Serge Ibaka’s boo started by stating that “we should all thank” the woman who faked being black for years and claimed her adopted black brothers as her sons. Why? Because she’s doing more than most of us “do for ourselves.” She also added that we shouldn’t “discredit her efforts” because the NAACP stands by her work. Holly Madison’s new memoir, Down The Rabbit Hole: Curious Adventures and Cautionary Tales of a Former Playboy Bunny, is full of revelations. Most notably, that its author and Hugh Hefner’s former #1 girlfriend Holly Madison contemplated suicide while living her supposedly glamorous life. She has some pretty harsh words for Kendra Wilkinson, too … Calling K-Dubs “the fakest person” she’s ever met, Madison says she was “hurt and confused” by her cold behavior after The Girls Next Door ended. Wilkinson, she says, leveraged her role on that show and in the mansion to score more reality TV deals, yet acted like she never knew Holly: “For someone who was all of a sudden trying to act like she was better than Bridget and me, she sure wasn’t above using us for publicity.” According to Holly, Kendra cut ties with both Madison and Bridget Marquardt immediately after their run on the reality show came to a close in 2009. Holly admits she texted Kendra, calling her cowardly . “WHO ARE YOU????” Wilkinson supposedly replied. “I DON’T EVEN KNOW YOU! WE WERE NEVER FRIENDS. IT WAS ALL JUST WORK.” Holly, 35, said she and Kendra Wilkinson , 29, “haven’t spoken since” that heated exchange, and good riddance: “I have to say, I don’t miss her.” Burn. Madison writes in her book that she deleted Kendra’s contact info from her phone in the wake of their fallout, so consider it OVER She’s no fan of top dog Hugh, either. Holly reflects that Hef “liked to play the main girlfriend off the youngest one, to create competition.” Amazingly, they all bought into it, too. Holly laments that “there were always different political alliances with the girls” in the mansion, where she first set foot way back in 2001. John Nash, the Nobel Prize-winning mathematician whose life inspired the acclaimed 2001 film A Beautiful Mind, was killed in a car accident in New Jersey on Saturday. He was 86 years old. Nash’s wife, Alicia, was also killed in the crash. Police say the couple was riding in a taxi without seatbelts and were thrown from the vehicle when it struck a guardrail. Nash was best known for his work with game theory and he was awarded the Nobel Prize for Economics in 1994. The Ron Howard-directed biopic about Nash’s life depicted not only his mathematical brilliance, but also his lifelong struggle with schizophrenia. A Beautiful Mind went on to win four Academy Awards, including Best Picture. Moments ago, Russell Crowe, who portrayed Nash in the film, tweeted, “Stunned…my heart goes out to John & Alicia & family. Beautiful minds, beautiful hearts.” In their later years, the Nashes devoted themselves to working with mental health advocacy groups. Jennifer Connelly won an Oscar for her her portrayal of Alicia Nash in the movie that made the couple household names outside of the mathematics community. The artist said her experience with Jay Z has deterred her from working with a big name again, but it’s also taught her a lot. “I will never do it again, that I can say,” she said. “Never. I was really naive in this kind of world. It was really new to me, and I had no idea that this would happen. It’s so cruel, it’s incredible. I will stay away from it for sure.” Hmm, we wonder what she’s so upset about? She wasn’t really clear with what she was expecting specifically in return.
