , her ex Nathan Griffith's new girlfriend, by throwing a glass at her head last August. She went to court in April, where, spoiler alert, she was found not guilty , and MTV cameras were there to film the whole mess. In this clip, you see Jenelle tell the story of the assault from her point of view. She starts crying, she struggles to get through her story, and yes, she totally is the victim here. Donald Trump is a disgusting human being. There, we said it. He’s overbearing, ignorant, cocky as hell, and just all-around terrible. He’s proved it time and time again throughout the years, and especially throughout this year as he’s somehow managed to work his way into the presidential race. He proved it when he admitted he doesn’t pay taxes and hasn’t for nearly two decades, he proved it when he told Billy Bush that he could go up to women and “grab them by the pussy.” To be clear, when Donald told Billy that he’s “a star” and he can “do anything” to women, even “grab them by the pussy,” he’s describing sexual assault. That’s not an opinion, that’s a fact. And it’s a fact worth mentioning, considering that Trump’s been accused of sexual assault by twelve different women. In one particularly disturbing case, a woman filed a lawsuit against him for raping her when she was just 13 years old. The suit was filed in June by a woman known only as Jane Doe, and she claimed that Donald, along with his pal and convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein, “sexually and physically abused” her by making her “their sex slave.” A good amount of time has passed since this incident allegedly took place, but the woman has said that she was unable to file any charges or lawsuits earlier because she was threatened. “Immediately following this rape,” she claimed in court documents, “Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.” And on Wednesday, she was scheduled to come forward for the first time at a press conference to discuss her story. The conference was canceled because she’d received death threats. And now it looks like she’ll never come forward: she’s dropped all charges against Trump. Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, explained things in a couple of messages on Twitter last night “Jane Doe instructed us to dismiss her lawsuit against Trump and Epstein today,” she wrote. “Tough week for her. Police Officer Who Killed Sylville Smith Fired For Sex Assault Allegations Officer Dominique Heaggan-Brown, the trigger-happy bacon boy who shot and killed Sylville Smith , no longer has a job. Not because he used questionable judgement when he killed a potentially unarmed black man, but because he is being accused of the sexual assault of a man. On August 15th, a victim reported to Milwaukee police he had been sexually assaulted by Heaggan-Brown while off-duty. An investigation, conducted by MPD’s Internal Affairs Division and Sensitive Crimes Division, resulted in the criminal complaint filed by the Milwaukee County District Attorney’s Office. MPD’s investigation revealed additional allegations, resulting in added charges. The criminal complaint filed against Heaggan-Brown on October 20th indicates there were four victims in all. The incidents described in the complaint happened in December 2015, July 2016 and August 2016. In the most recent alleged crime, Heaggan-Brown apparently dropped an adult victim off at St. Joseph’s Hospital on August 15th. Heaggan-Brown told hospital workers the victim was “completely out, zonked out of his gourd.” While nurses were giving aid to the victim, the complaint indicates the victim “flipped out. ‘Help me, help me, he was touching me,’ exclaimed (the victim).” Upon investigation, police found that Heaggan-Brown had solicited male prostitutes over a dozen different times, one who had to be hospitalized over an alleged drugging. The officer will be arraigned November 4th for second degree sexual assault (two counts), prostitution (two counts), capture an intimate representation without consent. On The October 11th episode of Ellen , Khloe Kardashian addressed the ordeal, and admitted that her sister’s current state of mind was worrying. “I mean, it’s incredibly traumatic what happened to her,” she said. “But our family is super close and great and we’ll get through it together and we do appreciate all of your guys’ love and support,” Khloe told the audience. “It will take time. In a complaint filed in New York federal court, Kim’s lawyer accused the gossip site of alleging that Kim “faked the robbery, lied about the violent assault, and then filed a fraudulent claim with her insurance company to bilk her carrier out of millions of dollars.” The lawyer claims the site is nothing more than “an online gossip tabloid that published a series of articles in early October 2016 referring to her a liar and thief.” “After having been the victim of a horrific and traumatic armed robbery in France, Kim Kardashian returned to the United States only to again be victimized,” the complaint continued. it’s a pretty bold statement for a site to make.
