Chris Brown is back in the news and causing controversy again, and not for any run-of-the-mill Chris Brown antics this time. Dude is in jail as we speak. Brown was arrested for felony assault early Sunday, having allegedly punched a guy in the face and broken his nose. He is due in court this morning. Chris Brown Arrested For Assault As you’d expect, news of Chris’ altercation and arrest led to a deluge of reactions on Twitter, where people weighed in with disappointment and criticism. Suffice it to say, everyone is let down, while some are more bitter than others. Man Steals Woman’s Wallet, Gets More Than He Bargained For

Jessica Eaves was minding her own business, grabbing a few essentials at the grocery store when a man walked past her. Two aisles over, she realized her wallet was missing . Eaves found a way to resolve the situation without getting the authorities involved. Instead of calling the police or alerting the store’s manager, Eaves confronted the man when she spotted him on a crowded aisle. She said to him, “I think you have something of mine. I’m gonna give you a choice. You can either give me my wallet and I’ll forgive you right now, and I’ll even take you to the front and pay for your groceries.”  The man reached into his hoodie pocket and produced Eaves’ wallet. He told her he was sorry and desperate. He had children at home and no money to buy food. She spent $27 and bought the man milk, bread, bologna, crackers, soup, and cheese. Eaves is no stranger to helping others. As a wife and mother of four and a United Way employee, she spends up to 12 hours a week volunteering through Christian Outreach in her community.  “Some people are critical because I didn’t turn him in,” says Jessica, “but sometimes all you need is a second chance.” What about you? I am going to assume that you’ve been masturbating to Alexa Vega since she was on Spy Kids, because that’s just the kind of weirdo middle-aged guy you are…you just jump on the fresh meat like you’re Robert Rodriguez, because it is ok in Mexico, and thus ok here as long as the authorities don’t find out, and the whole thing is weird to me, because teenage girls are fucking annoying, and everything is so dramatic, I prefer getting them in their 20s when they are a little less bright eyed, and the world is no longer their oyster and in a lot of cases they’ve given up on their dreams and love…making it a perfect opportunity to get up on it… Either way, Alexa Vega, hot little hispanic body to someone who has never seen her child star work, and I would say it is unfortunate she’s doing low level shitty jobs but I think it’s giving me more hope that she’ll come do my laundry for a couple hundred bucks when times get real tough…that’s my fetish.

Shayanna Jenkins, Girlfriend of Aaron Hernandez, Indicted as Accessory to Murder

Shayanna Jenkins, the girlfriend of Aaron Hernandez, has been indicted on a single perjury charge as an accessory to the murder he is charged with. A Massachusetts prosecutor said Friday that a grand jury indicted Jenkins on a single count in relation to the investigation into the June 17 slaying. Odin Lloyd was found shot to death in an industrial park in North Attleborough, Mass., near Hernandez’s home, where Jenkins also lives with their child. Shayanna Jenkins ‘ sister had been dating Lloyd. Aaron Hernandez has pleaded not guilty to first-degree murder in Odin Lloyd’s death and is has been held without bail for the past several months. The prosecutor says Hernandez’s cousin, Tanya Singleton, also was indicted on a new charge of conspiracy to commit accessory after the fact. The takeaway there is that the authorities believe she helped one of Aaron’s alleged accomplices get out of trouble by buying him a bus ticket to Florida. Aaron Hernandez Case Latest Details That man, Ernest Wallace, was eventually arrested in Florida, and is charged with being an accessory to Odin Lloyd’s murder. He remains in custody. Singleton has already pleaded not guilty to a criminal contempt charge. Authorities say she refused to testify before a grand jury in the murder case. Jenkins and Singleton were not arrested and have no court date yet. Aaron Hernandez’ s girlfriend faces up to two-and-a-half years in a jail if convicted on the perjury charge, though she would likely not get the full amount. If she goes to jail, child services would have to make arrangements with Jenkins’ family for the care of her child, as both parents would be in cells.

