Demi Lovato Video Message To Fans Coming Monday

By Jocelyn Vena Demi Lovato Photo: Jason LaVeris/ FilmMagic Demi Lovato has remained on the down low since leaving a treatment facility in late January. Fans have been wondering what is next for the Disney star, and now it seems they will find out. According to Cambio.com , the singer will appear on the site Monday in “a special video message to all her fans.” “This will be the first time since leaving treatment that Demi will speak directly to her fans to thank them for their support,” the statement reads. “Demi is excited to be getting back to work and reuniting with her fans around the world.” The news comes on the heels of an interview in which her “Sonny With a Chance” co-star Brandon Mychal Smith confirmed that the show’s name was set to be changed to “So Random,” the name of the show the characters in “Sonny” work on. “With a show like ours, each season you focus on a different concept, a different theory, or maybe a different character’s background,” Smith said. “Season one, we established who we were — you saw some mini-sketches, you saw who the characters were and how they mingled and intertwined. Season two, you were able to see more of the relationship between Sonny and Chad and how they got into it and how we didn’t like it, and you saw some of Mackenzie Falls and that aspect. “And now, this season,” he continued, “you’ll be able to see ‘So Random,’ see why we are where we are today in regards to being the teen idols that we are. You’ll be able to see how we bring the funny every week.” With questions about what that means for Lovato and her role on the show, Disney told MTV News, “Demi’s management will inform us when she is ready to return to work. Last November, we announced that we would focus on our ‘So Random’ sketch-comedy show to keep the staff, cast and crew employed. We began production in January and will debut those episodes this spring. Spears appeared on Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Friday to talk about the album and its second single, “Till the World Ends.” ” ‘Till the World Ends’ is fun! It’s fun. I like it. By Jocelyn Vena Britney Spears Photo: Jeremy Cowart/ WireImage Britney Spears got her fans amped up for her forthcoming album, Femme Fatale, when she released its second single, “Till the World Ends,” on Thursday. The chugging, Ke$ha-penned club banger is all about getting your dance on. And when Spears stopped by Ryan Seacrest’s radio show on Friday (March 4), she admitted that the song just felt right for her as soon as she heard it. ” ‘Till the World Ends’ is fun! It’s fun. I like it. It’s good energy,” she said of the track, which was produced by Dr. Luke, Max Martin and Billboard. “I’m a vibe person, and I think I love good-mood songs, and if it puts me in a good mood, it clicks for me.” As for the album, which already spawned a chart-topping single, “Hold It Against Me,” she teased, “I think it’s my best work yet. I listened to it on the way over here. It’s definitely something you want to work out to. … And I’m a dancer, so it’s definitely something I can work with.” “Oh my God! Will.i.am is amazing,” Spears said of the producer, who teased the track “The Big Fat Bass” recently. “He’s so much fun and he’s funny and he’s a charm. His music is so much fun. When they told me I was going to be working with him, I couldn’t wait. If it gets you going, you get excited, and he has that type of energy.” In addition to talking about the album, Spears also shared plans for a summer tour. And she talked about how she’s keeping in shape these days as she amps up to promote the album, which drops March 29. “I have a trainer. [I go] on the treadmill for 30 minutes and we do a lot of cardio, running,” she explained. “He kicks my butt. You pay to hate your trainer!” It seems that the workout regiment has also had an effect on her beau, talent agent Jason Trawick, who, according to Seacrest, was “pudgy” before he hooked up with the pop star. “He wasn’t pudgy,” she laughed. “He wasn’t pudgy. He is definitely ripped. He just got on this health kick. I guess he’s on a health kick. The pop star in her own right wrote the just-released track, which was produced by Dr. Luke and Max Martin. “I consider myself a songwriter before and above everything else, so it’s an honor to write for one of pop music’s biggest icons. And I hope it gets everyone’s ass on the dance floor cuz y’all know that’s what K-Monay does best!” the singer said in an exclusive statement to MTV News. The single was posted by Perez Hilton on Thursday afternoon (March 3), after speculation earlier in the day that it would hit radio next week. “Till the World Ends” is a swirling, “beat the beat” track, ready for late nights spent “dancing till the world ends” as she sings on the fast-paced party jam. “This kitten got your tongue tied in knots I see/ Spit it out ’cause I’m dying for company,” a confident Spears purrs. Later in the song, she sings: “See the sunlight/ We ain’t stopping/ Keep on dancing till the world ends/ If you feel it/ Let it happen/ Keep on dancing till the world ends.” Last month, Ke$ha talked with Spin.com about the song, saying it’s about the power of an artist performing a great gig. “That song is me imagining her and any female musician touring the world,” she said. “You know, when you go out, and you’re having an amazing, magical night and you don’t want to go to sleep and you want it to last until the world ends.” This new track is the latest single from Spears’ forthcoming Femme Fatale, which drops March 29. The Ke$ha-written , Dr. Luke/Max Martin-produced track was posted by Perez Hilton on Thursday afternoon (March 3), after speculation earlier in the day that the song would hit radio next week. “Till the World Ends” is a swirling, “beat the beat” track, ready for late nights spent “dancing till the world ends” as she sings on the fast-paced party jam. “This kitten got your tongue tied in knots I see/ Spit it out ’cause I’m dying for company,” a confident Spears purrs. As the song slows for a moment — during a break before she moves her way to the chorus — she sings, “I can’t take it take it take no more/ Never felt like felt like this before/ Come on get me get me on the floor/ DJ, what you what you waiting for?” she teases. The beat chugs in the background as synths play with Spears’ sex-kitten delivery of lines like “Watch me move/ When I lose, when I lose it hard/ Get you off with a touch/ Dancing in the dark. “See the sunlight/ We ain’t stopping/ Keep on dancing till the world ends/ If you feel it/ Let it happen/ Keep on dancing till the world ends,” she sings as the song breaks down, fading out for a brief moment (revealing her signature breathiness), and then coming back in as she repeats those final lines again to close the song. Ke$ha recently dished about the track to Spin.com , noting that it is about the power of an artist performing a great gig. “That song is me imagining her and any female musician touring the world,” she said. “You know, when you go out, and you’re having an amazing, magical night and you don’t want to go to sleep and you want it to last until the world ends.” “Till the World Ends” is the second single from Femme Fatale , set to drop March 29.
