Justin Bieber Crushes on Cheryl Cole

Sorry, Kim Kardashian. You’re no longer Justin Bieber’s dream girlfriend . The young singer has moved on to a true beauty, as he identified his new crush for a British radio station this week: Cheryl Cole . “She’s got herself a nice looking bod,” Justin said. “I met her the other day and she’s looking gorgeous.” Via Twitter, Bieber later added: “I heard Cheryl just became single… I mean aw cmon!! haha. Whatsup Cheryl? ;)” This guy cracks us up. Bieber was also asked about his first kiss and replied: “I can’t remember her name. It was at a school dance. It was kind of bad because it was my first kiss. I made a bet with my friends – first person to get a kiss gets ten dollars. So I slowed danced with this girl and then just went in. “Back then I was just a regular hockey-playing kid, so I was lucky she kissed me back!” Now? Let’s just say Justin doesn’t have to worry about a girl ever kissing him back. WATCH THE ADORABLE SINGER’S FULL INTERVIEW BELOW. Long Bieber Interview

The City Recap: Olivia Palermo May Get Fired!

We often give the The City credit for its realism … at least compared to The Hills . Well, last night that was nowhere to be found, because it was Fashion Week. Again. Seriously, wasn’t it Fashion Week, like, two weeks ago? They make the world of fashion look as glamorous as the ease at which things seem to in Whitney Port’s lap. Elsewhere, there were some surprises (Roxy not screwing up all that badly and Kelly not hating her for a change) and more of the same (Olivia screwing up badly). Here’s THG’s plus-minus recap of last night’s The City … Whitney and Roxy decide to check out a few fashion shows. Kelly advises them to leave if they’re past the third row, because that means they suck basically. Plus 7 . Oh, what was Roxy wearing when she approached Whitney at the beginning? Lingerie? We thought this must have been at home, but no, just People’s Rev! Minus 3 . When you’re Whitney Port, career opportunities come easy! Whitney scores a meeting with Maybeline, where she shows them pictures of her fall collection. They ask if she’d show at Miami Fashion Week. It’s hat easy! Wash! At an Elle meeting, Olivia Palermo promises to land a Marc Jacobs interview at Fashion Week. Erin Kaplan blatantly announces she’s looking for a new hire. Plus 10 . Unable to score an interview because she sucks, Olivia says Marc isn’t doing press (lie #1) and that Joe will be fine with it (lie #2). She’s gotta get fired. Minus 11 . Furthermore, how does Elle need freaking Olivia Palermo to get an interview? Aren’t they Elle? And why send her of all employees? Come on . Obligatory Minus 17 . Louise Roe, displaying such polished outward perfection, threatens to send The City into complete upheaval. She’s a Star Wars -like disturbance in the Force. Plus 9 . When you’re Olivia Palermo, it’s next to impossible to get fired. Oh, and she dated Freddie Fackelmayer of all people. Yes, the same Freddie Fackelmayer from Season 1 (there can be only one) who Whitney fake-dated. Minus 5 . For whatever reason, Whitney says she dated Freddie too, yet leaves out any of the shady stuff he did. Is she bragging? If so, there is no apparent reason. Minus 3 . Amazingly, Louise actually acts like she cares about the job she has, one that scores of enterprising young women would surely want. Olivia? You watching? Plus 7 . When Robbie suggested she was going to fire Olivia at the end of the episode, we sort of believed him, and sort of felt bad for her. Sort of. Not really. At all. Plus 9 . TOTAL: +1 . SEASON: -63 . We have mixed feelings about the end of Olivia. She really deserves to get canned, yet Louise isn’t that appealing as a fill-in. Oh well.

Tom Cruise, Jennifer Lopez Get Down, Get Right at MTV Movie Awards

One of the highlights of the MTV Movie Awards was Tom Cruise – as movie mogul alter ego Les Grossman – getting down with Jennifer Lopez in a surprise cameo. After an intro from Ludacris, two worked it to her song “Get Right,” and the results were as funny as any Tropic Thunder quotes from Cruise’s infamous character. As teased in promos , the slightly crazy actor made an impression with this and other performances (a skit with Robert Pattinson and Taylor Lautner) last night. Rather amazingly, Cruise held his own with J. Lo … From her reaction, it looks like Katie Holmes approved of her husband’s dancing as much as we did. Check out a video of the performance after the jump … Tom Cruise and Jennifer Lopez

MTV Movie Awards Fashion Face-Off: Julianne Hough vs. Stephanie Pratt

Julianne Hough vs. Stephanie Pratt. Hmm. It seems like a bit of a fashion mismatch to us, at least on paper, but only your votes will establish whether that’s the case. The country singer and Dancing with the Stars alum proved she can be all sorts of Hollywood chic in a peekaboo mini with sharp shoulders and coordinating pumps. Meanwhile, the lil’ sister of Spencer Pratt heated things up in a neon-and-black print minidress, with a lace overlay, and super-straight platinum locks. Not shabby! Whose look do you prefer, though? Vote below! Who looked better at the MTV Movie Awards?

