Is this how they do the kids in St. Louis??? 8-Year-Old Girl Handcuffed And Jailed For 2 Hours After Tantrum At School An 8-year-old elementary school student in St. Louis got an unexpected and uncommon punishment after she threw a temper tantrum at school that resulted in police officers cuffing her hands and feet before reportedly taking her to sit in a jail cell for two hours. via KMOV News An 8-year-old girl was handcuffed and held by Alton Police for two hours after throwing a tantrum at school. Jmyha Rickman was hauled in the back of a police squad car. Her guardian said she was treated like a criminal, all 70 lbs. of the young girl. Rickman’s ordeal began at Love Joy Elementary School late Tuesday morning when she apparently had a bad tantrum. At some point, school officials called the Alton Police to handle the situation. Rickman said her hands were cuffed behind her back and the police would not allow her to get her coat. “Her eyes were swollen from her crying and her wrists had welts on them,” said Rickman’s guardian, “They cuffed her feet too and she asked to use the restroom several times and was ignored.” Alton Police have disputed some of the family’s claims and said the child was put in a juvenile detention room with supervision. Police said they received a call from the school and said a child was out of control, tearing up two classrooms. The police officer believes he took appropriate action. This is out of control. What would you do if your school-aged child came home and told you he/she had spent two hours in jail wearing handcuffs for acting up at school?
Remember the ain’t isht broad who “gave back” a child she adopted from China??? Well aparently, that wasn’t the only time this happened… According to NY Daily News: A wealthy widow who gave up her Chinese daughter for readoption after eight years — then tried to cut the girl out of her husband’s $250 million estate — had years earlier dumped another baby she adopted from China, the Daily News has learned. Christine Svenningsen, 55, adopted a baby boy from China after her husband died in May 1997, then changed her mind after she brought the child she named Eric home to Westchester County, court papers reveal. Svenningsen already had five biological children, plus the first child she’d adopted from China, Emily. “Now after your adoption of Emily, did you go to China to adopt a boy named Eric?” Stephen Hochhauser, the lawyer for Emily’s new parents, asked Svenningsen in a 2009 deposition. “Yes,” Svenningsen answered. “What happened with Eric?” Hochhauser asked. “What did you do with him?” “He was adopted,” Svenningsen said, by “a person in New Jersey.” Court papers did not disclose when Eric was adopted or readopted. “And what was the reason for terminating (your) adoption?” Hochhauser asked. “I couldn’t handle seven children,” Svenningsen answered. Svenningsen — known for amassing a small kingdom of island estates in Long Island Sound, which she once described as “like little pieces of art” and renovates as a hobby, only to leave many sitting empty — decided she couldn’t handle six children, either. She gave Emily up in late 2004, when the little girl was 8. She then fought to exclude the girl from her party-supply magnate husband’s $250 million estate — a bid that was shot down last month by a state appeals court. Standing in the doorway of their Colonial-style farmhouse in a rural section of Connecticut, Emily’s new mom, Maryann Campbell, told The News, “We’re not going to be making any comment,” calling their court battle a “debacle.” The mother-daughter duo had just arrived home, a bespectacled Emily riding in the front seat of the family’s Mercedes-Benz. “Things will pass,” Campbell said as Emily rushed into the house. “We’re all fine.” In fact, court filings show Emily is much better off in her new home — where she’s able to sit at the same dinner table with the rest of her family, unlike when she lived with the Svenningsens. Svenningsen declined repeated requests for comment. Through an intercom at the family’s wooded Westchester estate, a woman said, “I can’t talk about anything.” In an affidavit, Svenningsen acknowledged that adopting Emily might have been a mistake. She said she and her husband, John — who was 27 years older than her — had decided to adopt a child from China because they had visited orphanages there and wanted to help. After they started the process, John was diagnosed with the lymphoma that would take his life. “Maybe I should not have gone to China. Everyone advised me not to continue with the adoption, but I just wanted things to go on as planned. My world was falling apart. My husband had cancer. Somehow I thought if I stuck to the plan, everything would be okay,” she said. Campbell’s filings say Svenningsen turned a cold shoulder to the girl even after she’d been readopted. Campbell said she had a “chance encounter” with Emily’s former mom, and told her Emily would love to see her and her former siblings because she missed them. Svenningsen said no. SMH at this lady for real…seriously though, why adopt children when you know you can’t handle them??? What a “c-word” (rhymes with runt)
