#MarriedToMedicine Reunion Quad Denies Sleeping With Mariah’s Brother-In-Law

Ex-Friends Mariah And Quad Face Off During The “Married To Medicine” Reunion The “Married To Medicine” reunion is off to an EXPLOSIVE start and two former friends are eviscerating each other. Mariah Huq and Ms. Quad got into a nasty war of words during part one of the reunion after Dr. Heavenly called Mariah a liar for failing to produce those “receipts” about her husband’s cheating . That prompted Quad to agree and confront her ex-best friend for leaking a rumor that she slept with Mariah’s brother-in-law. “Just like you recently released that I slept with your sister’s husband — you did! — and you know damn well that I didn’t do that … I’m tired of her lying, and I’m gonna deal with this today, ‘cause it’s not gonna go into season seven!” says Quad. “You did actually!” says Mariah to Quad. “You were supposed to be my best friend and you slept with my sister’s husband! I walked into your home — you had on his t-shirt!” The report first came out via AllAboutTheTea  who released an extensive report and who Quad says is “sponsored” by Mariah. Fans are pointing out discrepancies in Mariah’s affair story—mainly that if Quad slept with her sister’s husband, why would Mariah (an EP for Married to Medicine”) have her cast on the show? She sure in the hell does #lyingbootsdown #smh #Married2Med — Quad Webb-Lunceford (@AbsolutelyQuad) December 22, 2018 Quad’s firmly denying any and ALL allegations of an affair and pointed out on Instagram that her words on the reunion are the “realest thing she ever spoke.” Not only that she agreed with a fan in the comments section that Mariah’s story makes no sense. “All of a sudden you slept with the brother in law,” wrote the fan. “But she continued to be your best friend. That makes no sense to me. It smells like a pure lie.” “And was the matron of honor in my wedding with her mom and same sister there as witnesses,” replied Quad. “#SMDH She would say anything about me in an effort to make people think low of me and not like me. C’mon Son: An Old Clip Of Chris Rock Encouraging Louis C.K. To Say The N-Word Has Twitter In A Tizzy

Charbonneau / Getty Chris Rock Is Getting Crucified Online For This Old Clip Chris Rock  was Twitter’s number one trending topic on Saturday night, but it’s not exactly something to be proud of. The comedian became the talk of Twitter and the internet as a whole after a 2011 clip of HBO’s  Talking Funny  resurfaced. In the video, Chris Rock is joined by fellow comedians Ricky Gervais, Louis C.K. and Jerry Seinfeld, who all end up discussing the use of the “N-word.” Things escalate quickly as both Gervais and C.K. start to casually throw around the racial slur without a care in the world, as Rock joins in and laughs along with them. C.K. responds by asking Rock, “You’re saying I’m a n****r?” “Yes,” Rock replies. “You are the n****r-est white man I have ever [met].” Gervais is clearly entertained by the whole exchange as Chris and Louis explode with laughter, but Seinfeld is visibly uncomfortable the entire time and ends up speaking out against the situation. After vocalizing that he doesn’t think Louis should say that word, Jerry said, “You’ve found the humor of it,” he says. “I haven’t — nor do I seek it.” As we mentioned before, this was the number one topic on Twitter this weekend, and the reactions were pretty unanimous: Jerry Seinfeld being the voice of reason while Chris Rock encourages his white peers to spew the N-word is absolutely insane. Seinfeld is still being praised while the 3 other comedians continue to be roasted relentlessly–especially Chris Rock. Source: CBS Photo Archive / Getty Former Employee Of The Ray Charles Foundation Claims She Was Fired For Exposing Fraud   According to The Blast , “The Ray Charles Foundation” is being sued by a former employee who claims she was axed go from the organization after she reported possible fraudulent transactions. Thu Tran reportedly worked as an accountant for the charitable organization beginning in 2014 until she was fired July 9, 2018. Tran claims in earlier this year, she complained to a member of the board of directors about “suspected misappropriate of funds, diversion of charitable assets, and other fraudulent conduct.” In her lawsuit she says she believed Valerie Ervin( president of the foundation) “had engaged in suspicious financial transactions related to a vehicle purchase, travel expenses, and home improvement, among others matters.” This is when Tran claims that Ervin “began to systematically strip away” her job duties and excluded her from board meeting she had previously attended regularly. Tran claims she was also kept out of “financial and tax audit meetings”. Tran believes that in “an effort to avoid unwanted attention and embarrassment of a possible investigation into misappropriation of funds and assets,” Ervin got rid of several employees of the foundation before ultimately firing her. Tran is suing the foundation and Ervin, claiming wrongful termination and other workplace-related violations. She is seeking unspecified damages.   Continue reading →

