French Montana and Iggy Azalea Accused of Animal Cruelty: Find Out Why!

Yes, French Montana and Iggy Azalea are dating . They have rebounded from Khloe Kardashian and Nick Young, respectively, by finding comfort in one another. But it was the joy these stars found this week with a pair of elephants that have gotten them in serious trouble across the Internet. Allow us to explain… In honor of Montana turning 32 years old this week, the rapper did what anyone turning 32 years old would do: He had an elephant delivered to his backyard so that he could pose alongside the animal and also pose the animal alongside the fake elephant that is constantly featured on his property. “I love animals more than people!!” Montana wrote as a caption to the above image. “Happy b-day to me. Positive vibes at the Casa.” Regarding the similar pose and picture below, the artist added: “Turn your life to a life time vacation. Grinded all day so I can ball tomorrow. B-day officially here all praise due to the most high. #freemaxb #foreverchinx.” Okay, sure. Cool. Whatever. #freemaxb #foreverchinx, absolutely. Azalea also got in on the elephant act, looking amazed and curious when it came to the animal’s impressive trunk: But many critics on the Internet weren’t remotely amazed by these actions and by the overall decision to drag an elephant into Montana’s birthday celebration. One user summed up the problem very well. “French, if you love them, you wouldn’t take part in this kind of attraction,” this Instagram followers wrote, explaining: “They torture the elephants from a young age to discipline them into performing and performing tricks on command. Please don’t support this!” A multitude of Azalea’s fans also lashed out at the “Fancy” musician, writing for instance: “Elephants don’t deserve abuse! Elephants shouldn’t be hired out for a party!”  There’s even talk in some circles of a boycott to prove to these artists that they crossed a line of decency: Montana took these comments in stride, considered them and reacted in a fair and understanding manner. No, wait. Sorry. We meant to write the exact opposite of those words. “Shut yo ass up,” French Tweeted to his critics. “That elephant was a surprise for my b-day in my yard when I walked out, and was from the zoo and people that take care of it.” This is the same person who once posed with a machine gun and a bottle of champagne . So we’re not exactly shocked by his response here. What do you think of this controversy? Should it be one? Did French and Iggy do anything wrong? Or is this much ado over nearly nothing?

Donald Trump Reacts to Nationwide Protests: Very Unfair!

In the wake of news that Donald Trump had been elected President of the United States , thousands of Americans in cities as far-flung as Atlanta and Seattle assembled to engage in peaceful protest of a man whose campaign alienated Americans from all walks of life, including the leaders of the party that nominated him. Yesterday, Trump met with Barack Obama  at the White House and afterward, he spoke highly of the President and his family, and refrained from making inflammatory comments about the protests. It seemed, momentarily, that we were seeing the beginnings of the “presidential” Trump that he had so often promised voters during his scorched-earth campaign. Then he went home and logged into Twitter: “Just had a very open and successful presidential election. Now professional protesters, incited by the media, are protesting. Very unfair!” Trump tweeted. “Love the fact that the small groups of protesters last night have passion for our great country,” he later added. More subdued than much of what he’s posted on social media in recent months, to be sure, but the attacks on the media and the outright lies that Trump was so often criticized for during his campaign are still present in these tweets. It’s nice to see Trump showing his conciliatory side by paying lip-service to his “love” of the public outcry against him, but in the next breath he attempts to dismiss the movement by erroneously characterizing the demonstrators as small groups of “professional” protesters. Massive turnouts have already been reported in New York City, Washington, D.C., Los Angeles, Seattle, Boston, Chicago, Philadelphia, Atlanta with many more cities expected to follow suit in the coming days. Whether it’s justified or not, the anti-Trump outrage is real, and the President-elect will need to address it in a real way if he hopes to bring the nation together, as he claims is his intention. Writing for The New Yorker back in May, Adam Gopnik described the “the three-part process by which the gross becomes the taken for granted” in his coverage of the ascent of Donald Trump . The piece reminded Americans of how Trump was initially laughed off as a candidate, then accepted with a resigned plea for a return to normalcy once all this was over, then embraced by just enough Americans to elect him president as a repudiation of the same system that made Donald Trump a household name. Unfortunately, one of the early casualties of Trump’s election is America’s hard-earned reputation on the national stage, which is even now in a state of rapid decline more than two months before Trump’s inauguration. From Syria to Switzerland, out foreign enemies and allies are watching the dawn of Donald Trump’s America with great interest. Some see an opportunity; others see a human rights crisis in the making. In both cases, most didn’t witness firsthand the glacial pace of Trump’s 17-month conquest, as Americans did. At home and abroad, many are unaware that Trump lost the popular vote and won the White House as a result of the electoral college, an institution that Trump himself has described as a “disaster for democracy.” If the protests accomplish nothing other than sending a message to the world that Trump’s election was intensely contested and that tens of millions of Americans share their concerns for the future of western democracy and the fates of our most vulnerable citizens, than it will all have been worthwhile. Perhaps some who are chanting and waving signs in town squares across America today are hoping to overturn the results of the 2016 election. Those hopes are ill-founded, and a Trump presidency is all but a certainty at this point. But to deny these people their right to gather in solidarity in order to publicly and loudly express their concerns and their outrage is to deny a voice to the powerless and attempt to suppress the spirit of the revolution that endowed Americans with the rights we hold do dear.