Baking waffles? Bullets in oven?? Only in Florida … Florida Woman Shot By Oven While Cooking Waffles Via Tmapa Bay Times reports: A young woman trying to make an evening snack ended up at the hospital Monday night after a round of ammunition exploded inside an oven, police said. Eighteen-year-old Aalaya Walker just wanted some waffles. What she didn’t know was that her friend Javarski “JJ” Sandy, 25, had placed a magazine from his .45-caliber Glock 21 in the oven. It’s unclear why he would do that. Walker preheated the oven shortly after 9 p.m. She heard an explosion a short time later. She picked fragments of at least one round from her chest and leg. She rode the bus to St. Anthony’s Hospital, where she met with officers. They sought out Sandy, who was at his apartment in the 200 block of 24th St. N. Sandy, who has a permit to carry a concealed weapon, confirmed Walker’s story. He told authorities there were four rounds in the magazine. He showed the melted magazine to officers, though he’d already thrown away the other bullets. “He stated that he does not have a temperature gauge on the oven so he estimates the temperature based on how far the knob is turned,” an officer wrote in a report. “I observed that the inside of the oven was damaged.” Police described Walker’s wounds as “superficial.” They did not make any arrests. Why the hell was ammo stored in the oven?!? More importantly, who the hell makes waffles in a damn oven??? Jesus take the wheel, brakes and engine!
She looks rough Via ABCNews Nancy Gonzalez, a corrections officer at the federal Metropolitan Detention Center in Sunset Park, Brooklyn, was arrested this morning at her home in Huntington, N.Y., on charges that she allegedly carried on a sexual relationship with a man convicted of killing two NYPD detectives. She is charged with engaging in sexual relations with an inmate and she is scheduled to be arraigned later this afternoon in Brooklyn federal court, according to court papers. Gonzalez, 29, is accused of having what is described as inappropriate relationship sex with Ronell Wilson, who was convicted of the 2003 capital murder of two undercover NYPD detectives in a point-blank execution in Staten Island. Gonzalez is now eight months pregnant with a baby, possibly from the relationship with Wilson, according to officials. At least three other inmates knew about the relationship, and told authorities Gonzalez had inappropriate relations in both the cell and a vacant room next to the inmate’s cell. B-b-but wait it gets worse! Further investigation revealed an inappropriate relationship with another inmate, currently in a New York State prison but previously at the federal Metropolitan Detention Center, according to the court documents. That inmate told his mother on a recorded conversation that Gonzalez is pregnant with another man’s baby. Gonzales will have an initial appearance this afternoon in US District court in Brooklyn before Magistrate Judge Ramon E. Reyes. She faces a statutory maximum of 15 years in prison if convicted. So what does this felon-lovin’ hussy have to say for herself? “I just basically got wrapped up in something that I should not have got wrapped up…getting myself up with someone that is so high profile that when he farts it makes the news.” Gonzalez asked the second inmate if he knew Wilson’s name, and the second inmate said his first name starts with “R.” “I can’t explain it. I know what’s to come. I know what is going to be said about me. I know that for me as a parent, how am I going to explain this to this little boy? Mommy was in the military. Mommy was a C.O. Mommy got wrapped up in …So how do you explain that.” We don’t think “your honor” is going to be very compassionate to that argument. Good luck. Image via U.S. Attorney Office
