Nelly is currently on tour with country-pop duo Florida Georgia Line and had just performed at the White River Amphitheatre in Auburn, Washington when the alleged incident occurred. Authorities say he and the woman were together around 3:45am (Oct 7th), and Nelly was booked on second degree rape charges around 7am. Nelly’s lawyer reached to TMZ to deny the rape allegations, stating, “Nelly is the victim of a completely fabricated allegation. Our initial investigation, clearly establishes the allegation is devoid of credibility and is motivated by greed and vindictiveness. I am confident, once the scurrilous accusation is thoroughly investigated, there will be no charges. The episode opens with the reminder that Annalise is living in a hotel, which doesn’t bother her, and she tells her counselor that she took her first case last week since being back. Now we flashback to Annalise taking the case. The case is that of Jasmine, one of the women Annalise met when she was locked up. Jasmine is shocked that Annalise would take her case on, and pro bono at that. Jasmine is a career prostitute and drug addict convicted who was possibly wrongfully convicted on an illegal firearm charge. This woman has a lengthy record and other charges to contend with, winning won’t be easy. via GIPHY Meanwhile, Annalise’s kids are busy trying to figure out their next career moves. They’re interviewing for respective internships and having an awkward time with interviewers who are less interested in them as candidates and more interested what it was like working for Annalise, the notorious. Later on, Michaela and Asher get call backs to their firm of choice while Connor and Laurel have no luck. Bonnie is moving on with her life away from Annalise. She works at the DA’s office now and she’s bitter af that Annalise let her go. That comes into play a little later, but hold that thought. Jasmine’s case isn’t looking good at first. There’s body camera footage of her soliciting the arresting officer for sex. Then it comes out that Jasmine was pimped out to a crew of savages by her father, at 13-year-old, for some drugs. Basically, this is a nod to broken people getting sucked into a broken system that discards them instead of actually reforming them. via GIPHY Annalise realizes that her client is a sex trafficking victim and reaches out to Bonnie for help because needs Jasmine’s sealed files from when she was a minor, from the DA’s office. Bonnie gets real stank and refuses, but Frank’s stalker behind slides in with the goods. He’s still trying to get back in Annalise’s good graces so he shows up to her hotel room with the info, and even though she’s not thrilled to see him she takes the files. Frank leaves without incident, but tells her that he’s always there when she needs him. via GIPHY Annalise’s counselor is trying to get her to see that this case is close to her heart she she was also a victim of child sex abuse. Annalise denise this, but c’mon son, we know what it is. Anyway, Annalise digs deep in court. She found disparities in how Jasmine’s case was handled as a child. Basically Jasmine was the judge’s only black client and while the judge didn’t send her to jail and sealed her record out of courtesy, he didn’t make sure she was released to a safe environment. However, he made sure that his white clients were protected. This method of defense is unorthodox because Annalise is gonna Annalise, but she did a good job of making the court see that Jasmine was treated as a criminal instead of a victim and set up for failure. As a result, the judge orders Jasmine’s previous records to be sealed and allows her to get out of jail and be eligible for assistance. As long as Jasmine stays out of court she can live her life and apply for work without worrying about a prior convictions. Annalise is there when a grateful Jasmine gets out of jail and even sends her off with money. However, she reveals to her counselor that she thinks Jasmine will be reaching out to her soon, saying that she’s back on the streets and back on drugs. Hopefully not. Annalise claims she’s done adopting people because she ruins lives, but this wouldn’t be a bad passion project…from a distance. Just wire Jasmine some dough here and there and send some people to keep her lifted and out of trouble. via GIPHY The episode winds down with news that Michaela got an offer from Kaplan and Gold (the firm she and Asher wanted), but Asher didn’t. Laurel urges her to take the job because it’s the firm that represents her father and then she drops the bomb. She reveals that her father killed Wes. Michaela is rightfully stunned. via GIPHY Two months later, we’re at the hospital with Laurel freaking over her missing baby after regaining consciousness. Annalise’s counselor is at the hospital witnessing this. He calls Annalise, who doesn’t pick up, and leaves her a message wondering where she is but also informing her that Laurel is awake. Then we cut to Bonnie on the bloody scene of a crime. It looks like someone was dragged out of an elevator. We don’t know who it is, but in next week’s preview Annalise is going to be called to identify the body. Lordt. Here we go again. In the wake of Hugh Hefner’s death, nearly everyone that