The nanny done made him lose his mind, up in here, up in here! According to TMZ reports: Halle Berry’s baby daddy Gabriel Aubry is being investigated for criminal child endangerment and battery — over an incident involving his and Halle’s child … TMZ has learned. According to the police report, obtained by TMZ, Gabriel allegedly pushed his nanny into a door while she held his daughter Nahla in her arms. Law enforcement sources tell TMZ … Gabriel was supposed to take 3-year-old Nahla to school Wednesday but decided to keep her home instead. The nanny — who worked for both Gabriel and Halle — went to the school to pick Nahla up and was told the child was a no-show. According to the report, the nanny then went to Gabriel’s home, where she found Nahla. The nanny picked Nahla up and began to question Gabriel as to why he didn’t take the child to school. According to the report, that’s when Gabriel allegedly flew into a rage — claiming, “You’re the f**king nanny. Who do you think you are? You are a nobody. You don’t need to f**king know anything.” The 6-foot-4 Gabriel then allegedly pushed the 5-foot-2 nanny out the door, Nahla in her arms. The nanny filed a police report, claiming she was injured. Law enforcement sources tell us … police are investigating Gabriel for both misdemeanor child endangerment and misdemeanor battery. The report lists the investigation as a battery, but law enforcement sources tell us they are “definitely investigating child endangerment.” In addition, we’re told child protective services has launched a parallel child endangerment investigation. Halle’s reps have no comment. Dude, seriously??? WTF is wrong with you? Ok, maybe the nanny is a nobody but cotdamn you gotta push her out the door while you’re holding the kid! We reported earlier that Joe Paterno was in critical condition but as of the past hour, his health took a significant decline. Unfortunately, his death has just been reported: A family spokesperson confirmed to the Associated Press that Joseph Vincent Paterno has died at a State College hospital at the age of 85, just over two months after being diagnosed with a form of lung cancer. A posting to Penn State’s official Facebook page read simply: “With great sadness we mourn the passing of Coach Joe Paterno…Few have done more.” Paterno passed away at 9:25 a.m. ET Sunday, and the official cause of death was metastic small cell carcinoma of the lung. The legendary former Penn State head coach was surrounded by family and friends, who had been summoned to the on-campus hospital when Paterno’s health took a turn for the worse recently. “It is with great sadness that we announce that Joe Paterno passed away earlier today,” a statement from the family read. ”His loss leaves a void in our lives that will never be filled. He died as he lived. He fought hard until the end, stayed positive, thought only of others and constantly reminded everyone of how blessed his life had been. His ambitions were far reaching, but he never believed he had to leave this Happy Valley to achieve them. SMH at her nickname being “BamBam”: Meet Savannah “Bambam” Rios, accused testicle puncher.The Utah woman, 24, is facing several felony charges–kidnapping, robbery, sexual abuse–after a bizarre attack last week on a man she recently dated. Rios allegedly confronted the man last Wednesday after he accused her of swiping some of his belongings. The victim told police that he went to meet with Rios at a Salt Lake City residence, where he “was lead to a back backroom” where she was seated on the bed. The male victim–identified only by the initials “G.A.”–said that Rios slapped him several times, pulled out a knife, and asked him, “You wanna die?” According to a probable cause affidavit, Rios ordered “G.A.” to remove his clothes. After he complied, Rios grabbed the man’s belt and “wrapped it around her hand, and hit him several times in the ‘balls.’” After pleading for his life, the man told cops, Rios allowed him to get dressed. She then directed him to drive to his home, where she allegedly forced him to give her a DVD player, camera, and phones. On the way to the residence, Rios stabbed at “G.A” with the knife, police charged. While at the man’s home, Rios “observed a bank statement…and ordered him to the bank.” The victim, who withdrew $500 from his account, subsequently escaped and “ran for help at a nearby police station.” Rios, who was still in the vehicle when cops arrived, was arrested at the scene and booked into the Salt Lake County Jail. The Epitome Of A Bad Mother: Woman Fakes Her Daughter’s Death So She Can Go On Vacation To Costa Rica

