Kailyn Lowry shared the followig pic – on the right – from her Snapchat last night, and to us, it looks like she went to Snooki’s terrible lips doctor to get her lips jumped and pumped. To date, Kailyn has only ever admitted to having a Brazilian butt lift and a tummy tuck – your “garden variety” Mommy Makeover – but recently, Kailyn’s boobs have been the subject of talk, and now her lips. What’s next – she gonna dye her hair a shade of dark chestnut and wear fake eyelashes to bed just like the Kardashians? Girl better stop while she’s not terribly far behind … because with these “new” lips, she’s already ahead of herself in looking pretty strange and vapid. Last month, boob speculation ran rampant as she shared a much bustier-looking pic. Those are some pretty big’uns, especially when compared to what she used to look like. Come to think of it, they’re even bigger than what they were post-baby, and that’s when the tits are most out of control in a woman’s life. One of the main driving forces in Kailyn’s divorce from Javi – if you’re gonna believe Javi – is her overall change, and not just in her personality. Mariah Carey may or may not be pregnant with Bryan Tanaka’s baby . There’s been talk going around the Internet that the singer and her backup dancer are already an item, just several days after she split from fiance James Packer. That’s up for debate. What has been confirmed, however, is that Carey and Packer were in the middle of negotiation a prenuptial agreement when they broke up. And the details of the document are a bit unusual. According to TMZ, a draft of the prenup was sent to Mariah’s camp not long before this relationship came to an end, with reps for Carey rejecting it as “tacky and insulting.” Let’s take a look at various clauses and you can see if you agree, alright? This passage was considered one of the more controversial conditions of the proposed agreement: Except for gifts between them for their engagement, wedding or on birthdays and anniversaries, no item of jewelry and/or personal adornment costing over $250,000 will be deemed a gift unless accompanied by, or promptly followed by, a writing specifically stating ‘This is my gift to you.’ Look, all marriages should spell out who gets to keep which so-called gifts valued at over $250,000, shouldn’t they? It’s only fair. Elsewhere, Packer agreed to purchase certain items clothing for the artist… … but there’s a blank space for the couple to agree upon a maximum amount he had to shell out. The document also read that this clothing would not to be used for business or performing and “Mariah shall provide all clothing for her children.” Who are we to judge another couple, we know. If Carey and Packer were happy and in love, they could include anything they want to in their prenup. But it’s pretty clear they were NOT happy and in love, especially not when we see the kinds of business-like conditions they were putting on their romance. The singer and the Australian billionaire ended their engagement in late October. The reasons why remain unclear, but insiders close to Carey have deemed Packer to be violent and mentally unstable . There’s been talk that something happened between Packer and Carey’s assistance during a vacation in Greece a few weeks back and that the stars haven’t even talked since. It’s a pretty huge mess. This was another clause in the prenup: James shall cause a credit card(s) to be issued for use by Mariah and staff … the amount of expenses … shall not exceed US $____ per calendar month. The amount was blank. And also: James shall provide the use of one private aircraft, of his selection, for Mariah’s personal use, or that of her children and nannies only when James, in his sole discretion, determines it is appropriate to do so. What was the main reason why negotiations fell apart? This provision, TMZ alleges: James will pay Mariah, and Mariah shall accept, $6 million dollars per year for each full year of marriage, up to a maximum of $30 million … adjusted pro-rata on a weekly basis [$151,385 per week]. Carey supposedly turned down this dollar amount and is now demanding a $50 million payout from Packer, one that she says he agreed to make if the marriage fell apart.
Donald Trump is a disgusting human being. There, we said it. He’s overbearing, ignorant, cocky as hell, and just all-around terrible. He’s proved it time and time again throughout the years, and especially throughout this year as he’s somehow managed to work his way into the presidential race. He proved it when he admitted he doesn’t pay taxes and hasn’t for nearly two decades, he proved it when he told Billy Bush that he could go up to women and “grab them by the pussy.” To be clear, when Donald told Billy that he’s “a star” and he can “do anything” to women, even “grab them by the pussy,” he’s describing sexual assault. That’s not an opinion, that’s a fact. And it’s a fact worth mentioning, considering that Trump’s been accused of sexual assault by twelve different women. In one particularly disturbing case, a woman filed a lawsuit against him for raping her when she was just 13 years old. The suit was filed in June by a woman known only as Jane Doe, and she claimed that Donald, along with his pal and convicted child molester Jeffrey Epstein, “sexually and physically abused” her by making her “their