Kim Jong Un Ex-Girlfriend: Executed For Making Sex Tape, Report Indicates

North Korea dictator Kim Jong Un had his own ex-girlfriend and 11 others killed by firing squad earlier this month, according to a shocking new report. Fox News, citing South Korea’s Chosun Ilbo newspaper, reports that the leader had the woman, a singer named Hyon Song-wol, was arrested August 17. Kim Jong Un Has Ex-Girlfriend Executed? All of the women were charged with violations tied to pornography laws; filming a sex tape was reportedly the offense that got them arrested and killed. The alleged executions took place via a firing squad of machine guns, and with the victims’ families looking on, back on August 20, the paper clams. Chosun Ilbo reported that all 12 of the people killed belonged to the performance art troupes Unhasu Orchestra and Wangjaesan Light Music Band. They were accused of making videos of themselves having sex and then selling the videos, which the paper reported were made available in China. The victims’ families have been sentenced to labor camps as well. Kim Jong-un reportedly met Hyon Song-wol approximately 10 years ago, before he was married. The relationship between the two is believed to have ended after interference from Kim’s father, Kim Jong-il, though it was rumored that an affair continued. Kim Jong-un’s wife, Ri Sol-ju, was also a member of the Unhasu Orchestra before their marriage. It is not clear if she had any role in the 12 executions.

They’re fighting over the baby already. Kanye And Kim Battling Over Baby And Public Lives Kim and Kanye are probably arguing over naming their baby North. According to Radar Online Kanye West may have proudly debuted the first photo of North West on her grandmother’s talk show, but in doing so RadarOnline.com has learned that he and Kim Kardashian are in an intense power struggle over their daughter and the public lives. “Kim is getting really upset that Kanye has been taking over and making all of the public announcements about baby North,” a source close to the reality star told RadarOnline.com. “She hasn’t been able to do anything. She didn’t announce that she was pregnant. She didn’t get to show off the baby first. Kanye is doing everything and it’s cause a huge power struggle between the two of them.” As RadarOnline.com previously reported, Kanye is trying to control Kim now that they have a child together. “Kanye wants to make sure that every single aspect of Kim’s life is now handled the way he wants it to be,” the source said. This is especially distressing for Kim because she craves the spotlight and being shut away from the photographers and fans that she loves is difficult for her. “Kim likes having her picture taken and she knows that she has to do that in order to stay relevant and so she still keeps in touch with paps who can take her picture,” the source said. “It is never a surprise when a photographer gets a picture of Kim, and so the two times that she’s been with the baby, at the doctor’s appointment and at Kanye’s grandfather’s funeral, and been photographed are most likely because she has been tipping them off and this is infuriating her baby daddy.” The source said it’s a tough time for Kim and Kanye as they try and handle their personal and professional lives. “Kim wants to be in charge and so does Kanye and they’re constantly butting heads. She is a really strong woman and just because she had a baby with Kanye doesn’t mean she doesn’t know what she wants to do with her life and her daughter’s life.” Kim has been absent from the spotlight lately and we all know she craves attention. Kim should just go with the flow…we’ve all seen how Kanye gets when he’s angry.

Andrea Sneiderman Sentenced to Five Years in Prison For Perjury, Making False Statements

Andrea Sneiderman was led out of a DeKalb County (Ga.) Superior Court in handcuffs after being sentenced to five years in prison this week. Andrea Sneiderman Convicted of Perjury Her husband, Rusty Sneiderman, was gunned down and killed in the parking lot of a day care facility in 2010 after taking his son to class there. A jury found Sneiderman guilty Monday of nine of 13 felony counts, including perjury and making false statements to police during their investigation. Lawyers for Sneiderman talked Tuesday of seeking an appeal of the verdict and getting her before the parole board in as little as two months. “We believe we have multiple grounds for appeal,” said Doug Chalmers of his client’s prospects. “This is a fight Andrea Sneiderman is going to win.” Prosecutors alleged that Andrea Sneiderman had had an affair with her former boss at GE Energy, Hemy Neuman, who was convicted of fatally shooting Rusty Sneiderman. Andrea Sneiderman did not testify, but her testimony during Neuman’s trial played a role in her conviction. She testified in Neuman’s trial against the advice of many. “I was shocked when the prosecution began attacking me,” she said. “I fought back, and I tried to defend myself. I’m embarrassed when I watch the tape of my testimony.” Sneiderman and her supporters had asked the judge for leniency after the prosecution sought a prison sentence of 20 years. It was not to be. She got five years on each count, which are set to run concurrently. “No one’s ever gone to prison for perjury,” said J. Tom Morgan, one of Sneiderman’s attorneys. “It is even lower than the lowest level on the grid.” Sneiderman showed no emotion as she was being led out after a morning of testimony by her and others. She said her only regret was allowing Neuman into her life. “I never thought Mr. Neuman was capable of murder,” she lamented. “The line of appropriate conduct was blurred,” she acknowledged, while insisting there was never any sexual contact between the two. “I thought I could handle him. I thought he was a man just being a man.” The brother of Rusty Sneiderman said his sister-in-law deserves it. “She thinks she’s special, but she’s not,” Steve Sneiderman said. “She’s a common criminal. She lied to her family. She lied to her friends. She lied to Rusty.” “Without her lies and betrayal to her death, Rusty would still be here with his children,” he said. “A very special man is gone because of her actions.”