Cause it aint no fun if mom can’t have some….SMH Mother Seduces Daughter’s Boyfriend And Convinces Him To Kill This is one sick and twisted crazy story straight out of Chi-town… via Chicago Tribune Sandra Rogers convinced her 17-year-old lover to help her in the 2003 sledgehammer attack of her ex-husband and his new wife by threatening to tell his 14-year-old girlfriend – her daughter – about their affair, the now-26-year-old man testified Monday at Rogers’ trial in Lake County. Jonathan McMeekin testified that the woman he referred to as “Sandy” allowed him to move into her home – and sleep in the same bed as her daughter Robin – when Robin was 13. He said Sandra Rogers bought him gifts including football cleats; let him use her car, though he didn’t have a license; took him out to dinner; and bought him drugs. “She would cook for me, clean, do my laundry, give me lunch money, those kinds of things,” McMeekin said. “She told me that I owed her.” This broad was a certified nut case….but it gets worse… Authorities assert that McMeekin and Rogers drove together to her ex-husband’s home in the middle of the night on May 19, 2003, broke in and surprised the couple in bed. Rogers struck both of them over the head multiple times with a sledgehammer, nearly killing the couple, prosecutors say. In his testimony, McMeekin said Sandra Rogers had her own motives: She was distraught over her ex-husband regaining custody of their two daughters, and child support payments had stopped, McMeekin said Monday. Also, Sandra Rogers told McMeekin she feared she was going to be arrested because she allowed her daughter to continue to see McMeekin against her father’s wishes, he testified. “She started talking about how she didn’t want to be arrested the next day,” he said. “She started talking about Rick, how she wanted to kill him. She said if I didn’t go with her, she would tell Robin that we had sex together.” We’re just wondering why it took 10 years for this to go to trial. Talk about a family affair… Photo Credit: Illinois Department of Corrections
Jesus the take the wheel…or better yet, take the keys! 6-Year-Old Girl Steals Family Car To Go Visit Her Father A Pittsburgh child who is barely even old enough to attend school for a full day yet was involved in a car accident after she reportedly stole her mother’s car keys and got behind the wheel attempting to go visit her father. via Yahoo News Pittsburgh police say a determined 6-year-old girl didn’t hurt anyone when she crashed her mother’s car while trying to drive across town to visit her father. Police haven’t released the name of the girl whose mother was reportedly still sleeping when the girl took the woman’s car keys about 9 a.m. Sunday. Police Sgt. Jerry Parker tells reporters the little girl is tall for her age, but adds: “How she knew how to operate a car, your guess is as good as mine.” Police say the girl hit two parked vehicles, pushing one of them into a third, before hitting a utility pole. Police and the girl’s father arrived to take her home after the accident. Police are still investigating but haven’t said if anyone will face charges. This is one bizarre story. Her mother must have been one heavy sleeper, but aside from that, why couldn’t this child wait until the morning to go visit her father when her mother could take her? There are some holes in this story for sure… Image via Shutterstock

Police Consider Charging Man Who Shut Down Freeway For Marriage Proposal A man who pulled out all the stops to pop the question to his girlfriend on a bust California freeway may be facing fines or jail time. via Yahoo News Police in California say they’re mulling over charges against a motorcyclist who orchestrated the shutdown of a freeway outside Los Angeles so he could propose to his girlfriend. The stunt, captured in a video posted to YouTube, occurred Sunday on the 10 Freeway in West Covina, Calif., 20 miles east of L.A. The video shows several hundred motorcyclists slow to a stop and then surround a biker who promptly released a plume of pink smoke, removed his helmet and dropped to one knee to propose to his girlfriend, who had been riding on the back of the bike. She appeared to be shocked by the proposal, but she accepted it. Some bikers pumped their fists and others did wheelies as they rode away ahead of the husband-and-wife to-be, with most exiting the freeway at the next off-ramp. Traffic, which had been backed up in both directions, soon began flowing again. The California Highway Patrol said on Wednesday it is investigating the incident and that felony charges for impeding traffic could be filed. “It’s dangerous when you do something like that,” CHP Sgt. Kurt Stormes told the San Bernardino Sun. “You’ve got free-flowing traffic. Suddenly traffic comes to a stop and people don’t know what happened, and that’s when accidents happen.”
