Booby Gibson Reportedly Requesting Full Custody, Spousal Support From Keyshia Cole Keyshia Cole’s estranged husband is getting eviscerated back to “I Should’ve Cheated” over some recent court filings. If you’ve been watching “Love & Hip Hop Hollywood” then you’ve surely seen the amicable interactions between Keyshia and Booby Gibson who she graciously lets live with her and their son despite their breakup. Well now according to theJasmineBRAND while Booby’s been kicking it at her house, he’s also been kicking it at the courthouse where he filed some paperwork against her. The site reports that Booby wants full custody of their 7-year-old son Daniel. Not only that, the former NBA star has reportedly requested spousal support. This comes after Keyshia finally filed for divorce in September after their separation in 2014. TheJasmineBRAND says Keyshia’s not seeking spousal support and only wants joint legal and physical custody. Ever since reports surfaced of Booby’s demands, he’s been getting slammed by BIG MAD Keshia Cole fans who think the songstress “Should Have Cheated” and not the other way around. “I used to like you until you tried to take Keisha son away from her,” wrote one. “How dare you after she let you stay in her house rent-free.” “I hope u not trying to pull a Kendu when YOU cheated and you want custody?” added another. As previously reported Pepsi quickly pulled an ad showing the reality star helping stop racial injustice with a swig of Pepsi. “Pepsi was trying to project a global message of unity, peace and understanding”, the company said in a statement. “Clearly we missed the mark, and we apologize. We did not intend to make light of any serious issue. We are removing the content and halting any further rollout.” Now Kendall’s releasing her own statement via “Keeping Up With The Kardashians.” During the show’s season 10 premiere viewers saw her openly weep over the controversy. “When I first got this offer… I mean, it’s a huge company. The people I was following were so iconic and amazing,” said Kendall. “Michael Jackson has done it, Britney Spears has done it, Beyoncé has done it, Pink. The list goes on. So to get something like that was just… It was so exciting.” After I saw the reaction and I read what people had to say about it, I most definitely saw what went wrong. I was so stuck, and I really didn’t know what to do, and I completely shut down,” she added. “”The fact that I would offend or hurt other people was definitely not the intent. Father Beats 17-Year-Old Daughter and Boyfriend With Hammer Soruth Ali attacked his 17-year-old daughter and her boyfriend with a hammer after he discovered them in the house having sex. The father attacked the pair after he heard noises coming from her bedroom on August 21, and has now been jailed for 14 months after he admitted to actual bodily harm and common assault. The 42-year-old’s daughter is in police protection after the incident and has now been placed in care to keep her away from her “very religious and very controlling” father. Not only is he religious and controlling, but it was found out after he was sentenced at Bolton Crown Court that Ali had served seven years in 1995 for the rape of a 15-year-old girl when she was in her school uniform…. According to testimonies heard in court, Ali was woken up at 5am by noises coming from his daughter’s bedroom and opened the door to find her and boyfriend James Martin in bed together. He then grabbed a hammer and hit Martin over the head, after that, he punched and kicked his daughter Fathema before dragging her out of her bedroom by the hair while her family begged him to stop. In a statement to police, Fathema claimed she was forced into living two lives, one for her strict Islamic father at home and another outside the house. The court heard that on the night of the incident, Fathema snuck her boyfriend in the house thinking her parents were away, but when they returned he hid in her bedroom for the night. Ali has been banned from contacting his daughter for three years under the terms of a restraining order.

Kardashian Family Is Happy About Kylie’s Pregnancy Despite Young Age The Kardashians are over the moon for knocked up Kylie, according to TMZ . Whereas most families would probably be just a little pissed if the baby girl of their family, with her whole life ahead of her at just 20 years old, popped up pregnant by some rapper guy she’s only been dating for four or five months. But not this family. They say Kylie’s been itching to get knocked up for at least the last two years — we guess shortly after she received her diploma from online high school — and now that it’s finally happened for herm they’re happy to have another grandkid in the crew. She supposedly never slid the condom off with Tyga because she didn’t think their relationship was stable enough for parenthood. Apparently, Travis shot up Kylie’s barely-legal cub within only 2 months of dating her. It’s not clear if the pregnancy was planned — at least not by both parties involved — but apparently, Kylie was instantly excited and hype to be a Mom. Not sure what Travis’ reaction was. Either way, the Jenner-Dashian clan feels like Kylie being only 20 is neither here nor there . They say she’s super mature, and since she has tons of cash, a thriving business, and owns several properties…her becoming an unwed mother before even hitting age 21 is of little concern. Funny how this family was far more stressed out when their 30-year-old brother/son revealed that he was an engaged father-to-be with someone he had known for years , yet ecstatic for this baby-woman who barely knows her child’s father. Sofia Richie and Scott Disick have been sparking dating rumors since May, first seen hanging out with one another during the Cannes Film Festival. Since then, it’s been slow going, but more recently photos of the two have gotten equally more frequent and lovey-dovey. On Saturday night, Scott and his barely legal boo Sofia were at a Miami restaurant with some friends, including artist Alec Monopoly. The two–well, at least Sofia–were seemingly surprised when restaurant staff brought out dessert that boasted the phrase “Congratulations Scott and Sofia.” After which, of course, the two passionately locked lips for an awkward amount of time. This obviously raises questions–what the hell are they being congratulated for? The couple has only been acquainted with one another for a few months and Sofia’s only 19. As TMZ said, the first things that come to mind when congratulating a couple are pregnancy or engagement, but both of those seem highly unlikely. Splash News reported that the celebration was for the fact that the two are now “Instagram official,” since they both first posted pictures with one another on Saturday–only on their IG stories, though. Seems a tad bit extra for a celebration, but the cake could have been a surprise from friends. Maybe Scott is moving toward engagement early since his 3 time baby mama Kourtney kept denying him all those years, but for right now, that’s not the case.

Jay Z And Kanye West Soon To Meet Jay Z is finally acquiescing to that meeting Kanye called for not too long ago. As the whole world knows, the duo have had an ongoing rift since late last year. Kanye went on one of his rants, targeting Jay, Bey, and even mentioning Blue not playing with his daughter North. Jay has made it clear that Kanye crossed a line when he mentioned Bey and Blue’s names in his greivances. Kanye feels like Jay should have cut him some slack for that one, seeing as how he was clearly on the verge of a psychotic episode — as evidenced by his hospitalization just a few weeks later. As sources tell TMZ , the issues between them have halted the handling of business between Kanye and Tidal . He pulled his contract with the service, alleging they haven’t held up their end of the bargain to the tune of $3.5 million. Now the $3.5 million isn’t the REAL issue here. It’s chump change to both artists, but things have been left out in the cold because of the issues between them. As a source close to the action says: “The Generals [Kanye and Jay] have to meet face-to-face. When that happens, the resolving the money dispute is a piece of cake.” And since Jay and Bey live in Beverly Hills now — right down the street from Calabasas — the meeting could take place any day now.
