Kelly Rowland’s Here I Am album hits stores tomorrow Tuesday July 26. We have seen her grow from a pretty young girl to a bad ass woman. She is currently on every rapper’s top 5 wifey list and killing the urban charts with her number 1 hit “Motivation.” There has been this on going argument that Kelly Rowland is just as beautiful and talented as Beyonce for years now and I agree. Kelly has seen her share of ups and downs and is finally getting her equal share of the pie. Lets be honest, she is buzzing way more than Beyonce at the moment. In early 2009 Kelly Rowland ended her professional relation with Mathew Knowles and Columbia Records. After a year of being without a label, Kelly signed with Universal Motown and her solo career began to sky rocket. I @itsJazzyFBaby decided to give you guys a photo gallery titled, “The Evolution Of Kelly Rowland.” Lets take a look at how Kelly has become a beautiful young woman and don’t forget to pick up the album tomorrow! ‘Beef … we’re here to get money. We’re here to make great music,’ Khaled tells MTV News. By Alvin Blanco, with reporting by Rob Markman DJ Khaled Photo: Kevin Winter/ Getty Images DJ Khaled just released his fifth album, We the Best Forever, which features contributions by Rick Ross and Young Jeezy . But not on the same track, which shouldn’t be surprising considering the two rappers have an ongoing feud. But according to DJ Khaled, that is no longer the case. “They don’t have a beef,” Khaled vehemently told MTV News. “That’s people that would probably try to stir things up that have a beef. First of all, Ross is my brother. Jeezy is a great friend of mine. And if they did, I would be the guy in the middle [that would] be like, ‘Stop!’ That’s just what I do. Beef … we’re here to get money. We’re here to make great music. What’s beef gon’ do? But if somebody disrespects you and try you, you gotta do what you gotta do. It is what it is. But we hope it don’t come to that in life. And that’s just in any situation.” Despite the Miami DJ and producer’s assertions that there is no friction between Jeezy and Rozay, the relationship between the two rappers can be described as cold at best. It began in August last year when Jeezy released the freestyle “Death B4 Dishonor.” Rapping over the instrumental to Ross’ hit “B.M.F. (Blowin’ Money Fast),” many speculated the lines “How you blowin’ money fast?/ You don’t know the crew/ Oh, you part of the fam?/ Sh–, I never knew,” were aimed at Ross. However, the Snowman said that was not the case. Since then, both have taken jabs at each other in song and in the press. Then in November 2010, footage appeared of Jeezy in Miami rhetorically saying, “Where is your favorite rapper at?” when he was asked about Ross. To this Ross told U.K. DJ Tim Westwood, “If you really have an issue, put it on the table and handle it like a G.” Nevertheless, Khaled, who has had his own issues with 50 Cent , is so confident in his skills at musical diplomacy that he feels he could get the Snowman and Rozay on a song together right now. “I’ve done it plenty of times already,” Khaled, who featured both Ross and Jeezy on two songs (“Fed Up,” “Put Your Hands Up”) from his 2010 album Victory, said. “Of course I could. You want me to go make one, no problem I’ll go do it. Matter of fact, I’ll do it just for the fun of it. But absolutely I can do that. Ross is my brother, and Jeezy is my brother. That ain’t no problem, that’s easy.” Related Artists DJ Khaled Rick Ross (Hip-Hop) Young Jeezy

Young Jeezy has plans to make Kelly Rowland wifey. During his interview on The Angie Martinez Show, Jeezy shared his thoughts on Ms. Motivation. Angie suggested Lindsay Lohan as a possible girlfriend but Jeezy had Kelly on his mind. He stated, “If you saw me on a yacht with Kelly Rowland, I might be doing all right. I’ma give her some motivation. I like that for me, I feel like I’m Mr. Motivation. Work that thing out, super remix.” When asked if Kelly Rowland was wifey material, Jeezy said “I know I gotta get me one. I gotta put something up,” said Jeezy, who is looking for the right woman to settle down with. It seems like every guy in the game wants Kelly Rowland. She is definitely holding down the title of being the baddest dark skin female in the game. ‘I’m trying to do what I did in the beginning: go hard,’ Jeezy tells Mixtape Daily. By Rob Markman Young Jeezy Photo: USDA Don’t Sleep: Necessary Notables Headliner : Young Jeezy Mixtape : The Real Is Back Key cameo : Lil Wayne on “Ballin’ ” With his oft-delayed fourth solo album, TM 103, in label limbo, Young Jeezy took it back to basics and reunited with DJ Drama on his latest mixtape, The Real Is Back. “Jeezy and Drama together, that’s a clear win-win, man,” Drama told Mixtape Daily. “N—as gonna stop actin’ like we ain’t built this. You like our style, you watch our style, we still own our style.” As self-serving as his boasts may seem, Drama and Jeezy are credited with popularizing a unique brand of trap music that has dominated Southern rap since the early 2000s. At first, the rap/DJ tandem were inseparable, starting with their 2004 tape Tha Streetz Iz Watchin’ and their 2005 classic Trap or Die. A rift then started to grow between the two, but in December 2009 Jeezy appeared on Drama’s “Gangsta Grillz Radio” show on Atlanta’s 107.9 and they buried the hatchet. Now the duo are back to work, returning to grace on The Real Is Back. “Me and Drama had a couple of conversations. When I came through the station, we chopped it up. We was talkin’ about doin’ another tape because we had so much history as far as The Streets Is Watching, Trap or Die, the list goes on and on,” Jeezy said. “It just was time, the streets needed it. So I had to get in the studio, had to do my whole one, two thing. As usual, he was on point.” The tape is filled with street-centered anthems like the kinetic “How U Want It.” The track features a menacing instrumental on which Jeezy employs his patented slow flow and trap-raps. “How you want it, hard or soft/ Get ’em in, get ’em off,” the Snowman spits. Lil Wayne appears on “Ballin’,” while Fabolous helps out on “Rollin’.” Still, Jeezy keeps his ear to the street and also collaborates with underground ATL spitter Alley Boy as well as CTE’s new signee Freddie Gibbs on “Run DMC” and “Do It for You.” There are no attempts at big radio singles here, just hard-edged street-hop. “We invented the wheel when it comes to that type of music and that type of tape so we just did what we did,” Jeezy said of his reunion with Drama. “I felt like I wanted to take it back to what I do. Young Jeezy, nothing else. I’m not trying to sell this to nobody, I’m trying to do what I did in the beginning: go hard.” For other artists featured in Mixtape Daily, check out Mixtape Daily Headlines .
