With her face plastered on tabloids and with a recent arrest on record, Christina Aguilera faced the press yesterday. The singer made her first public appearance since being booked for public intoxication, telling journalists gathered for an event to hype NBC’s The Voice that life can be difficult in the spotlight. “We’re only able to be seen through the microscope of the media and what people gossip about,” Aguilera said. On the panel, Christina joked around with fellow judge Adam Levine and played with son Max throughout the interview. She continued: “You take the good with the bad. It’s by telling our stories, sharing our experiences and really giving a first hand look at us as human beings [that shows] who we really are, apart from what we seem to be.” Her goal as a judge on this American Idol -like competition? To inspire contestants. ” The Voice isn’t about tearing people down. I want to bring people up. I want to empower them and give them all the tools I had. I love that I get to be apart of that.”
“Hold It Against Me” is a #1 hit. “Till the World Ends” is not far behind. Two additional tracks, “I Wanna Go” and “Inside Out” , leaked just last week. Both have drawn waves. The pop princess is back, baby. Britney Spears opens up to Rolling Stone in a fun new Q&A session. She talks a lot about her new album, Femme Fatale , as well as her home life. Some excerpts from her interview below … On the kids’ take on FF : “They definitely dance to it but they are still confused …. It’s like, ‘who is this Britney Spears singer in contrast to mommy?'” On her involvement in the process : “I have always been heavily involved in every album I have ever made. I’m very stubborn when it comes to recording and will only record songs I love, which is why it takes me a long time to make an album.” “I have to feel connected before I record and the song has to spark something inside me. Very few songs do that. I guess it’s a good process because I love all my music. I know there are a lot of artists that hate songs they recorded.” On the sound of Femme Fatale: “I wanted to make a fresh-sounding album for the clubs or something that you play in your car when you’re going out at night that gets you excited but I wanted it to sound different from everything else out right now.” “I also wanted to experiment with all the different types of music I love which is why you hear a mixture of pop, hip-hop and dance throughout.” On what she listens to at home : “I love the Peas but I also love Deadmau5. I guess I’m all over the place. Lately I have been listening to Robyn and Adele non-stop but I also love to find new artists that very few people know about.” On working with will.i.am : “The Peas make incredibly catchy, fun pop/dance records and I LOVE will.i.am’s style. I have always wanted to do a song with him and would love to work with him more in the future. He is so interesting.” On working with Dr. Luke : “We have known each other for a long time. Most people don’t know this but we worked together when I was recording Blackout . He was incredible back then and he has only gotten better over the years.” Here’s Britney’s latest efforts from the new record … Britney Spears – I Wanna Go Britney Spears – Inside Out
Avril Lavigne’s long-awaited Goodbye Lullaby debuts at #4. By Gil Kaufman Lupe Fiasco Photo: Johnny Nunez/ WireImage Sometimes the hardest, bumpiest rides are the ones that get you to the sweetest destination. After a difficult, oft-delayed birth, the record will make its mark on the Billboard 200 next week when it takes over the top spot thanks to sales of more than 204,000, according to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan. That’s more than enough to end the two-week #1 reign of British soul singer Adele , whose 21 drops a spot to #2 as sales dipped to 133,000, giving her an impressive three-week total of more than 653,000. There are plenty of other debuts in the top 10 as well, including the latest “Glee” cast recording, Glee: The Music, Volume 5 (#3, 90,000), Avril Lavigne’s long-awaited Goodbye Lullaby (#4, 87,000), R.E.M. ‘s Collapse Into Now (#5, 57,000) and country singer Sara Evans ‘ Stronger (#6, 55,000). Way down the line, heavily hyped English singer Ellie Goulding finally makes her American chart debut, sliding in at #129 with Lights (4,000). “American Idol” judge Jennifer Lopez continues to kill it on the iTunes singles chart, topping the tally with her comeback hit, “On the Floor,” followed by Katy Perry ‘s “E.T.,” Lady Gaga ‘s “Born This Way,” Britney Spears ‘ “Till the World Ends” and Rihanna ‘s “S&M.” A few fellas manage to break up the ladies’ club, with Cee Lo Green snagging the #6 position with “Forget You,” Ke$ha at #7 with “Blow,” Pink right behind with “F—in’ Perfect,” Dr. Dre and Eminem at #9 with “I Need a Doctor” and the cast of “Glee” rounding things out with “Landslide.” Lupe rules the iTunes albums chart as well, again besting #2 Adele, who’s in front of Lavigne, the “Glee” cast album, Mumford & Sons, R.E.M., Tosh, the Christian rock compilation Passion – Here for You, Evans and Ambrosius. I’ve never heard of OUT Magazine , but they’ve managed to get some sexy shots of Britney Spears hanging out in her undies or unitard or whatever so it can’t be all that bad. Especially considering they were able to get her to do some stretches in her high heels. Flexible and sexy. Anyhow, I like a chick who can look and dress and stretch and have tattoos like a stripper without actually being a stripper. hot.

