The 49-year-old pop star made a pretty bold statement during an episode of Tinder’s Swipe Sessions series, where she gave dating advice to a woman named Brooke in an effort to help her find the perfect date. Early on in the episode, Lopez started off by swiping left (or for those of you who have never used Tinder, she basically “disliked”) on a man purely because his profile said he was 29-years-old. As she starts to swipe through the multiple different men and their profiles, Jennifer comes across a guy who’s 29 that Brooke seems interested in, but Lopez advises her against the idea, saying, “Guys, until they’re 33, are really useless.” The next man they come across had a bio that read, “If you store ketchup in the refrigerator, we’re not going to work out” which both the ladies found to be pretty off-putting–And to be fair, he was 27, so J. Lo kept pretty true to her methods throughout this whole experiment. As we mentioned before, this video came out in 2018, and there are definitely some comments from when it first surfaced of an angry few–but others totally agree with what the singer has to say. A New York-based relationship expert Dr. Jane Greer explained to Insider that Jennifer Lopez might not be wrong if commitment is what someone is looking for in a man. She told the mag: “It can take men into their early 30s to establish their professional career and feel a sense of financial stability, which helps them feel more secure in life. As a result, this can give them the maturity that comes with accomplishment, experience, and success. Sometimes you see a guy who’s been in several relationships but then, in his early 30s, suddenly he meets a woman and is ready to marry her.” Like many people have mentioned online, Jennifer definitely has a history of dating men younger than her, so she’s probably able to speak from experience on this one. A lot of fans are also bringing up the fact that Drake–who’s now 32–date Lopez when he was 30, so he might be part of the reason she has this philosophy. This video resurfacing comes right after the recent proposal and engagement between J. Lo and 43-year-old Alex Rodriquez . In a horrific act, a dog bit off a 4-year-old’s hand when the kid stuck their arm underneath a fence, according to Time . The kid was wearing a sock on their arm when they slipped it between the ground and a solid vinyl fence in a backyard on Sunday. According to the Layton Fire Battalion Chief Jason Cook, a husky on the other side bit off the boy’s entire hand AND two to three inches of his arm. The boy’s dad tried to contain the bleeding and comfort his son until emergency assistance arrived. A helicopter ended up flying the boy to a hospital in Salt Lake City, where he had surgery, Cook said. The child is doing well and is expected to survive, according to officials. Unfortunately, authorities weren’t able to find his hand, which brings about horrifying theories of what the dog could’ve done with it. Police think the dog might’ve eaten it. Animal control officials and medical personnel considered putting down the dog to retrieve the possible hand they ingested, but the surgeon said it wasn’t a viable option. The husky is set to be quarantined for 10 days, said Rhett Nicks, director for Davis County Animal Care and Control. Officials have not decided whether the dog will be put down or listed as a dangerous canine. An investigation is underway. Cook said this was the animal’s first reported bite. It’s not determined whether the dog owners will face consequences. The dog was properly fenced in at the house. Cook didn’t know if the boy was right-handed or not, but he said he should be able to adapt since he’s so young. “He’ll kind of grow into his dexterity,” Cook said. “But it’s certainly life-changing. It’s just a sad turn of events for the young, little guy.” Sad. Unfortunate. And brutal.

Now in 2019, people like Ava DuVernay, Ryan Coogler , and Jordan Peele are getting recognition for their cinematic storytelling, but still, many Black faces on the technical side fail to get their due recognition. That seems to be changing thanks to some major Oscar wins on Sunday for costume designer Ruth Carter and production designer Hannah Beachler. Both women won for Black Panther, making them the first Black women to win in their respective categories of Best Costume Design and Best Production Design. Ms. Beachler was the first Black woman period to even be nominated in her category. Though the Oscars continue to cause mixed emotions with their decision making , the win for Carter and Beachler on Sunday gives more exposure to talent that can inspire women of color in the future. We’re just weeks away from Meghan Markle’s due date, and not surprisingly, the tabloids are loaded with reports about the mom-to-be stressing over last minute details. Of course, Meghan’s situation is relatable to millions, and since most media outlets live in fear of anyone considering the Duchess of Sussex even remotely likable, they had to go and put the usual “diva” spin on it. Whereas someone who is well-liked by the fickle gossip hounds of the tabloid media might be depicted as a harried mom feathering her nest while frantically attending to her many professional obligations, Meghan is saddled with the mom-zilla label. That’s not really a thing, in case you were wondering, but let’s dive into this mess, anyway: “She’s totally being a mom-zilla with the home renovation,” a source close to the situation tells Radar Online. “Right now she is being a task-master,” the insider adds, as though that’s a bad thing. The insider goes on to claim that Meghan is — gasp! — working hard and keeping busy in the final weeks of her pregnancy. “She is not taking a break and has a long list to accomplish for the new house,” added the source. Remember Meghan’s baby shower in New York last week? The one that was criticized as decadent and wasteful by the UK media, even