sex slave.” A good amount of time has passed since this incident allegedly took place, but the woman has said that she was unable to file any charges or lawsuits earlier because she was threatened. “Immediately following this rape,” she claimed in court documents, “Defendant Trump threatened me that, were I ever to reveal any of the details of Defendant Trump’s sexual and physical abuse of me, my family and I would be physically harmed if not killed.” And on Wednesday, she was scheduled to come forward for the first time at a press conference to discuss her story. The conference was canceled because she’d received death threats. And now it looks like she’ll never come forward: she’s dropped all charges against Trump. Her lawyer, Lisa Bloom, explained things in a couple of messages on Twitter last night “Jane Doe instructed us to dismiss her lawsuit against Trump and Epstein today,” she wrote. “Tough week for her. Megyn Kelly has gone into detail over allegations that Roger Ailes sexually harassed her on multiple occasions while he served as the Chairman of Fox News. Radar Online has obtained excerpts from Kelly’s upcoming memoir, “Settle For More,” which was updated at the last minute with passages about Kelly’s history with Ailes. And they paint the disgraced CEO in some pretty terrible light. Ailes left the company in July after former host Gretchen Carlson became the first of several women to accuse him of sexual harassment. She eventually settled her lawsuit against Fox News Corp. for many millions of dollars, with Kelly writing that she was approached over the summer to speak out in defense of her ex-boss. “I refused,” Kelly writes in her book, according to Radar. “There was no way I was going to lie to protect him.” Ailes has strong denied any type of misconduct, despite numerous Fox News employee claiming he acted in inappropriate ways toward them. Kelly is one of these employees, as reports back in July asserted that she told executives at Fox the kinds of things Ailes said to her back in the day. It all starred in the summer of 2005, Kelly now writes, just a few months after she was hired as a legal correspondent in Fox’s Washington bureau. Having “captured the attention” of Ailes, Kelly says she was often summoned to his office for meetings. “Roger began pushing the limits,” she alleges, adding in gross detail: “There was a pattern to his behavior. I would be called into Roger’s office, he would shut the door, and over the next hour or two, he would engage in a kind of cat-and-mouse game with me – veering between obviously inappropriate sexually charged comments (e.g. about the ‘very sexy bras’ I must have and how he’d like to see me in them) and legitimate professional advice.” Kelly claims that he offered to advance her career “in exchange for sexual favors.” After she rejected these offers, Ailes continued to make “physical advances” against her. In January 2006, Kelly says that Ailes “crossed a new line – trying to grab me repeatedly and kiss me on the lips.” When she pushed him away, she alleges, “he asked me an ominous question: ‘When is your contract up?’ And then, for the third time, he tried to kiss me.” After six months of this kind of behavior, Kelly reported Ailes to a supervisor. At that time, the harassment finally ended. “Crossing him was a major risk,” she writes in the book. “But what if – God forbid – he was still doing it to someone?” Therefore, Kelly called the co-chairman of 21st Century Fox, Lachlan Murdoch, and told him and the firm’s general counsel about her experiences with Ailes. Days later, the company announced it had hired an outside law firm, Paul Weiss, to investigate Ailes, with Kelly saying she cooperated fully by providing them with as many details as she could. It’s worth noting, by the way, that Fox News Corp. gave Ailes a $40 million golden parachute when he left the company. By now, you’ve probably heard: The Chicago Cubs won the World Series title on Wednesday night. Or on Thursday morning, to be specific, considering how long the 10-inning, rain-delayed affair took. But that was nothing for an endless array of Cubs fans around the country, many of whom had waited decades to see Chicago finally fly the final W of the season. For the first time since Brock Turner was freed from prison, the woman he raped has released a public statement. Turner, of course, is the Stanford University student who was convicted of rape this past spring, only for a judge to sentence him to a mere six months behind bars. The case made national news after Turner’s victim, who preferred to remain anonymous, addressed her attacker in court. Within four days, her statement had been viewed 11 million times; was read aloud on CNN; and also on the floor of Congress. It also made national news because Turner was found guilty of assaulting this woman behind a dumpster in an alley… and yet his father dismissed the action as nothing more than a drunken mistake. His mother said the same thing and Turner himself blamed both his alcohol intake and even that of his victim for his actions. Turner was released from jail after just three months and was forced to register as a sex offender. But that was a pretty small price to pay for that he did. Now, Glamour has named Emily Doe its Woman of the Year and has given her a platform to share her