Lawyer Demands Eric Garner’s Children Take DNA Tests Before Settlement The lawyer for Eric Garner’s illegitimate child has demanded that the kids of Garner undergo DNA tests to prove that they are his before dividing the $7 million settlement reports The Grio : Lorraine Coyle, who represents 2-year-old Legacy Miller, made the shocking demand on Wednesday. During a hearing behind closed doors at the Staten Island Surrogate Court, Coyle demanded the tests because Garner’s name does not appear on the birth certificates for the other children. Jonathan Moore, the Garner family’s lawyer, seemed shocked by what he called an “offensive” demand. “Why do that when there’s no reason to do that?” Moore asked the New York Daily News. “Everyone knows they are his children.” “I don’t think she (Coyle) would have said this if the Garner family had a different complexion,” Moore said. Coyle has argued that she is only doing her “due diligence” because she does not believe Esaw Garner’s reasoning for leaving her husband’s name off the birth certificates. Esaw Garner said that she had kicked Eric Garner out of the hospital because he was “getting on my nerves” when she was going into labor and added that as for the birth certificates, “It didn’t make any difference to him, he knew they were his kids.”

Charlotte Protester Justin Carr Dies From Gunshot Wound The protester that was shot in the head during last night’s Charlotte protest has died in the hospital. 26-year-old Justin Carr passed away late Thursday evening, after being shot by an unknown assailant. Many witnesses on the ground claim that Carr was gunned down by a Charlotte PD officer during a police ambush on the peaceful protest…a claim which the city still denies. Via MailOnline : The demonstrator who was shot in the head during Wednesday night’s riots in Charlotte has died. Justin Carr, 26, died on Thursday after being critically wounded during the unrest over the shooting of Keith Lamont Scott by a police officer. Carr was shot as protesters clashed with police in riot gear lined arm-in-arm protecting the Omni Hotel at about 8.30pm. City officials say Carr was not shot by an officer, but some protesters have claimed that he was wounded by a cop. No arrests have been made in Carr’s death, but a homicide investigation has been launched. Police Chief Kerr Putney says the detectives are determined to find who fired the fatal shots. Among those who question the city’s account of Carr’s shooting is the Charlotte Clergy Coalition for Justice. Several coalition members were just 10 feet from the victim when he was shot, according to the Charlotte Observer. ‘I saw the man go down on the pavement,’ Minister Steve Knight of Mission gathering Christian Church in Charlotte said. ‘It was an ambush. The victim was shot while he stood between two ministers, and we believe he was shot by police.’ SMH. It’s been less than a year since Lamar Odom emerged from a coma after suffering a drug overdose during a bender in a Nevada brothel. In that time, however, Odom has fallen back into the sort of behavior that landed him in trouble in the first place. Just last month, Lamar’s drug use was caught on video . He’s been spotted drinking heavily on multiple occasions, including one ugly incident in which he Odom was removed from a plane after vomiting and stumbling around the aisles before takeoff. Understandably, Khloe Kardashian is both concerned and fed up with her estranged husband. She’s complained to friends and family that Odom “won’t help himself,” and sadly, it seems the former NBA star has little interest in getting sober. However, that doesn’t mean he’s ready to give up on his relationship with Khloe. In recent weeks, it’s been rumored that Khloe is dating Tristan Thompson , center for the NBA champion Cleveland Cavs. Sources say Lamar is not pleased about the relationship. In fact, he’s reportedly guilt-tripped Khloe into believing that it’ll be the end of him if she dates another man. “He’s really acting the victim with her,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “Khloe rarely gets off the phone with him without being in tears.” Despite her feelings of guilt, it seems Khloe has no intention of giving her marriage to Lamar yet another chance. “Lamar’s even told her he’ll die if she leaves him, which is horrible for her to hear,” continued the insider. “She’s done so much for him and then some, but it’s never enough – and the fact he persists with his partying has left her with no choice.” Sources say Khloe and Lamar have offered to help Lamar beat his addictions in any way that they can, but that does not extend to Khloe getting back together with her ex just to keep him from getting drunk and