People Ain’t Isht: Man Arrested For Fracturing Girlfriend’s Face Cuz She Was Too Sick To Give Him Chop Down Action

No way Jose! This monster beat his girlfriend’s face in cuz she wouldn’t give him the goods . Via NY Daily News reports : Police in Mesa, Ariz. arrested a man after his girlfriend said he beat her when she told him she was too sick to have sex. Jose Perez, 33, is accused of beating the woman shortly after 7 a.m. on Sunday after he arrived intoxicated, police said. According to the victim, Perez threatened to kill her if she called police, so she pretended to go to sleep and snuck over to a neighbor’s home when Perez had passed out and phoned the authorities, the Arizona Republic reported. Perez denied that he had beat the woman, who was treated at Banner Dessert Hospital, and diagnosed with fractures to the eye socket and nose, police said. The man did not offer an explanation as to how his girlfriend had sustained the injuries, a court document stated. The couple had been dating for three months. Mother Calls 911 on Son, Reports Illegal Alligator in Bathtub

We suppose this is at least a better reason to call 911 than your cable going out . A Naples, Florida resident is under arrest today after his mother called the authorities to report that her son was keeping a baby alligator in her bathtub. Sean Lewis, 45, was reportedly keeping an eye on the creature for a friend and created his own little aquarium in the bathroom, replete with a cinderblock for the animal to lie on and a lightbulb to serve as the sun. After several days, however, Sean’s mother grew irritated by the unwelcome guest and called 911 to have her kid booked on charges of alligator poaching. Kanye West: Felony Suspect in LAX Photographer Smackdown

Kanye West has already been named a felony suspect by the authorities the following his latest attack on a photographer , which went down earlier today. Law enforcement sources believe ‘Ye may have committed attempted ROBBERY as well as assault at LAX, where he freaking lost it on a paparazzo. Paramedics arrived on the scene and the victim, who was knocked to the ground, was taken to a hospital following the attack, after which Kanye fled. The Robbery Homicide Unit and LAPD are investigating. The victim wants to press charges against Kanye West, TMZ reports, and has already been interviewed by the police regarding the incident. They determined he did indeed suffer injuries during the attack, but police will reportedly refer the case to the D.A. as a felony attempted robbery. Standard operating procedure is to go after a suspect on the most serious charge he may have committed, even if he also committed another (battery). Paris Jackson: Suicide Note Found, Meat Cleaver Used in Attempt

A couple grisly details have come out regarding Paris Jackson’s suicide attempt this morning. As previously reported, the 15-year old daughter of Michael was rushed to the hospital around 2 a.m. following a 911 call that TMZ confirms was made as a result of Paris dialing the suicide hotline. The operator was reportedly so shaken by the conversation that she called the authorities. When they arrived, EMTs found a suicide note at the scene and also saw that Paris used a meat cleaver on her arm. She had also taken a significant number of Motrin pills. Paris received “numerous stitches” for the wound and was then placed under a 5150 psychiatric hold for 72 hours. In a statement, Jackie, Marlon and Tito Jackson have said: “Thank you for the outpouring of concern and support for Paris. She is safe and doing fine. We truly appreciate you respecting our family privacy at this time.”

American Idol Fans Stab Each Other Over Finalist Dispute

American Idol Season 12 drew the smallest ratings in show history. But, as proven by Karen Elaine Harrelson and Gregory L. Stambaugh, that doesn’t mean the battle between Candice Glover and Kree Harrison didn’t elicit some serious emotion. According to The York Dispatch , these two were watching last week’s Idol finale (and drinking) when they got into an argument over who should win. Accounts differ on who went into the kitchen of Stambaugh’s home to get a knife first… but both ended up with stab wounds and both were treated at the hospital for non-life-threatening injuries. Both were arrested as well, of course. They were each charged with two counts of simple assault and one count of aggravated assault. Authorities said they found two knives and two bottles of alcohol, among other things, in the home; while both halves of the couple confirm they had been imbibing. Stambaugh said Harrelson started drinking beer and tequila at 5 a.m., while he joined in at noon by downing beer and a pint of scotch. That’s… impressive. And frightening.