Farrah Abraham: Leave Me Alone, Mom, You Dumb Bitch!

Farrah Abraham and her mother, Debra Danielsen, have never had the best relationship. And yes, that’s a major understatement. They’re pretty much in a constant argument , or at least Farrah thinks they are: even as Farrah yells and curses at her mom, Debra usually just takes it and tries to diffuse the situation. And that’s what she tried to do in this sneak peek from next week’s episode of Teen Mom OG: Farrah Abraham Lashes Out at Mom Debra Danielsen Except, as you can see, Farrah was a little too heated. (And crazy. Farrah was also a little too crazy.) To be fair, Debra starts this conversation with “First of all, I’m not trying to argue or fight,” which is obviously a pretty great opening to an argument or a fight. “I mean, I honestly just feel like rolling my eyes when I hear it,” Farrah tells her. “I can’t even, like, continually hear it.” Hey, nobody but Farrah ever accused Farrah of being good at communicating . And sure enough, Farrah has to explain that the thing she doesn’t want to continually hear is Debra’s claims of “I’m not trying to argue or fight,” and Debra has to break it down for her in simpler terms. “I communicate much differently than you do,” she tells her daughter. It’s true — a lot of times you can actually understand what Debra is trying to say. “Who cares that we communicate different?” Farrah asks, the sass already coming into her voice. “Figure it out.” With that remark, Farrah went and set herself off. Debra starts to tell Farrah that she’s trying to communicate with her, but the most terrible Teen Mom of them all ( besides Jenelle ) isn’t having it. “You wanna know where my f-cking frustration comes from right now and I’m so f-cking annoyed?” Farrah starts. Debra asks her why she has to swear, and Farrah hits back with three rounds of “You know why I swear?” Yeah, she’s extra insufferable here. But, as it turns out, Farrah swears because “I’m f-cking over this.” Thanks for clearing that up, girlfriend. “I’m talking about our communication,” Farrah says, “and it seems like I’m the only one from you to Michael who is seriously trying to make an effort on having better communication.” Debra tries to point out that if she didn’t care about improving her relationship with Farrah, she wouldn’t have talked to renowned TV therapists Dr. Drew, Dr. Phil, and Dr. Jenn. It’s a fair point, but Farrah’s never interested in fair, is she? “Yeah, and guess who pays for that,” Farrah nonsensically argues. “Guess who gets you there.” Farrah says that Debra complains too much about therapy, Debra says it’s not true, and they cut each other off for a while, thanks to all those stellar communication skills. Debra finally gets in that a lot of therapists have issues too — well, yes, they are still people — and she beautifully sets up Farrah for an ego trip. “I don’t give a f-ck about their problems,” she says. “They’re paid to sit in a goddamn chair and hear mine, and they’re gonna figure out, and I don’t care if I hear myself talk, I’m gonna figure out how to work it better myself.” … So Farrah’s new plan is to give herself therapy? Let’s not dwell on that nightmare scenario, because in this insane clip, Farrah also brings out the big guns: Debra’s assault charges. In 2010, Farrah filed a police report, claiming that Debra had grabbed her “by the throat,” then she “hit her along the side of her head and hit her in the mouth.” Debra eventually took a plea deal, and the charges were dropped, but there’s still some bad blood there. “Guess what, sweetheart,” she tells her mother. “When you f-cking hit me that day and you thought I wasn’t gonna call the f-cking cops –” Debra cuts her off to say that she never hit her, and Farrah says “Oh no, dumb bitch, I hit myself.” “You’re calling me a liar,” Farrah explodes, “but that f-cking happened. I f-cking care about you, and you f-cking called me a liar. “That’s why I’m f-cking pissed.” View Slideshow: 35 Dumbest Farrah Abraham Quotes of All Time Farrah starts crying and tells Debra to “get the f-ck out of my house,” and as for what happens next, well, we’ll just have to watch Teen Mom OG online to find out. Here’s hoping that Farrah and Debra can work on things so they can actually have a healthy relationship with each other. Probably wishful thinking. At the very least, here’s hoping Debra can get a bar of soap in Farrah’s mouth ASAP.

Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Share Honeymoon Update: PRAY FOR US!

Having tied the knot last week, Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo are officially husband and wife and as such, are enjoying their honeymoon … … and also asking for prayers for some reason. It was an event for the ages in the Natural State. The duo immediately went off on their honeymoon, but took a hiatus from their getaway on Thursday evening to share a video update. “We just want to say hello!” a smiley Jinger, 22, tells the camera with Jeremy, 29 by her side and clearly smitten with her as always. “We are enjoying our honeymoon here.”  The video, posted to their website, is the first fans have seen of them since they wed (see sneak preview of their wedding special below). Counting On: Jinger and Jeremy’s Wedding Sneak Peek While Jinger was all smiles in the honeymoon update, titled “First Message From The Married Couple,” Jeremy had a more serious message. “Thank you for all of your support and all of your prayers,” the pastor told their fans said. “We appreciate them. They’re much needed.” They are? For what exactly? Just in general? Vuolo didn’t elaborate, but thanked the Duggar family’s supporters for being by their side as they “begin this new journey in life together.”  As for their first, literal journey as a couple? While her siblings kept their honeymoon destinations secret, Jinger shared that she and Jeremy were headed to Australia and New Zealand.  JinJer marred in front of 1,000 family and friends at the Cathedral of the Ozarks at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Arkansas. Vuolo and Duggar revealed they were going to spend some time alone before heading off on their whirlwind honeymoon adventure.  Enjoying being rid of courtship rules , in other words. When Jeremy and Jinger previous took to their blog it was to gush about their big day, she confirmed it, writing, “YES! We are married!” “We are so thankful to God, our parents and our wonderful families and friends for celebrating this day with us.” Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Wedding Video Jinger went on to credit her siblings, her parents, and her entire faith community “for helping us arrive at this moment in time.” “We love that we now are beginning our lives together as one, before God,” she said, and soon we will get to share in that, as well. Matt Baier: Lying to Amber Portwood About His Sobriety!