high. Toby Willis has been arrested on rape charges. Toby Willis is the head of The Willis Clan, a country music group that once had its own series on TLC. According to authorities, he was apprehended on child rape charges Friday stemming from an alleged sexual encounter with an underage girl 12 years ago. The Tennessee Bureau of Investigations confirmed via a public statement that it started looking into the 46-year artist and reality star on August 29. It then took him into custody in Greeville, Kentucky after he reportedly fled from his home in Ashland County in order Tennessee to avoid the cops. Willis was charged with one count of rape of a child. As of this writing, Willis is being held without bond and will be extradited back to Tennessee. It’s unclear at the moment whether the victim was one of Willis’ own kids, who are as old as 24. His youngest is just five years old. The victim’s name has not been released nor have any more details regarding this allegation. Willis and his dozen kids rose to fame on Season 9 of America’s Got Talent, where they reached the quarterfinals. They then signed on The TLC’s The Willis Family, where cameras chronicled the lives of all 12 kids and two parents as a musical family. The second season of this program concluded in April. “We are shocked to hear the news,” the network said in a statement, following its section to remove The Willis Family from its website. A source tells People Magazine, meanwhile, that no third season is planned; the series was canceled back in May. This scandal marks the third controversy to befall a TLC reality star. Here Comes Honey Boo Boo was pulled from the air in 2014 after June Shannon (pictured) started to date a sex offender who had molested one of her daughters. Really, this actually happened . Then, in 2015, it was revealed that Josh Duggar (pictured) had molested numerous girls when he was a teenager, including one of his own sisters. His parents knew of the incidents back when they happened, but never went to the police. Months later, Duggar also confessed to a porn addiction after his name was included on a website known for helping married people have affairs. TLC has since canceled the show on which Duggar appeared, 19 Kids and Counting, but it currently airing a spinoff titled “Counting On,” which stars Josh’s sisters. Back in 2014, meanwhile, Toby Willis told WGN TV that he had a very chill attitude towards life. “We wake up in the morning and say what’s gonna happen today? Yes, by now, you likely know who Brock Turner is. You probably didn’t need us to write in the above headline that he’s a “convicted rapist.” Except far too many media outlets seemed to bury this lede when reporting on Brock Turner getting out of jail last week. They wrote that “Former Stanford Swimmer Brock Turner…” was now out of prison or some similar nonsense. So we just want to make it clear here: Yes, Brock Turner once swam for Stanford University. But that fact only matters to the shady judge who gave him a lenient sentence. Brock Turner is only generating headlines these days because he is a rapist. He was convicted on three felony counts of sexual assault against an unconscious woman. Brock Turner Released from Prison, Surrounded by Media Okay, thank you for indulging us. We had to get that out of our system. Turner was somehow sentenced to only six months in prison for his heinous act, which took place in January of last year and which involved him inserting his figures in a woman lying on the street outside a party. He was caught by a couple of fellow students and ran away as quickly as he could at the time. Fortunately, one of those students caught up to Turner and tackled him to the ground. He was eventually arrested and convicted of rape, only for his father to argue in court that his son did not deserve any jail time for a mere “20 minutes of action.” The judge incredibly agreed with this assessment, going against the prosecutors’ recommendation and sentencing Turner to six months behind bars, which was reduced to three months due to good behavior. Turner is now a free man. But he will at least have an official stigma attached to his name forever. As you can see below, Turner registered on Tuesday morning in Greene County, Ohio as a sex offender. This registration, along with drug and alcohol counseling, was part of Turner’s legal “punishment.” We have to put that word in quotation marks because it’s abhorrent just how easy to judge went on Turner. In response to the light sentencing, Turner’s unnamed victim read a moving letter to her rapist in court. It was then read on CNN by anchor Ashleigh Banfield, who fought off tears as she made public the words of this brave young woman.