Source: Fresno Police / Fresno Police Man Beaten And Arrested After Running Over Baby Niece With Truck A 33-year-old man from Fresno, California most likely received  the beat down of his life after he seemed to accidentally hit his niece with his truck and kept driving. According to reports by The Daily Mail,  23-month-old Zayliah Medina was seen walking in front of the truck before he uncle, 33-year-old Eddie Alvarado, rolled over here, crushing her. In a weird twist, her uncle keeps driving and family members start to chase him. It was all caught on camera. Zayliah has been left with head trauma, spinal trauma, injuries to her organs and broken bones as a result. Alvarado sustained his own injuries after being assaulted in retaliation to hurting his niece according to Fresno Police Chief Jerry Dyer. The man didn’t snitch of who exactly assaulted him. He was booked Wednesday on hit-and-run charges. As we said earlier, it was all caught on video. This is GRAPHIC footage of the actual incident. “Love Is ___” Cancelled By OWN Amid Domestic Violence Allegations Against Co-Creator Salim Akil

Source: Roy Rochlin/Getty Images / Getty “Love Is ____” Axed By Own Network Bad news for fans of the OWN Network breakout hit show “Love Is ___.” After only one season on the air, season 2 of the show has been dropped and will not see the light of day. While the show had many fans and sparked tons of hot online debate, the program became marled in scandal after the alleged mistress of show exec Salim Akil, who co-produced the show with his wife Mara Brock Akil, stepped forward to reveal that she had been sexually and physically abused at the hands of the writer/producer for the better part of the last 10 years. She also alleged that the show itself was a copyright infringement on her original scripts for an unproduced pilot. Akil has not denied having an extramarital relationship with the woman in question, however, his lawyer released a statement stating that the allegations are completely false and they plan to defend him to the fullest extent of the law. On top of that, Warner Brothers has launched an investigation into the Akils’ other show, ‘Black Lightening.” However, that particular program is safe at the moment. SMH. The show will be missed, but this is what happens when those old skeletons of abuse and misconduct fall out of Hollywood’s closets. Are you sad that “Love Is ____” got the chopping block?? Voting Matters: Atlanta Suburb Faces Federal Lawsuit For Allegedly Attempting To Shut Down Follies Strip Club

Source: Nina Marsiglio / EyeEm / Getty Famous Atlanta Strip Club Follies Sues City Of Chamblee If you’re a fan of Atlanta strip club, specifically Follies , and you haven’t fully realized the imporatance of your participation in the political process, then hopefully this story will provide further motivation to exercise your civil rights. According to the AJC , the city of Chamblee, a suburb of Atlanta, is being sued in federal court by Follies for their adoption of city ordinances that are designed to target their business. In addition to the ban on lap dances and restrictive hours, the new law requires dancers to be partially clothed and bans customers from consuming alcohol at the club. At the same meeting, the city modified its liquor laws to ban strip clubs from having a liquor license, effective in January. These types of restrictions exist in several other cities across America, but anyone who has been to strip clubs in Atlanta knows that banning lap dances, covering the dancers, and removing alcohol from the club is a death nail. Ain’t nobody paying to watch women dance in bikinis. That’s all over Instagram. The city argues that the strip club is a pillar of immorality and breed criminal activity.