was close to the Playboy founder issued some kind of sorrowful statement. Nearly everyone except the woman married to him, that is. But Crystal Hefner has now broken her silence, two days after her famous husband was laid to rest in an intimate funeral attended by close friends and loved ones. “I haven’t been able to bring myself to write most people back to thank them for their condolences,” Crystal told E! News in a statement, adding simply and sadly: “I am heartbroken. I am still in disbelief.” Hefner passed away at the age of 91 last Wednesday. There had been rumors for several months that the publishing legend was ill, as he had not made any public appearances or posed for any pictures in quite awhile. Hefner was buried over the weekend alongside Marilyn Monroe, an honor for which he paid $75,000 back in 1992. “He is in the place he was always certain he wanted to spend eternity,” says Crystal. Only 31 years old, Crystal has always been aware that critics believed she married Hefner purely for his money and lifestyle. But she didn’t even bother to address those allegations in her chat with E! News. She stopped trying to convince those haters a long time ago. “He was an American hero. A pioneer. A kind and humble soul who opened up his life and home to the world,” she says, continuing as follows: “I felt how much he loved me. I loved him so much. I am so grateful. The publisher’s four kids were there, too, of course. “I join the world in mourning,” Crystal tells E! News. “I thank you for all of your condolences. John Moore/Getty Images Man Calls Drunk GF To Pick Him Up After DUI A Ohio man was getting anxious after spending time at the Stark County Sheriff’s office for OVI, he so he called his girlfriend to come pick him up. There was an issue though, the woman was drunk herself when she arrived, so they both were locked up. According to News 5 Cleveland , the 23-year-old man, Kristopher Fox was spotted speeding by a sergeant who says his car reeked of alcohol. Sure enough, the young man failed a sobriety test, with a 24 pack of half-drunken beer in his car seat. After being taken in to the Sheriff’s office, he requested the sergeant to call his girlfriend to come get him. The Sergeant says when she picked up the phone, 29-year-old Brandi Rae Coen sounded like she was drunk herself. He warned her not to drive if she had been drinking. The woman ignored his warning and showed up anyway. Get this, the woman show up with double the legal limit of alcohol consumption and two children in the car! Coen took a breathalyzer test and registered a .162 BAC. She was charged with OVI and two counts of child endangering.

According to NBC 2 , a woman who was 9 months pregnant was struck by a bolt of lightning in the head as she was walking with her mother. That woman, Meghan Davidson of Fort Myers, Florida, is still in critical condition and her baby who was born via an emergency delivery, is still hospitalized. The news station reports that Davidson’s church members are remaining optimistic about her recovery. “Meghan is showing signs of improvement. They have lowered the amount of oxygen that she is getting and they have lowered the sedation,” Bridges said. “We are just all praying for a miracle.” Prayers up for this woman’s recovery.

Shawnetta D. Reece was taken into custody Thursday for engaging in sexual conduct with a high school senior in 2015. The student was 18 years old at the time of the alleged relationship, while Shawnetta is 20 years older. Authorities became aware of the relationship while investigating DIFFERENT allegations that the teacher was sexually involved with a 15-year-old student two years prior. Yikes. Reece was arrested Aug. 14 for the relationship with the 15-year-old and charged with child molestation and sexual assault. She was booked again Thursday on charges of sexual assault by persons with supervisory or disciplinary authority in the case of the 18-year old. Now that he’s found himself in a particularly sticky situation, the comedian an actor is getting ahead of an alleged sex tape scandal by apologizing in advance to his pregnant wife and children for what he calls a lapse in judgement. Taking to Instagram, Hart confesses, “I made a bad error and judgment and put myself in an environment where only bad things can happen and they did and in doing that I know that I’m going to hurt the people closest to me.” He goes on to say that becoming a megastar has put a “target on his back” and knowing that, he should have made better decisions. “It’s a sh-tty moment when you know you’re wrong and there’s no excuses for your wrong behavior. At the end of the day, I simply have to do better. But I’m also not going to allow someone to have financial gain over my mistakes and in this particular situation that’s what was attempted.” According to TMZ , someone reached out to Kevin Hart’s team with a video showing the comedian getting hot and heavy with another woman. The video allegedly cuts to a bedroom where two people are having sex, but apparently you don’t see Kevin’s face. The gossip site claims the owner of said video demanded a multi-million dollar payment in exchange for not leaking the video, however Hart chose to come clean instead.