thoughts on Turner, his conviction, his sentencing, his release and, of course, her role in this sad tale. Out of respect for the victim, we are simply going to run her statement to Glamour in its entirety below. She deserves to tell her story in full, without any commentary or editorializing from our staff… From the beginning, I was told I was a best case scenario. I had forensic evidence, sober unbiased witnesses, a slurred voice mail, police at the scene. I had everything, and I was still told it was not a slam dunk. I thought, if this is what having it good looks like, what other hells are survivors living? I’m barely getting through this but I am being told I’m the lucky one, some sort of VIP. It was like being checked into a hotel room for a year with stained sheets, rancid water, and a bucket with an attendant saying, No this is great! Most rooms don’t even have a bucket. After the trial I was relieved thinking the hardest part was over, and all that was left was the sentencing. I was excited to finally be given a chance to read my statement and declare, I am here. I am not that floppy thing you found behind the garbage, speaking melted words. I am here, I can stand upright, I can speak clearly, I’ve been listening and am painfully aware of all the hurt you’ve been trying to justify. I yelled half of my statement. So when it was quickly announced that he’d be receiving six months, I was struck silent. Immediately I felt embarrassed for trying, for being led to believe I had any influence. The violation of my body and my being added up to a few months out of his summer. The judge would release him back to his life, back to the 40 people who had written him letters from Ohio. I began to panic; I thought, this can’t be the best case scenario. If this case was meant to set the bar, the bar had been set on the floor. The morning after the sentencing, my phone screen was stacked with texts and I turned it over saying, not today, on this day I deserve to sleep. My phone kept ringing and I learned that BuzzFeed was waiting for my permission to publish my court statement in full. As soon as it was posted, I remember thinking, what have I done, making myself exposed and vulnerable again. I texted my sister when it hit 20,000 views, thinking that was it, the comments were actually quite nice, and I closed my computer. I started getting e-mails forwarded to me from Botswana to Ireland to India. I received watercolor paintings of lighthouses and bicycle earrings. A woman who plucked a picture of her young daughter from the inside of her cubicle wrote, This is who you’re saving . When I received an e-mail that Joe Biden had written me a letter I was sitting in my pajamas eating some cantaloupe. You are a warrior. I looked around my room, who is he talking to. You have a steel spine, I touched my spine. I printed his letter out and ran around the house flapping it in the air. There was, of course, the wee sprinkle of trolls. Some photos of me leaked and someone said, “She’s not pretty enough to have been raped.” In response I say, damn I wish the world could see me. I wish you could see my big, beautiful head and huge eyes. Perhaps now you are at home imagining me looking like some sort of bloated owl. That’s all right. When Ashleigh Banfield read my letter on the news I sat stunned watching her speak my words, imagining them being spoken on every television set in the nation. Watching women and men at Gracie Mansion, on the floor of the U.S. House of Representatives, girls in their rooms, gathered together to read each segment, holding my words in their voices. My body seemed too small to hold what I felt. In the very beginning of it all in 2015, one comment managed to lodge harmfully inside me: Sad. I hope my daughter never ends up like her. I absorbed that statement. Ends up. As if we end somewhere, as if what was done to me marked the completion of my story. Instead of being a role model to be looked up to, I was a sad example to learn from, a story that caused you to shield your daughter’s eyes and shake your heads with pity. But when my letter was published, no one turned away. No one said I’d rather not look, it’s too much, or too sad. Everyone pushed through the hard parts, saw me fully to the end, and embraced every feeling. If you think the answer is that women need to be more sober, more civil, more upright, that girls must be better at exercising fear, must wear more layers with eyes open wider, we will go nowhere. When Judge Aaron Persky mutes the word justice, when Brock Turner serves one month for every felony, we go nowhere. When we all make it a priority to avoid harming or violating another human being, and when we hold accountable those who do, when the campaign to recall this judge declares that survivors deserve better, then we are going somewhere. So now to the one who said, I hope my daughter never ends up like her, I am learning to say, I hope you end up like me, meaning, I hope you end up like me strong. I hope you end up like me proud of who I’m becoming. I hope you don’t “end up,” I hope you keep going. And I hope you grow up knowing that the world will no longer stand for this. Victims are not victims, not some fragile, sorrowful aftermath. Victims are survivors, and survivors are going to be doing a hell of a lot more than surviving.