According to figures provided by Nielsen SoundScan, sales were down 52 percent, but that was still enough to beat out the #2 album, the solo debut by former Floetry member Marsha Ambrosius , Late Nights & Early Mornings, which had a good showing thanks to 96,000 units moved. The only other newcomers in the top 10 are the latest from Irish rockers Dropkick Murphys , Going Out in Style, which comes in at #6 (43,000), and Staind singer Aaron Lewis ‘ solo effort, Town Line, which is just behind at #7 (38,000). Further down the line, Different Gear, Still Speeding, the debut from former Oasis singer Liam Gallagher’s new band, Beady Eye , lands at #31 on modest sales of 13,000, and Swedish singer Lykke Li ‘s second album, Wounded Rhymes, debuts at #36 (12,000). Katy Perry and her sloppy body, no style, ugly face, bad skin, no talent, irritating songs with shitty lyrics and bubblegum pop that makes me want to kill myself that I wish had the same effect and that she followed through and the shit cuz she fucking sucks…I mean, when I’m not staring at her well positioned tits….she knows are all she’s good for! Here’s a Behind the Scenes look at some DVD she’s releasing…This legendary preview that may make you want to kill yourself…cuz the only behind the scenes shit I’d be happy watching this cunt in would be her living with terminal cancer special they air after she died…..which hasn’t happen yet, but still hoping…Fingers crossed motherfuckers…
Britney Spears did some Gaga shit and tried to tap into the gay market, as the gays are her only remaining fans, like she was Gaga, as Gays are too jacked up on poppers getting fucked up the ass bareback in bathouses or getting treated for AIDS to notice that shitty pop isn’t as fun as they think it is… I know you guys have probably already seen the Britney spread in the latest Out magazine, you know because you’re faggots, but I figured I’d post the pictures anyway, cuz she’s showing off her weathered mom pussy in leotard….something I’m kinda into as I anxiously await her nude pics/sex tape to be released…they are coming…cuz she’s one of those crazy people who feels so exposed that she doesn’t mind letting the public see all of her…from shitting to being shit on…she’s down… Here are some quotes that taught us she likes being fat and will be fat when her contract is up….and that she’s not a lesbian cuz cock feels so good, especially when having a schizophrenic bi-polar episode…. My idea of hell is… Being on a diet. What women (living or dead) could make you think twice about your sexuality? I only have eyes for men. What is the best advice you’ve gotten and who was it from? My mom said when you have a bad day, eat ice cream. That’s the best advice. I would have expected a racier shoot from the gays, maybe some strap-on high concept shit, but I guess since gays are scared of pussy to begin with, putting a mom pussy that’s been through hell and back would have been a bad idea for sales…. Here are the pics…
‘When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it,’ the almost-30-year-old singer says. By Jocelyn Vena Britney Spears Photo: Jive Britney Spears is fine with the numerous comparisons that have been made between her and Madonna over the course of her career. After all, she tried to mold herself after the star. When asked who she tried to emulate when she first started out, Spears answered, “Madonna. No question. She is an amazing entertainer. Besides Madonna, I also admire Sarah Jessica Parker’s career and her shoe collection,” the singer told Out magazine. ( Madonna is also set to have her own Out cover this month when both covers drop on March 29.) She had equally kind words for her pop contemporaries. What does she think of Lady Gaga? “Unique.” What about former pop rival Christina Aguilera? “Truly talented.” Over the course of her career, Spears has recorded a number of songs ranging from the awesome (“Toxic,” “Slave 4 U”) to the more forgettable (“Email My Heart”), but she has no regrets. “All of my songs are f—ing amazing,” she told the magazine. Spears displayed that same swagger when talking about her latest release. “I think Femme Fatale is my most upbeat and mature album yet. I collaborated with will.i.am. I am a huge fan of Black Eyed Peas, and I have always wanted to work with him. I also worked with a new up-and-coming artist from the L.A. area named Sabi. She raps on a song I love called ‘(Drop Dead) Beautiful.’ ” While she loves all her own tracks, there’s one recent radio smash that Spears wishes she had jumped on. Spears said that she would have loved to record Eminem and Rihanna’s “Love the Way You Lie.” The magazine also delved a bit further into the singer’s personal life. When asked how she would feel if one of her sons turned out to be gay, she replied, “I love my boys no matter what.” And when asked if the singer ever crushed on a female celebrity, she responded, “I only have eyes for men.” Spears noted that everyone should have the right to marry, including gay people. “I think everyone should be treated equally.” Femme Fatale ‘s release is one of Britney’s major milestones for 2011. Another is the singer’s 30th birthday, which she doesn’t seem very worried about. “I’m excited to be out of my 20s,” she said, before sharing that she’s not against plastic surgery. “When it’s time to pull and tuck, I’m sure I will consider it.” Related Videos MTV First: Britney Spears’ ‘Hold It Against Me’ Premiere Related Artists Britney Spears