MTV Movie Awards Fashion Face-Off: Whitney Port vs. Audrina Patridge

We just profiled the clashing fashions of Stephanie Pratt and Julianne Hough at last night’s MTV Movie Awards. Now, we look at not one but two Hills girls. Well, one current and one former Hills star, anyway. Getting back to her California roots, The City star Whitney Port looked sunny as can be in canary yellow. Her curve-hugging mini and matching suede sandals looked fabulous if you ask us – but what do you expect from a budding designer and natural beauty? Meanwhile, it was all about the glam shot for Audrina Patridge , who shimmied in a one-sleeve, silver-sequined dress, showing a lot less skin than usual. It’s up to you to pick the winner. Vote below … Who looked better at the MTV Movie Awards?

Anna Kendrick, Scarlett Johansson Lead Best-Dressed List At MTV Movie Awards

Vanessa Hudgens, ‘The City’ star Whitney Port and more stand out on the red carpet. By Amy Wilkinson Anna Kendrick Photo: Getty Images The MTV Movie Awards may not hand out Golden Popcorn statues for best dressed, but that doesn’t mean Hollywood’s most fashionable femme fatales shouldn’t be honored. Here are our top picks for the night’s most stunning stars to grace the Gibson Amphitheatre red carpet. White was one of the evening’s hottest trends. From Paris Hilton to “Jersey Shore” star Vinny Guadagnino, many opted for ivory, but no one did it better than Vanessa Hudgens, who flaunted a gauzy Jenny Packham minidress with silver jewels below the bust. The “Beastly” star let her frock take center stage, accessorizing sparsely with metallic peep-toe pumps and a simple silver necklace. “Up in the Air” actress and Breakout Star winner Anna Kendrick went the opposite route — a completely colorful low-cut black, red and pink floral Zac Posen dress finished with sky-high banded black pumps and her locks in beachy waves. While Anna was all feminine flirt, “Iron Man 2” star Scarlett Johansson chose sleek sophistication in a forest green belted Dolce & Gabbana lace shift dress and black pumps. She also showed off one of her newest accessories: her newly dyed blond locks. Another blond looking absolutely fabulous was “The City” star Whitney Port, who simply glowed in a sunny form-fitting yellow-and-gray strapless dress and silver mesh peep-toe pumps. And while most stars went short and sweet, “The Hills” hottie Lo Bosworth shined in a sophisticated floor-length coral Diane von Furstenberg Grecian gown. She completed her look with shoulder-grazing dangling earrings, silver bangles and a softly curled half-updo. For some reason the thought of Howard Stern at the premiere of ‘Sex and the City 2’ makes me laugh hysterically.

Shorty In The City

Whitney Port sports a very tiny pair of shorts while walking around New York. But we guess when you’ve got legs like that, you gotta show ’em off!

Whitney Port’s Sad Little Short Shorts

Here’s Whitney Port out the other day taking her long legs for a walk looking a little on the depressed side. What’s the matter princess, short shorts riding up? Poor thing, I can help you with that, I’ve got little blogger fingers that could fix that right up in ten or fifteen minutes depending on how many drinks I’ve had and wether or not you’ve got a security detail nearby. The City Recap: The Elle Reality Show

We realize that as a show about women in fashion, MTV’s The City is bound to cross-promote certain magazines, designers and brands … but this is getting a little ridic. It’s basically the Elle reality show at this point … this week’s title even had Elle in it. Bad as it is for Elle that Olivia Palermo works there, the PR volume makes up for it. Fortunately, MTV was a non-discriminatory cross-promoting media whore of a network last night, as The N.Y. Post ‘s Page Six and Glamour got some love, too. But why? Here’s THG’s plus-minus recap of last night’s The City , “The Belle of Elle” … THE FACE OF ELLE : Only not really … or at all . Joe stops by to ask Olivia if she wants to go to a party for Gossip Girl – more shills! – stylist Eric Daman. Plus 2 , because we love us some GG and its trendy fashions. Kelly informs Whitney Port that Glamour – cha-ching! – wants to do a full page on her line. Whitney wants to bring Roxy. Kelly advises no. Whit does anyway. Wash . For a society girl, Olivia likes the attention she gets at the party way too much. Aren’t they supposed to not be impressed by anything, Blair Waldorf style? Minus 17 . Roxy’s LOL skirt look – “ballerina gone punk rock gone a little hooker, but in a good way” – is predictably not embraced by Glamour fashion director Sasha. Plus 10 . Kelly to Roxy Olin : “This business is made up of freaks and followers. I’m totally a freak. So you want to be a freak? That’s great but you pay the price.” Plus 14 . ROXY AND A HARD PLACE: Whitney is often caught in the middle. Olivia, regarding Seth talking to Blake Lively and Leighton Meester: “I can talk to a park bench.” LOL. What does that even mean? That Blake is a park bench? Minus 25 . Joe says that an Elle item made it in Page Six. Olivia perks up, only to learn that the so-called “Belle of Elle” is new fashion director Alexis Bryan Morgan. Served! Plus 17 ! Erin gives Olivia a look, delighted by Olivia’s reaction as she learns it’s not her in the press. Wash , because that was sort of cold, but we kinda don’t blame her … at all. At a Bergdorf Goodman party, Whit is, like, so nervous, but meets with an exec at the women’s division and makes a pitch for her fall like like a seasoned vet. Plus 11 . Through it all, Roxy was left in the cold, and more or less useless, with no discernible purpose on the show. But at least she’s true to herself … or something. Minus 2 . TOTAL: +10. SEASON: -73 .
