Singer popped the question to girlfriend of three years at Funk Fest in Florida. By Jocelyn Vena Bobby Brown and Alicia Etheridge Photo: Leon Bennett/ Getty Images Bobby Brown proposed to his longtime girlfriend of nearly three years, Alicia Etheridge, on stage in Florida over the weekend. Playing a show at the Funk Fest concert at Jacksonville’s Metro Park on Friday night, according to Florida Times-Union, Brown was joined onstage by Etheridge with their 11-month-old son, Cassius, on hand. He then got on one knee and asked Etheridge, his manager, to marry him. Speaking to the Florida Times-Union, fans said that the crowd went crazy when Brown popped the question. “We shouted, we screamed,” Carol Pearsall told the paper. “We supported him.” Her husband, Paul, added, “Hopefully he’ll get it right this time.” Brown was very infamously married to R&B diva Whitney Houston for 15 years. The two have daughter, Bobbi Kristina, 17. Brown, who appeared on “Celebrity Fit Club,” also has three other children from previous relationships. While Brown has remained under the radar that last few years, Houston released an album last year, I Look to You. During the publicity tour, she spoke openly about her troubled relationship with Brown. “He was my drug,” Houston, 46, said. “I didn’t do anything without him. I wasn’t getting high by myself. It was me and him together, and we were partners, and that’s what my high was — him. He and I being together, and whatever we did, we did it together. “Magazines have told me in the past, ‘We don’t want you on the cover. You’re not pretty enough,'” Grammy-winning singer Pink tells the June issue of Cosmopolitan . Does it make her sad? No. “That’s okay. I’m unique and I dig it,” she adds. In the interview, Pink also opens up about fixing her marriage to motocross racer Carey Hart, whom she married back in 2006 and briefly separated from in 2008. “I’m so dramatic, and in the past, I’ve been really mean,” Pink admits . “Carey sat me down one day when we were fighting and said, ‘Baby, when you call me names, it hurts my feelings. Please try to stop.” And I was like ‘Wow, thank you for telling me how you feel. Now I fight fair.” If he really did nail Michelle McGee , though, that warrants name-calling. Pink is the most badass chick Cosmopolitan has ever interviewed . They are not planning for kids – yet – but just give it time. “At this point, we’re still trying not to, but I absolutely can’t wait to not try not to,” the singer says. While the prospect of a baby Pink may seem somewhat frightening, you gotta love her honest, straightforward nature. Way better than some generic phony. More importantly … would you hit it?

British Soap Awards is an annual awards ceremony to honor the best soap operas.  This awards usually takes place on the month of May. The winners for this year 2010 are as follows: Best Dramatic Performance and Best Actress Lacey Turner – plays Stacey Branning and announced she was quitting the soap this year, scooped two awards – (voted for by the public). Best Single Episode Charlie Clements – played her husband Bradley, scooped Best Exit, for his death in the live episode. Best Actor ans Sexiest Male Scott Maslen – plays Jack Branning The Best Storyline Who Killed Archie Mitchell? Villain of the Year Larry Lamb – played Archie Mitchell Best Newcomer Marc Elliott – plays Syed Masood, a young British Muslim struggling to come to terms with his sexuality ITV’s Coronation Street, which celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, won three awards. Sexiest Female Michelle Keegan – plays Tina McIntyre Best Comedy Performance Craig Gazey – plays Graeme Proctor, and 89-year-old Betty Driver, who plays barmaid Lifetime Achievement award Betty Williams Daytime soap Doctors won two awards, Best Dramatic Performance From a Young Actor or Actress and Best On-Screen Partnership. Hollyoaks won the Special Scene Of The Year, while Emmerdale almost went away empty-handed, but for writer Bill Lyons being given a Special Achievement award. Tribute was paid to Coronation Street star Maggie Jones, who died last December aged 75. She first played the formidable Blanche Hunt in 1974 and then regularly from 1996 onwards.
