Leonardo DiCaprio: Still Fat, Planning Crash Diet For Fall

We never thought the day would come when the world would criticize Leonardo DiCaprio for his appearance, but that’s exactly what happened this summer when the beloved actor packed on some major pounds. Recent shirtless photos of DiCaprio revealed that the star had seriously let himself go…and didn’t seem to mind at all. Despite the added pounds, there didn’t seem to be an ounce of shame in DiCaprio’s game, as hr traveled the globe drinking, eating, and partying with  new girlfriend Toni Garnn . But as fall approaches, Leo’s three-month vacation is coming to an end and the star is said to be concerned about getting back into fighting shape for a full slate of upcoming projects. Leo is reportedly planning to give up some of his favorite foods in order to return to movie star mode by the end of October. “He has given up pasta, and he loves pasta!” a source tells Star magazine. “He also plans on working out more and he is taking his bike wherever he goes.” The insider adds that Leo has vowed to drop ten pounds a month. As for Toni, well: “Of course she doesn’t care,” the source says. “He’s Leonardo DiCaprio!” She may not care about the weight, but how about those rumors that Leo is a minute man in bed ? Rick Perry: Indicted For Abuse of Power, Coercion of Public Servant

A grand jury indicted Texas Gov. Rick Perry on Friday for abusing the powers of his office, but the longest-serving governor in state history denies any wrongdoing. Perry allegedly abused the powers of the governor’s office by carrying out a threat to veto funding for state prosecutors investigating public corruption. He promised publicly to nix $7.5 million in funding over two years for the public integrity unit run by the office of Travis County D.A. Rosemary Lehmberg. This threat took place after Lehmberg, a Democrat, was convicted of drunken driving last year, but refused Perry’s calls to resign from her position. No one disputes that Perry is allowed to veto measures approved by the Legislature, as he did in following through on his promise to axe the funds. By using public pressure to boast that he would do so as a means of trying to Lehmberg to quit, however, the grand jury felt he broke the law. Perry, 64, and his legal team adamantly disagree. Mary Anne Wiley, Perry’s general counsel, predicted he will be cleared of the charges against him, and thinks the exercise is largely a political stunt. “The veto in question was made in accordance with the veto authority afforded to every governor under the Texas Constitution,” said Perry’s counsel. David L. Botsford, Perry’s defense attorney, said he was outraged by what he called “political abuse of the court system” with “no legal basis.” Lehmberg, and the grand jury that indicted Perry, are based in Austin, which is heavily Democratic, in contrast to most of the rest of conservative Texas. Abuse of official capacity is a first-degree felony with potential punishments of 5-99 years in prison. Coercion of a public servant carries 2-10 years. In office since 2000, Perry isn’t seeking re-election in November as he readies for what many believe will be second run for the White House in 2016. When he ran for president in 2012, Perry plummeted from brief front-runner for the Republican nomination to national punchline after a series of gaffes. Woman Gets Plastic Surgery So Hands Are More Selfie-Worthy (Seriously)

When Christa Hendershot got engaged last fall, the typical photo filters were not cutting it when it came time to show off the bling her fiance picked out. Those hands … she did not want to post a ring selfie with those hands. So the 33-year-old from Mount Sinai, N.Y., did what any of us would do and turned to plastic surgery, looking to smooth out her hands and make them “selfie worthy.” She recently shelled out more than $3,000 for “hand rejuvenation.” Hendershot felt her hands were “veiny” and her knuckles “very red,” but after the procedure, she felt happier about the appearance of her digits.  The explosion of social media and quest for the perfect selfie have gotten so extreme that filters and photo editing tricks just aren’t getting it done for some. After seeing how she looked in wedding photos, Jen Muir, 33, said she realized she hated the way her nose looked and shies away from selfies. So Muir decided to have a nose job, spending $15,000 for selfies. “I want to change my profile. I feel like my nose hangs,” she said. “I also want to change my bump. I feel like it’s too big.” Her plastic surgeon, Dr. Samuel Rizk of New York City, credited social media for an uptick in business, the biggest trend he has seen in his 16 year career. “I personally would see 2-3 patients a day that have come in from selfies and social media,” he said, adding that Muir was so happy, she started crying. Michigan Man Sues Shaq, Waka Flocka Flame, Trey Burke For Online Bullying

