A jury ordered The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills’ Lisa Vanderpump to pay $100,000 in a lawsuit brought forward by former employee Karina Bustillos. Lisa Vanderpump, Dog Scoff at Verdict Lisa Vanderpump was shocked to learn the verdict in a sexual harassment lawsuit brought forth by Bustillos, a waitress at her restaurant Villa Blanca. Bustillos went to court after she was allegedly “manhandled” by another staff member on Lisa Vanderpump’s payroll – the manager, Michael Govia. A jury decided to hold Villa Blanca at fault and has hereby ordered Bustillos be paid $100,000 in punitive damages as a result of the alleged harassment. Lisa Vanderpump’s attorney, outraged at the verdict, plans to file an appeal, saying “We are in absolute shock at the amount of punitive damages that were awarded. “Especially in light of nominal compensatory damages awarded and the lack of evidence … We plan to file an appeal and are confident that we will prevail.” According to reports, the waitress was allowed to go after Villa Blanca for punitive damages because the jury “found the restaurant acted with malice.” No one, however, expected that Bustillos would be awarded such a large sum of money. Bustillos was happy with the verdict, though … not surprisingly. Lisa Vanderpump might be outraged on principle, but if you watch The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills online , what’s a hundred grand to this woman? Heck, she might spend that much to hire best legal team in the country just to appeal this verdict to death and win simply for the sake of winning. She and beloved dog Jiggy didn’t seem too concerned in the video above. Regardless, apparently Kyle Richards and Brandi Glanville aren’t the only ones hating on Lisa. The Kardashians may seem to be everywhere these days, but if residents of Southampton, NY have their way Khloe and Kourtney will not be bringing their media circus to the exclusive seaside town. The sisters recently began filming yet another E! network reality series called Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons . It now seems, however, that they should’ve done a bit of asking around before they chose that title, as the Hamptons want nothing to do with Kourtney and Khloe . Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian in the Hamptons Residents are so repulsed it was reportedly difficult for producers to find a rental property and now that they’ve finally found a landlord, the poor woman is on the verge of being chased out of town and losing her business. Page Six reports that Irma Herzog, the woman who rented to Kourtney and Khloe is currently the least popular person in Southampton. “She’s being tormented and harrassed,” said one resident, adding that Southamptonites are vowing to boycott the formerly popular restaurant owned by Herzog. “I view [the Kardashian situation] like people viewed the plague in the Middle Ages,” said Jerry Della Famina, an advertising exec who owns a home in nearby Bridgehampton. “I just want to survive it.” Good plan, Jerry. It’s been at least a couple years since we’ve had British hottie Rachel Stevens on the site, and I’m not really sure what she’s been up to lately. Yeah, I could look it up, but that would mean taking my eyes off this spread she just did for the latest issue of FHM , and I don’t think that’s happening anytime soon. Apparently the magazine held a reader contest to name their “Sexiest Woman of All-Time,” and Rachel took home the title. That sparked a frantic search of their home, with garbage bins being upended and their contents picked through, an effort that left Nosiru and his wife — who are originally from Nigeria — empty handed and feeling ‘miserable’. But that despair turned to joy after a fellow member of the congregation discovered the ticket and reunited it with them on April 1 — a return made possible because Nosiru signed the ticket with their address. If you didn’t catch last night’s Game of Thrones , well, sorry for the spoiler, but Oberyn Martell checked out in pretty much the most gruesome fashion imaginable. As we told you in our Oberyn vs. Gregor Clegane pre-fight coverage, The Red Viper didn’t stand much of a chance against a dude who very much earns the nickname,The Mountain, so it wasn’t so much that the revenge-fueled Dornishman got offed that’s surprising, but more the way in which it happened (out of respect for the squeamish, we won’t rehash the details). But only in the uber-gory world of Westeros could a death like Oberyn’s actually have competition in terms of most shocking send-off. 9 Shocking Game of Thrones Deaths 1. Viserys Gets Crowned Viserys was up there with King Joffrey in terms of douchebags we loved to hate. Even so, his death by molten gold is tough to watch. On GoT, characters so minor they don’t even have names get shuffled off the mortal coil in brutal ways that other shows would reserve for their most heinous villains. Worse, though, is when GRRM and company kill off a main, beloved character that fans rightfully expect to receive the happiest of endings . While Oberyn’s death may take the cake in terms of sheer goriness, it doesn’t quite compare to the Red Wedding or the execution of Ned Stark in terms of moments that dropped jaws and likely flooded producers’ inboxes with hate mail. But the fact that cruel fates are suffered by beloved fan-favorites is part of why GoT packs such an emotional impact. No other series has so vividly reminded us of the randomness of life and death, or the fact that sometimes the very worst things imaginable happen to good people. When a bad guy dies on a network cop show, it makes you feel that all is right with the world. When the families that you’re rooting for on GoT start dropping like flies, it drives home the point that despite your best preparations, one day winter will come.
