Former Sex-Trafficking Victim Speaks Out A brave Massachusetts woman is coming forward to share her story after spending 7 years as a victim of sex trafficking. According to NY Daily News: When it comes to sex trafficking, it can happen anywhere and to anyone. That’s the frightening message a Massachusetts mother and former prisoner of America’s sex trade is hoping to get out while sharing her own story of being beaten and intimidated for seven years. Jasmine Marino-Fiandaca was 18 years old and part of a big working-class family in Revere, Mass., when she says she was targeted by a man whom she thought was her boyfriend. “He groomed me,” the now 32-year-old recently recalled to SeaCoastOnline. “He bought me fancy clothes and shoes, spent money on me. He drove a Mercedes. I felt very special. He said, ‘You could make a ton of money if you just worked in these massage parlors.’” It wasn’t before long, however, that manipulation turned into enslavement. She was beaten, intimidated, and ultimately forced to do things she never would have dreamed of doing. Her first job — she says she remembers like it was yesterday — was working 10 a.m. to 1 a.m. shifts at a massage parlor in Connecticut, every day. Today she’s working with at-risk youth and teenage runaways. “When you see my face and you hear my story people are kind of shocked … ‘You look like a regular girl next door,’” she says of people’s reaction to her. He claims his political counterparts are too worried about being called racists for impeaching the first black President via Think Progress Sam Clovis, an Iowa Republican running for U.S. Senate, thinks the only reason President Obama has not been impeached by the House of Representatives is because he is the nation’s first black president. “I would say there are people in the House of Representatives right now that would very much like to take the opportunity to start the process,” Clovis said in an interview with the Daily Times Herald. “And I think the reason that they’re not is because they’re concerned about the media.” Clovis clarified that this concern is over Obama being a black president. “It’s not that what he has done would not rise to the level where it might be impeachable,” he added, explaining that it still is not a “practical, pragmatic issue.” Referencing President Clinton’s impeachment, Clovis said, “Now we have a situation where race is thrown into the cards as well. Whether we like it or not, race is an issue.” Dear GOP, we love hate to break it to you but……much of America already thinks you’re racist anyway. All it took was one night with Lady Gaga to drive David Letterman away. We kid, but the day after Gaga sang for the first time on The Late Show, Letterman announced his retirement as a talk show host. The comedian told his studio audience at today’s taping of his decision, with REM bassist Mike Mills Tweeting the news and various outlets subsequently confirming that Letterman will recite his final Top 10 List some time next year. David Letterman Retirement Announcement Letterman got his big break by performing stand-up many times on The Tonight Show with Johnny Carson. He was then given NBC’s Late Night in 1982. In 1993, Letterman moved to CBS and became the host of The Late Show. His contract is set to expire in 2015 and he said at this afternoon’s taping that he’ll step away “sometime in the not too distant future.” That’s when “Paul and I will be wrapping things up.” In February, of course, Jay Leno stepped down from The Tonight Show and Jimmy Fallon has been killing it in the ratings ever since. Expect speculation to soon begin over who will take over for Letterman, but let’s stop before that gets out of control and admire one of the funniest men to ever grace a television screen. As previously reported, Chris Brown has been picked up by U.S. marshals for his cross-country journey to stand trial for assault charges in Washington, D.C. The 24-year-old star is on his way from jail in L.A. to a federal holding facility in San Bernardino, Calif., to begin his long trip to our nation’s capital. Later, escorted by U.S. Marshals and appropriately restrained, he will get on a plane to D.C. Only there will be layovers along the way. A LOT of them. According to TMZ, there are so many stops en route (think Oklahoma and other out of the way places ) to pick up other prisoners, it’ll take days. He will be there by Monday, however, when his lawyer, Mark Geragos, will try to get the assault charges dismissed against Chris, and he stands a chance. The evidence is flimsy as is, and Geragos believes prosecutors inappropriately used the grand jury to gain an unfair advantage in the criminal case. If that motion is denied, though, Chris will sit in a D.C. jail until his trial kicks off on April 17, at which point Geragos must proceed with his actual defense. At least he has Karrueche to leave voicemails for … Karrueche Plays Message From Chris Brown The confusing legal background, if you care: Chris is on probation for beating the crap out of Rihanna back in 2009. His probation requires him to obey laws. Clearly a major issue for him. His probation was revoked following his 2013 arrest for assault in D.C. He could’ve been jailed then, but a judge allowed him to go to rehab. He got kicked out of rehab , TWICE, and is therefore in solitary now. The judge won’t even let him out to go to D.C. Hence the Marshals. If convicted in the D.C. case, Brown could go to PRISON. Gulp .

America’s most infamous on-again, off-again lovebirds are feuding again, and this report has nothing to do with the alleged Justin Bieber-Selena Gomez sex tape . At issue instead is her flirting with Orlando Bloom. Seriously. Both halves of Jelena are notoriously jealous when it comes to either one of them talking – let alone flirting – with other people. Such is the case here. Justin Bieber, 20, is said to be furious with Selena Gomez, 21, and her interactions with Orlando Bloom, calling her actions “a slap in the face.” What the Canadian pop brat’s girlfriend actually do wrong?