Chris Brown Sued By Frank Ocean’s Cousin Everybody is looking for a million dollar come up these days…Chris’ people should be careful who they phuck up. Time to give up some of those coins. According to TMZ ANOTHER legal headache for Chris Brown — Frank Ocean’s cousin has sued the singer, claiming Brown’s bodyguard PULVERIZED him during the brawl between the two singers earlier this year … and Brown egged his thug on. As we reported, a massive fight broke out between Brown, Ocean, and their entourages over a parking spot outside an L.A. recording studio back in January. It’s unclear who started it, but it got violent, and Frank’s cousin Sha’Keir Duarte now says he was one of the worst victims … thanks to Brown’s hired muscle, a bodyguard named “Hood.” Duarte claims Hood punched and kicked the crap out of him, including at least twelve kicks to the body and several to the head, while he lay on the ground. Duarte claims Brown spurred his bodyguard on — yelling, “Get that n****r!” — and even mocked Duarte when it was all over, saying, “You just got your azz beat and it’s all on camera.” Duarte says he was permanently disabled following the attack, and now he’s suing for unspecified damages. We reached out to Brown’s camp for comment. So far, no word back. True or not, kicking someone when they’re down literally is not a good look. Obviously, Frank’s cousin isn’t “bout that life.”

Chris Brown Allegedly Removes Rihanna Collabo From His Album Lovesick loverboy Chris Brown might be still exchanging subliminal disses with his ex bajan boo-thang Rihanna on social networks, but word on the street is that actual communication between the two since ending their rollercoaster relationship has been non-existent. via Hollywood Life Chris and Rihanna are one of Hollywood’s hottest on-again, off-again couples, but they are definitely off right now. A source close to the R&B singer explains to HollywoodLife.com exclusively that while the strong feelings will never fully die down, the former couple is currently not even on speaking terms. The couple who has only had breaks — not breakups — seem to have finally called it quits for good this time. A source close to Chris Brown tells HollywoodLife that he and Rihanna will always have love and respect for each other, but a romantic love is out of the question right now. “He’s not featuring Rihanna these days,” the source reveals, and the way he describes Chris and RiRi’s status seems to really put a nail in the coffin: “They don’t talk. They’re done. Nada. Nothing.” Rihanna and Chris had recently seemed to be communicating with each other — though only on social networks — by exchanging disses back and forth. And while that sort of fighting can get nasty, nothing is more serious than dead silence. Fighting means exes still have feelings for each other; silence suggests they’re moving on. The insider close to Chris admits that “the respect is always going to be there, the love too,” but it stops there. This “source” also revealed that Rih and her ex Breezy-boo actually recoded a collabo for his album, but that Chris requested the song be left off following their break up. “They’re not on that level right now. He’s not thinking about her in any capacity.” Chris is obviously making that clear by leaving her off his speed dial — and off his album! The former couple recorded a collaboration that was set to appear on Chris’ upcoming album, X, but no longer, another source tells HollywoodLife.com exclusively: “Just saw the working track list for X yesterday — Rihanna is not on there. Record execs wanted that song on there, but Chris said he would rather not and wouldn’t allow the record to be released unless they took it off.” Hmmmm. Nigella Lawson: Choked by Husband in London Restaurant?

