Yesterday, the great urban poet Waka Flocka Flame made the most sense he has made in his entire career. He went on to explain how the phony n-words in the industry and the hectic-ness of his life drove him to his decision. And his mommy backed him up. Waka’s mom and manager, Debra Antney, tells RumorFix exclusively, “He talking about quitting. He’s sick of this. We all are.” Debra, who is the Kris Jenner of the rap world, tells us, “We’re all disgusted with this stuff. You can’t trust people.” She says Waka isn’t touring or recording right now and that they are reestablishing their relationship as mom and son — as opposed to manager and musician. Far be it for us to try to stand in between Flocka and his happiness. As a matter of fact, we have a couple of suggestions for him on what to try next.

Today, the phenomenon continues with new screen shots showing a Bad Teacher poster in a 2006 episode of the CBS hit sitcom, but this time we finally have a more detailed explanation of the time-travel marketing courtesy of Entertainment Weekly .

If you thought that sitcom rerun advertising was exclusive to commercials, you’re apparently wrong. Sadly (or excitingly, depending on your views on time-travel marketing), networks have found a way to generate ad revenue for new films and products in old episodes of your favorite television series by straight-up superimposing those products into a scene. For evidence, look no further than a recent rerun of a 2007 episode of How I Met Your Mother that allegedly (and eerily) advertised this weekend’s Kevin James vehicle Zookeeper .
Our apologies for the delay to all the True Blood fans out there in Skinland- Skin Central was out of town judging an American flag bikini contest this weekend. Actually, that’s only half true (we’ll let you figure out which half). But holiday or no, nudity never rests, and this weekend True Blood turned up the heat (and, one can only assume, the humidity) in the sleepy town of Bon Temps, Louisiana with three skintillating nude scenes. First Family Guy voice actress Alexandra Breckenridge appeared in the flesh as a vampire groupie, and oh what sweet, sweet topless flesh it was. Then Javina Gavankar bared some supernatural snookers as a nude shapeshifter, with a flash of full frontal as she stood up and changed into a horse. Finally, Javina’s fellow shapeshifter Lindsay Pulcipher took off her dress and changed into a panther, but not before we got a good look at her love muffins. We just have one burning, aching question- does swelling count as shapeshifting? Because if it does, there’s a major supernatural event going on in our pants right now. The singer canceled several dates on her summer tour after coming down with bronchitis. According to a statement from her label, Swift has had to shuffle around a few shows because she “has bronchitis, and has been advised by her doctor that she is not well enough to perform this week.” Her July 8 show in Charlotte, North Carolina, has been rescheduled for November 16, and two dates in Atlanta, on July 9 and 10, are now slated for October 1 and 2. “It breaks my heart to miss out on this weekend’s shows with my friends in Charlotte and Atlanta,” the star in a statement. “I would never cancel if I thought I was physically able to perform these shows. I am so sorry to the fans, but I look forward to seeing you when we come back through your towns, which we will do.” Swift’s tour will resume on July 14 in Montreal. Swift canceled a concert in Kentucky over the weekend, marking the first time the singer has ever had to cancel a show due to illness. She alerted her fans to the news on Twitter , writing, “Louisville, I so sorry to have to postpone this show to Oct 11. This is my first time having to do this. I’m so, so sorry.” When Swift spoke to MTV News in May about the Speak Now tour, she explained it would be all about the fans. “That’s why I’m so blown away. That’s why I can’t wait to go out on tour and thank them personally,” she explained. “We get to have such groovy, cool stuff happening. I’ve never had pyro before. I’ve never had aerialists before. It’s got this grand staircase. The stage in itself looks like an old-world theater. I can’t believe we get to play stadiums. I’m so excited about this tour. I want to live on that stage.