though there were like 12 people in attendance, and Meghan’s friends paid for the whole thing? Yeah, now the tactic has changed and Meg is being slammed for not being fully present during the event. “Even at her recent baby shower in New York City she was on the phone with people in the U.K. at all hours barking orders at them for — of all things — the paint,” says the source. The insider goes on to say that Meghan is decorating Frogmore Cottage as she sees fit, without any approval from palace officials. Khloe says so herself in this preview. “It's really hard to regain trust,” Kardashian says early on in ths video, speaking to her siblings and adding: “Your one stupid weekend, you just demolish a relationship.” Now, remember: These episodes were filmed a very long time ago. So Khloe can't be talking about Thompson hooking up last week with Jordyn Woods . We're actually not sure precisely what Khloe is citing here, but it very likely goes all the way back to Thompson's first cheating scandal because Season 15 concluded with Khloe giving birth last April. And, tragically, this coincided with when she learned that Thompson totally sucks. Elsewhere in this revealing look ahead to Season 16: – Kim is in a car with Kanye West when she says: “It's a full-time job warding off the negative people. Now that they’re back together, Offset doesn’t want to lose Cardi B again . But it takes more than expert pipe-laying and avoiding groupies to make a relationship truly successful. When asked if he was afraid of losing her again, he replies: “For sho! Yeah!” But he explains that the two of them are working through their challenges. “You gotta go through steps and different things so we can grow,” he reasons. Larissa's third video features her again, in different lighting. On the screen, the words “Kill that lightee” appear. “I just would like to show you guys that my foundation is still good,” Larissa says under the new lighting. “That light — that light — made up-up all of the brightness,” she accuses. Larissa then winks and blows a kiss at her fans and followers. So now comes the tricky part: what has changed on her face? We have to say that her face looks so similar to her usual self that, at first, we didn't notice much of anything. Larissa has never really had thin lips, and her cheekbones have always been fairly prominent. But we think — and makeup and lighting could definitely be factors here — that her upper lip looks a little fuller these days. Now, maybe we're just assuming because we so recently saw the photo of Larissa staring down a syringe. But maybe she got lip fillers in her upper lip. Did Larissa get more done to her lower lip, or any other fillers? We're not sure. Given the level of transparency that she has been willing to show, we imagine that she'll answer that sooner or later. In the mean time, she's definitely not upgrading her look in order to land a new man, despite what she'd joked in her initial post. Why? Because she already has one. Caiden brought a bouquet of roses to Nicki Minaj when he met her in October 2018 and he even wrote the rapper a song called “Dream About Nicki.” On Minaj’s birthday, Caiden posted a video to Instagram wishing her a happy birthday saying, “you’re my dream girl. I’m on my way to my basketball game. I’m gonna make these shots for you.” *kissy face* He does realize the age difference between Minaj and North, right? Either way, North definitely has a little admirer. But Kim would like to remind everyone, once again, that her daughter is a five-year-old. Thank God we can finally move on from this! Another Monday another crazed Florida woman . Valerie Gonzalez’s trip to Las Vegas was cut short after she reportedly got violent on a plane and was carried off the flight. The 32-year-old woman boarded JetBlue’s flight 7 at Ft. Lauderdale-Hollywood International Wednesday night and allegedly got upset when she found out she was seated next to a child. “I’m not sitting next to a (expletive) three-year-old, I’ve been drinking all day,” she said according to CBSMiami. She then decided to move seats but had another problem with the people sitting in front of her and continued to shout and cuss at the passengers. The flight crew immediately ordered her to get off of the plane and called security. And like similar Florida stories …things got real weird. She continued swearing at the officers, “(expletive) you…I’m getting off the plane. Don’t touch my (expletive). I’ll get off the plane,” according to outstanding cell phone footage. And when she finally exited, she gave it one last shot. “Oh because I called someone old I get kicked off the (expletive) plane. Bye. Bye, enjoy your self in Vegas babies. Vegas baby, Vegas. I’ll be there in an hour.” She then tried to get back on the plane and when a gate agent blocked her path she hit her, according to the police report. A passenger on the plane also reported that Gonzalez hit her on the arm when refusing to switch seats. …Someone really doesn’t like Valentine’s Day. Her behavior was so severe that the officers had to cuff both her hands AND her feet. The officer noted in the report that they used the restraints to prevent her from kicking people. She was put in a wheelchair and rolled out of the terminal. They also reportedly had to get a spit mask, because she was spitting so much. Concerning the incident, JetBlue issued the following statement: On Thursday, February 14 – during the boarding of flight 7 from Fort Lauderdale to Las Vegas – crewmembers reported a disruptive customer onboard. Local law enforcement was called and the customer was removed from the flight. Additional details should be directed to the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Gonzalez remained calm (and sober) in court Friday morning while the judge set her bond for $1,000. She was charged with battery and has since been released. All because of a seating arrangement.