Celebrity chef Nigella Lawson is in the news today, but it’s not for any dessert recipes whipped up by The Taste panelist. It’s for something far more disturbing. According to a report in Great Britain’s Sunday People , Lawson and husband Charles Saatchi were dining at a restaurant called Scott’s when the latter reached over and grabbed his wife by the throat. The British newspaper actually has photos of the incident . “At one stage [Saatchi] tweaked her nose then pushed both hands in her face,” according to the report. “Twice Nigella jerked her head backwards as if in fear. Several times she nodded ­intently while the conversation became more and more heated.” Lawson was described by one witness as “distraught and in tears” throughout the confrontation, while another added: “It was utterly shocking to watch. I have no doubt she was scared. It was horrific, ­really. She was very tearful and was ­constantly dabbing her eyes.” Though the celebrity has not filed charges, police are looking into the incident. Lawson and Saatchi have been married since 2003.

Lady Gaga: Sued For Plagiarism by Orlan

A French artist is suing Lady Gaga for plagiarism. Orlan, who’s been active in the French art scene for decades, claims Gaga basically aped her style, and has a list of reasons why this is the case. Notably, Gaga, like Orlan, takes a stage name, and employs visual and conceptual references to Catholic imagery, the human body, and celebrity. That sounds broad, and without a doubt it is. Yet there’s an entire Tumblr dedicated to the similarities between the two, Gagaorlan, and in a 1993 Art in America feature, Orlan is described as such: “Orlan has trafficked in notions of an ambiguous and constantly shifting identity.” “Her actions call into question whether our self-representations conform to an inner reality or whether they are actually carefully contrived falsehoods fabricated for marketing purposes, in the media or in society at large.” “Orlan leaves her background deliberately fuzzy, the better to maintain the anonymity required to project an enigmatic ‘star quality.'” Does sort of ring a bell, doesn’t it? From the Lady Gaga hermaphrodite controversy to Orlan’s elective plastic surgery as “performance art,” one can’t deny there are parallels between them. Lady Gaga – Born This Way (Full Video) From a legal standpoint, Orlan is reportedly focusing on one rather specific image from Lady Gaga’s “Born This Way” music video to make her case. The lawsuit mentions an image of Gaga’s severed head in the intro and its resemblance to a 90’s Orlan sculpture, “Femme Avec Tête” (“Woman With Head”). The lawsuit also cites another work of Orlan’s, “Bumpload.” Does she have a case? Clearly there’s a difference here between creating an homage to an iconic work of art and ripping off someone’s work. However, that is oftentimes a very thin line. Orlan seems to think that Gaga’s apparent, repeated references to her work are the latter, and wants 7.5 percent of the profits from her Born This Way album. For her part, Gaga actually talked about Orlan back in 2011, as part of an interview with NME , and basically she said she hadn’t heard of her: “Who’s Orlan?” Gaga asked, grabbing her MacBook as she was asked if that was an influence on her. “Do people think that’s where I got it from?” Upon Googling her, the pop superstar exclaimed, “Oh my gosh. (Gasps) What is that? It’s quite beautiful. That’s weird! (Thinks) It’s very fabulous.” “Well, I’m going to be inspired by her now, thank you!”

This is so wrong. How do you criminalize people for loving the same sex? . Nigerians Pass Bill To Outlaw Gay Marriage According to Raw Story Nigerian lawmakers approved Thursday a bill to outlaw gay marriage and crack down on gay rights, including criminalizing public displays of affection between same-sex couples. The House of Representatives unanimously approved the bill which provides for jail terms of up to 14 years for gay marriage. A gay rights bill has already been approved by the Senate but it was not immediately clear if the laws were identical. If there are no differences between the two, the bill will now go to the president for his approval. Under the bill, “persons that entered into a same-gender marriage or civil union contract commit an offence and are jointly liable on conviction to a term of 14 years imprisonment each.” It also says “any person who registers, operates or participates in gay clubs, societies and organizations or directly or indirectly makes a public show of same-sex amorous relationship commits an offense and shall be liable to a term of 10 years imprisonment.” Beyond concerns about gay rights in Africa’s most populous nation, some have also questioned whether funding channeled through non-governmental organizations in Nigeria for AIDS treatment would be put in jeopardy by the bill. Miley wants to be rachet p**** so bad and her twerk game is on point. We’re sure she’ll find her a white girl obsessed black guy to shack up with.