Matt Baier and Amber Portwood are seen here in a Teen Mom OG therapy session in which he reveals that he’s been lying about his sobriety. Raise your hand if you’re surprised? Matt Baier Busted Lying About Sobriety on Teen Mom OG If you watch Teen Mom OG online , you know that Portwood used to be the hottest mess on the MTV franchise … and her state prison. Not a small feat, in other words. Since she got out of jail, though, she’s really turned her life around, maintaining her sobriety and being a good mother to her daughter, Leah. The only issue is her gross, sketchy fiance, Matt Baier. And with this new sneak peek clip from next week’s installment, well … It’s looking like he’s even grosser and sketchier than we ever could have imagined, which is also not a small feat at this point. “I did absolutely exaggerate the length of my sobriety,” the recovering addict reveals in a therapy session he attends with Amber. “Even with her when I first met her.” You slimy, slimy douchebag. When Matt was first introduced on the reality show, he was supposed to be this person that had battled with addiction, just like Amber. Their bond, however unlikely on the surface, was largely due to the fact that he had beaten the odds and achieved sobriety, just like Amber. Yeah, apparently not so much. “He wasn’t sober when I met him,” Amber explains in the clip, but says she wasn’t duped by that fact at the time. “And I knew it.” “I can say that he would not have been sober if it wasn’t for me, because I took those f-cking pills, poured them down the toilet and threw it at him.” Matt laughs at the memory of that mental image, and says that when it happened, he “wanted to go swimming after” the pills. However, he claims that “that was the day my sobriety really kicked in … it was either her or drugs, and I wasn’t giving up her.” Well, that’s … sweet? A nice sentiment? Even inspirational? No, it’s just as sad and weird as everything else Matt does. It’s great that Matt is sober these days, and if Amber inspired him, then that’s lovely, sure. But the fact remains that this is a toxic pattern. His sobriety is one more thing he’s lied about, and it’s one more thing that he’s gotten the Teen Mom star to lie about on his behalf. He’s shady, and Amber doesn’t need a shady character in her life. Not with how far she’s come, and after all she’s been through. To her credit though, Amber says in the clip that when she first got with Matt, “I said, ‘you will not be with me if you’re doing this sh-t.'” “He made the decision.” Gary Shirley: Matt Baier’s Life is Trash! “I can’t be with someone who’s using,” she recalls, yet, if she were even in a position where she had to flush his pills down the toilet … That would mean he was using, yes? As illogical and concerning and disappointing as it may be, Amber and Matt Baier are getting married at some point in the near future. “I love Matt because I knew his potential when I met him,” she explains. “He was such a good person, he was so sweet. It was genuine.” “I can usually tell when somebody’s bullsh-tting me. He’s done so much in his life that people won’t let him move forward.” “I’ll let him move forward.” And yeah, that’s great, but she shouldn’t “let him move forward” at the risk of her own health and happiness, or her daughter’s. If he wasn’t sober when they met, and if he lied to her about how many kids he has, and if he made her think he was genuine? Forget the fact that he tried to get with Farrah Abraham and Jenelle Evans first, he’s just not a good dude for her in the end. No amount of these confessions or revelations or whatever is going to change that, no matter what she likes to tell herself. Agree? Disagree? Stephen Colbert Reacts in Real Time to Donald Trump as President

