Diddy’s Producer Owes Nearly $200K Towards Son’s Care Cops are set to arrest singer Mario Winans after he failed to surrender to law enforcement and attend to a court-ordered child support enforcement hearing to explain why he is still not supporting his tween son, BOSSIP has learned. The “I Don’t Wanna Know” singer was supposed to surrende r to law enforcement Wednesday and attend the hearing in Bergen County, NJ Family Court where he faced possible jail time. A judge had issued two warrants for his arrest after he once again stopped supporting his 12-year-old son. “He’s a no-show,” a Bergen County court official told BOSSIP in the courtroom Wednesday. Winans is supposed to be paying $3,500 a month for his 12-year-old son’s care, but hasn’t consistently supported the boy since he was a baby, a source close to the situation told BOSSIP. Cops raided the former Bad Boy artist’s Fort Lee home back in September 2017 – where he lives with his wife and two other kids – for not paying for the boy. He posted $10,000 bail, which went towards the child support arrears, and the judge told Winans he had a week to pay the remaining balance of more than $170,000 or face jail time. But he apparently ignored the judge’s order, and the judge issued warrants for his arrest both in November and December. Winans has said that he’s making $3,000 a month – a fraction of what he once pulled in while on Bad Boy – and was two months behind on his rent and borrowing cash from his mother, gospel star Vicky Winans, in order to pay the bills. However, you’d never know Winans had any financial problems according to his Instagram account, where he poses with fancy cars and jewelry. It’s not clear how Winans’ fresh legal troubles will affect the terms of his sentence in his recent tax fraud case. The judge on that case, the Hon. Esther Salas, told him that she’d lock him up ASAP if he didn’t follow through on the terms of her judgment, which included paying both back and current support immediately. “The days of you putting things off are over, and if you do that, you are going to be saying goodbye to your kids,” the judge told Winans at his October sentencing hearing. We’ve reached out to Winan’s attorney, Aidan O’Connor, for comment.

But after working behind the scenes on the LHH franchises for years and developing close friendships with fellow show stars Yandy Smith, Emily B and Anais, image consultant Jonathan Fernandez said it was a natural move for him to go from behind to the front of the camera. “I’m friends with Yandy, I’m friends with Juju, I’m friends with Anais, I’m friends with Mariah,” Fernandez said. “There’s so many of the girls on the show (who I’m close to). It was a natural progression. It’s not like I just came up out of nowhere.” The celebrity makeup artist – who is one half of the first gay couple to be featured on “Love & Hip Hop: New York” – sat down with BOSSIP to talk about his time on the show, his relationship with hip-hop artist Trent and that time he did First Lady Melania Trump’s hair. BOSSIP: What’s it like being on “Love & Hip Hop?” JF: “I’m living my life. It’s funny to watch myself, because I never realized how dramatic I am, how over the top. Just this past week I saw a scene with Anais and I, and my eyes literally like they were going to pop out of my head and land on the table!” BOSSIP: Tell us about your storyline this season. JF: “Anytime you go on television with a partner of yours, you wanna be that couple that gives hope to so many gay relationships…We’re gonna stick together, we’re gonna be brothers. A partnership. But gay relationships are just like straight relationships. We go through our s**t, there’s infidelity. All the problems that plague the straight couples plague us as well. But you have to remember, it’s two men. It’s twice the testosterone…You don’t wanna get played on national TV, so you react. ” BOSSIP: We heard that you used to do First Lady Melania Trump’s hair. What was that like? JF: “I was a colorist in the salon in the Trump Tower. I actually ended up working with Trump and Melania. I did Melania’s hair a couple of times, and she’s a sweetheart. She’s such a tender spirit. She’s very calming and maternal. Very caring. She’s the type who’ll walk into a room and remember everybody’s name. Ask you about your family. At the time, my sister was pregnant so she would ask me, ‘how’s your sister, how’s your family?’ She’s a great person.”