We all know that Costa Rica is a nice place to visit, but this sounds just a tad bit extreme: A city school employee scammed a week off for a Costa Rica vacation by staging the mother of all hoaxes — convincing her bosses she couldn’t work because her daughter had died. Joan Barnett, a parent coordinator at the Manhattan High School of Hospitality Management, was so determined to make the spring break jaunt that she: – Had one of her daughters call the school to say that her sister had suffered a heart attack in Costa Rica. – Had another daughter call the school later that day to say that the sister had died and that about a dozen relatives, including Barnett, were traveling to the country for a funeral. – Faxed a forged death certificate of her daughter “Xinia Daley Herman” to school as proof of the death. The document is required if a city school employee asks for bereavement days. Thanks to the scam, Barnett, 58, was able to spend 21/2 weeks in March 2010 — including her school-sanctioned spring break — in the tropical paradise, city investigators said. But the fun in the sun didn’t last long. A school official quickly grew suspicious of the death certificate because it contained “slightly different fonts which were not aligned properly,” according to a report by special schools investigator Richard Condon. Costa Rican government officials later confirmed to a city investigator that the certificate was a fake, noting the document had identification numbers that actually corresponded to a man and had been issued in 2005. Costa Rican officials also told the investigator it “does not issue death certificates five years prior to a person’s date of death,” according to court records. Investigators also were able to determine that Barnett booked the tickets for her vacation more than three weeks before she left — long before she claimed her daughter croaked. When confronted with the forgery evidence, Barnett insisted the death certificate was real and that her daughter “died of a heart condition,” investigators said. Barnett even submitted another death certificate — this time with the month and year changed to March 2010, according to court records. The morbid plot cost Barnett her $37,000-a-year job at the school. She also pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor over the forgery in Manhattan Criminal Court this fall, records show. What in the hell??? What was this broad thinking???? It’s obvious that this was gonna turn out bad. SMH. Source

Race Matters: Federal Judge Decides To Keep Party Affiliation On Voting Ballots So Black People Will Be Able To Find The Democrats

Well this is quite interesting: A U.S. District Court judge has rejected a challenge to Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 — filled when the Department of Justice barred the city of Kinston, N.C. from holding nonpartisan elections — reasoning that lack of access to party affiliation would discriminate against minority voters who otherwise wouldn’t know how to find Democratic candidates on a ballot. The challenge was initiated after the Justice Department rejected a 2008 referendum vote in which the city of Kinston voted to stop listing candidates’ party affiliations on ballots. Under Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act, the Justice Department must approve changes to election law in regions with a history, however distant, of racial discrimination. The Justice Department prevented the 2008 referendum change, arguing in part that “the elimination of party affiliation on the ballot will likely reduce the ability of blacks to elect candidates of choice.” In other words, they are saying that if the parties are eliminated black people won’t know who to vote for…SMH. He also burned her! Does this 19-year-old look like he should be watching anybody’s kids to you? We didn’t think so either, but a toddler’s family is now mourning her death because her babysitter didn’t like having to deal with a case of the runs. A Wilmington man has been charged with homicide after allegedly beating a friend’s 2-year-old daughter, possibly because she had diarrhea. The child had been placed on life support Sunday and was declared dead Tuesday afternoon, Wilmington police said. An autopsy Wednesday showed the girl had an apparent burn on her back and bruising on her abdomen and back, according to court documents. She died of a brain injury and abdominal bleeding caused by blunt-force trauma, police said. Jonathan Rodriguez, 19, was caring for the girl and her two siblings at his home in the 300 block of E. Second St., Asbury Apartments, on Sunday while their mother was at work, Wilmington Detective Patrick Conner said in court papers. About 8:30 p.m., Rodriguez called 911, saying he’d put the girl down for a nap and later found her unresponsive and not breathing, Conner said. He told police he picked her up, shook her to awaken her, started CPR and ran to another apartment for help. Police and New Castle County paramedics took the girl to Wilmington Hospital, where doctors revived her. She was placed on a respirator and taken to Alfred I. duPont Hospital for Children in Rockland, police said. Rodriguez told police the girl had fallen off the couch a few days earlier, Conner said. Dr. Allan De Jong, a pediatrician and child-abuse expert, said the girl’s injuries could not have come from such a fall, Conner said. Conner said the girl’s 4-year-old sibling, who was with Rodriguez Sunday, told a family member that Rodriguez hit the girl because she had diarrhea. Also, a witness said they heard loud thuds coming from the apartment throughout the day, Conner said. Police arrested Rodriguez Friday and charged him with one count of homicide by abuse or neglect. He is being held without bail at Young Correctional Institution. This is horrible. Who can do something like this to a child?