On Tuesday night, America elected Donald Trump as the 45h President of the United States. Also on Tuesday night, Showtime aired  Stephen Colbert’s Live Election Night Democracy’s Series Finale: Who’s Going To Clean Up This Sh*t? It was meant to be a comedy special. It was meant to be a coronation of Hillary Clinton. However, just like approximately half the people in the country, Colbert grew more and more stunned as the results rolled in and a Trump Presidency became more and more likely. Unlike approximately half the people in the country, however, Colbert was actually live on air while this development was taking place. At one point, upon learning just how close Trump was to 270 electoral college votes, he seemed to be at a loss for words. “I can’t put a happy face on that,” he replied. “And that’s my job.” When it was time to sign off for the evening, the outcome had not yet been made official, but it was very clear where things were headed. Colbert had to think of something to leave viewers with as an unthinkable nightmare inched ever closer to becoming a reality. “I think we can agree that this has been an absolutely exhausting, bruising election for everyone,” Colbert said to open his closing monologue, trying for a bit of levity. “And it has come to an ending I did not imagine. We all now feel the way Rudy Giuliani looks.” From there, though, the comedian turned serious and thoughtful. The Late Late Show speculated that the world is “going to be saying, ‘Has America lost its mind?’ And the answer is evidently, ‘Back off, buddy. We’ve got 300 million guns and we’re kind of stressed right now.’ ” Colbert then showed a couple of graphics that depicted a divided nation. They featured the results of polls about how neither side trusts the other. “How did our politics get so poisonous? I think it’s because we overdosed, especially this year. We drank too much of the poison. You take a little bit of it so you can hate the other side and it tastes kind of good and you like how it feels. “And there’s a gentle high to the condemnation.” Colbert nearly broke down upon talking about his mother, who was born two days before women got the right to vote and who wanted to vote for Clinton before she died. Have you voted yet today? Don’t worry; we’re not here to judge you. After all, we’re sure you’re already aware of the many, many valid reasons that you should head to your local polling place and make your voice heard. Of course, if you’re on the fence, we do have one final incentive to offer that may sway you in the direction of doing your civic duty… …and it’s got nothing to do with kindly old ladies handing out stickers. Instead, it has to do with an anti-Trump initiative launched by two inspirational young activists in California. The plan is definitely Clinton-approved, but it probably gets a bigger thumbs-up from Bill than from Hillary. The women in the photo below are Maggie Greene and Angelina Castro: You might know them, but don’t forget to feign ignorance if you’re reading this in the presence of your wife or girlfriend. Greene and Castro are vehemently anti-Trump adult film stars, and they have a plan to take him down – that involves going down. The women are offering oral sex to any man who votes against Trump. It’s really that easy. As the ladies’ website explains: “To qualify for a BJ fans must follow both Angelina Castro and Maggie Green on Twitter and vote against Trump. “Details on how to collect the BJs if Trump loses the election will be posted on TeamBJ.com three days after the election day. “The girls are tentatively planning Inauguration Day to deliver on their promise.” Yes, January 20th could be a huge day for both American history and for your dong. If you’re not a Hillary supporter but you still want to earn a blowie for 2 seconds of work, fear not: Greene and Castro say you can vote for any candidate you want, so long as its not the Trumpkin. Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo: MARRIED!!

After a whirlwind courtship even by her family’s standards, Counting On star Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo got married on Saturday. Jinger’s parents, Jim Bob and Michelle Duggar, confirmed the wedding news with a short video on the family’s official website November 5. See their announcement below! Jinger Duggar and Jeremy Vuolo Wedding Announcement “We are so excited for Jinger and Jeremy …  they just got married and they are such a sweet couple,” proud father Jim Bob said afterward. “Jinger is one of the most dynamic, beautiful, Godly girls that I know, and Jeremy is such a passionate, loving, kind spiritual leader.” “Match made in heaven.” Smiling by her husband’s side as always, Michelle Duggar added in the brief video, “Congratulations, Jinger and Jeremy Vuolo!” “We love you guys!”  Jinger’s older sister Jessa Duggar also shared a congratulatory message, posting the Instagram picture above of the smiling newlyweds. “Ahhhhhh! So happy for my sister and brother-in-law! The wedding was beautiful!” Jessa wrote, teasing a photo of the happy spouses. And plugging JingerAndJeremy (dot) com, it would appear. True love is great, but the Duggars are an enterprising bunch, aren’t they? In any event, the couple tied the knot in front of their closest friends and family members at John Brown University in Siloam Springs, Ark. The Counting On tandem got engaged in July of this year, just one month after they announced they were officially a courting couple. Jinger and Jeremy’s courtship  raised more than a few eyebrows from the very beginning, given the breakneck pace they were seemingly on. So intense was the talk of the couple going ham and breaking courtship rules that there was even a Jinger Duggar pregnant rumors. That, of course, was bogus. We are so grateful for how the Lord has brought us together.” At 22, Jinger Duggar Vuolo is the sixth oldest of Jim Bob and Michelle’s 19 kids, behind Josh, Jana, John David, Jill and Jessa Duggar. Interestingly, twins Jana and John David, 26, are the only two of the six who have not been in a serious relationship (that we know of).