Retired NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal, rapper Waka Flocka Flame and current NBA player Trey Burke are being sued by a man for mocking his appearance online. Jahmel Binion suffers from a disorder called hypohidrotic ectodermal dysplasia, which causes limited hair growth, missing teeth, and facial deformities. He posted a selfie on Instagram back in April, after which Shaq and Waka both reposted it with captions that were clearly making fun of his physical appearance. How he’s suing the trio, along with Burke, for bullying him, essentially. Once Shaq found out about Jahmel’s condition, he not only took down the post, he got in touch with Jahmel and apologized, according to reports. He tweeted about that conversation: “Made a new friend today when I called and apologized to Jahmel Binion. Great dude. #alwayslearning #MYBADCUZ.” It wasn’t enough for Jahmel, who filed a defamation suit against Shaq , Waka and Burke, who allegedly threw in his own insults over social media. The lawsuit points out that more than 8.4 million people saw the insults from the trio, and claims that Binion suffered as a result of their treatment of him. Shaquille O’Neal Mocks Man With Genetic Disorder Jahmel, 23, tells Michigan’s Macomb Daily that when the apologized, he feels “they were saying it to get the pressure off of them for being considered ‘bad people.’” In making that serious allegation, Binion notes that the trio received serious backlash on the Internet for several days prior to reaching out to him. “Even though I accept their apology,” he adds, “I hope that they donate to my cause or other organizations that connect with ectodermal dysplasia.” His attorney says the three “constituted a public disclosure of embarrassing private facts about the plaintiff” and “placed plaintiff in a false light in the public eye.” The “offensive communications” and ridiculing was done “with reckless disregard to the harm that might be caused” to Binion, the complaint says.

As Cersei Lannister on Game of Thrones, Lena Headey quaffs wine and dishes out put-downs with the best of them. In fact, she earned several spots on out list of Game of Thrones’ best insults . The folks at Jimmy Kimmel Live apparently recognized Lena’s unmatched talent for doling out burns between sips from her goblet. During her appearance on the show last night, she and Jimmy poured some red and went medieval on one another in a GoT-style diss-off. Lena Headey on Jimmy Kimmel Live Lena kicks things off in brutal fashion with, “That’s a lovely tie. It’s a shame it’s around such a worthless neck. It’s a hilarious face-off and while Lena remains the queen of the quick-witted jibe, Jimmy hold his own admirably. Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian: STILL Not Wanted in the Hamptons!

The Kardashians may seem to be everywhere these days, but if residents of Southampton, NY have their way Khloe and Kourtney will not be bringing their media circus to the exclusive seaside town. The sisters recently began filming yet another E! network reality series called Kourtney and Khloe Take the Hamptons . It now seems, however, that they should’ve done a bit of asking around before they chose that title, as the Hamptons want nothing to do with Kourtney and Khloe .  Kourtney and Khloe Kardashian in the Hamptons Residents are so repulsed it was reportedly difficult for producers to find a rental property and now that they’ve finally found a landlord, the poor woman is on the verge of being chased out of town and losing her business. Page Six reports that Irma Herzog, the woman who rented to Kourtney and Khloe is currently the least popular person in Southampton. “She’s being tormented and harrassed,” said one resident, adding that Southamptonites are vowing to boycott the formerly popular restaurant owned by Herzog. “I view [the Kardashian situation] like people viewed the plague in the Middle Ages,” said Jerry Della Famina, an advertising exec who owns a home in nearby Bridgehampton. “I just want to survive it.” Good plan, Jerry.