He said he couldn’t believe his luck when he got to make out Pinkett-Smith, his childhood crush, for the film. “That was crazy because I’ve been crushing on Jada since I was a kid,” he said. “Jada is just THE figure. But a new revelation from her big bro Randy Jackson is definitely illuminating the situation for us all. According to People , Randy revealed that Wissam pulled a complete 180 on Janet as soon as she revealed that she was expecting their child. He claims that the Qatari businessman became particularly verbally abusive to Janet, repeatedly calling her out of her name and becoming increasingly controlling toward the end of their relationship. “It was quite an abusive situation. It came on later in the relationship, verbal abuse and being [made to feel like] a prisoner in her own home. No pregnant woman needs to go through being called a b-tch every day. There were things like that. That’s what she went through.” Randy says that as soon as he understood the severity of Janet’s situation earlier this year, he told his sister that she had the choice to either move in with him or he would personally come to their London home and handle things himself. Randy went on to say that while on tour, Janet repeatedly breaks down in tears backstage during the show, as the verbal abuse and bullying from her ex-husband is continuing, with him using their custody arrangement as an intimidation tactic. “What you saw in Houston, it was her situation coming out, what she’s been going through. The abuse is still going on. She has custody and he, of course, allowed her to bring the baby on tour, but it’s constant harassment. This tour almost didn’t happen, but by the grace of God we’re here and we’re very prayerful.” As for why he’s coming forward and telling Janet’s story now, Randy says “enough is enough,” and it’s simply time for the truth of the matter to be made plain. “It’s not about anger or vengeance…We don’t like to put our business out there but sometimes transparency helps you. The devil thrives in darkness. I’m just here supporting her through this time. There’s a lot of pain. Janet’s been through a lot with her divorce. I’ve been through a lot, we all have.” Wow. Rapper Said Priscilla Rainey Never Should’ve Been On “She’s Got Game” The Game still hasn’t hung up his hope of making Viacom pay following his $7.1 million civil judgment for molesting his co-star on the short lived “She’s Got Game” show. Lawyers for the rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Taylor, filed court docs earlier this month begging a judge to keep his negligence lawsuit in the courts despite the company’s motion to have it thrown out. Earlier this year, a jury awarded Priscilla Rainey a total of $7.1 million after she sued The Game for sexually abusing her during an after hours date following a day of filming. He is currently appealing that decision. He has also sued Viacom, claiming the company was negligent when didn’t properly screen Rainey to be on the show. “Despite having knowledge and being fully aware of several concerning ‘red flags’ in the background of a contestant named Priscilla Rainey , including multiple arrests for retaliatory acts against men, the defendants allowed Rainey to participate on the show,” The Game’s lawyers wrote in court papers obtained by BOSSIP. The rapper is now trying to convince the court why his suit against Viacom shouldn’t be thrown out. Viacom has asked for the suit to be tossed under what’s known as an “anti-SLAPP” motion, which argues that the case violated Viacom’s right to free speech. The Game said Viacom reps never told him about Rainey’s alleged past or got his OK for her to be on the show. He said the company should have protected him from Rainey and ensured that all contestants were fit to participate on the show. The “This Is How We Do” rapper also contended in court docs that Rainey only sued him to get back at him for kicking her off the show after she got into altercations with the other women contestants. The Game has always denied that he sexually abused Rainey, and took it a step further in court papers and said the fallout from the case has done irreparable emotional and financial harm to him. But he said Viacom’s “intentional, negligent and/or reckless” decision to put Rainey on the show in the first place is the reason why everything went down. A judge has yet to rule in the case. Both sides are due back in court next month.

Mel B Files For Divorce From Stephen Belafonte Another one bites the dust… After 10 years of matrimony-dom, Melanie “Scary Spice/Mel B” Brown has filed for divorce from husband Stephen Belafonte. People acquired the divorce papers. In the file, Mel B lists the date of separation as December 28, requests joint legal and physical custody of their 5-year-old daughter, Madison Brown Belfonte, and requests to terminate the court’s ability to award spousal support. The timing seems very sudden, especially given the fact that just last month — just over a month after the listed date of separation — Mel still seemed to have lots of love for Stephen , even dedicating a “Ten Years of Marriage” post to him: The couple married back in 2007 after just five months of dating and with Mel B having just given birth to daughter Angel, fathered by Eddie Murphy, only two months prior to their secret wedding. Altogether, their blended family included 5-year-old Madison, 9-year-old Angel Iris Murphy Brown, 17-year-old Phoenix Chi Gulzar from Mel’s previous marriage, and 12-year-old Giselle Belafonte from Stephen’s previous relationship. So sad to hear another long-term couple calling it quits like this! Especially with all their daughters.
Floyd Mayweather Agrees To MMA Fight With Conor McGregor Conor McGregor has been gunning for this for a minute, calling Floyd every kind of coward and punk in the book for refusing to fight him. Floyd has largely let the chatter brush off his shoulders…until now. Mayweather is finally breaking, saying that if MMA Champion Conor McGregor and his crew can throw enough zeroes on the situation, he’ll hop in the ring with the MMA champ and shut him up once and for all. Mayweather says he’ll come out of retirement SPECIFICALLY to whopp Conor’s azz and doesn’t want to hear any excuses from the UFC about it. Via TMZ : “…for Conor McGregor, I’m coming out of retirement … just to fight Conor McGregor.” I don’t want to hear no more excuses about the money, about the UFC. Sign the paper with the UFC so you can fight me in June. Simple and plain. Let’s fight in June. You’re the B side, I’m the A side.” Thing is…we aren’t sure if this is supposed to be a boxing match or an MMA battle. As much as each sport is similar, they’re also incredibly different, and we’d wager that one or both fighters could get hurt pretty badly if one or the other fights outside his known element.
