KIKA/WENN.com Tyga Slaps Birdman & Cash Money With $10 Million Lawsuit For Withholding Royalties According to The Blast Birdman is trying to work out a settlement with Tyga for the $10 million lawsuit he filed after leaving Cash Money Records. He is claiming the record label screwed him out of millions of dollars in royalties. Tyga sued Cash Money and Young Money Records earlier the year accusing them of refusing to pay him royalties for his albums “Careless World” and “Hotel California”. The “Taste” rapper sued Birdman for breach of contract and is seeking a total of $10 million in damages. Court documents were filed earlier this month on Birdman’s behalf where Cash Money is asking for an extension to respond to the lawsuit. Birdman acknowledges that his answer was due this week but is requesting until the end of the month to work the issue out. He stated that Tyga has already agreed to the “extension of time to facilitate ongoing settlement discussions.”

Maxine Waters an angry Black woman for denouncing allegations of her staff’s involvement in a data breach. Black women also went in on Kavanaugh inside the Senate building. Tarana Burke , the MeToo movement founder, was front and center during Ford’s testimony. Kamala Harris , who has also been outspoken in opposing Kavanaugh, had some strong statements to deliver during the hearing. She affirmed and defended Ford, who was relentlessly questioned about her story of sexual assault against Kavanaugh. “You are not on trial,” Harris said, knowing that Republican senators were skeptical about the college professor’s character, not just her account. “You are sitting here before members of the United States Senate Judiciary Committee because you had the courage to come forward [and], as you have said, you believe it was your civic duty.” Another Black woman also had a moment during the Ford-Kavanaugh hearing: Anita Hill . Senator Dianne Feinstein , the top Democrat on the Senate Judiciary Committee, referenced Hill during her opening statement. She recalled a 1991 trip to the airport in which saw a crowd watching Hill’s sexual assault testimony about then-Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas . She used Hill to make a powerful point. “How women are treated in the United States, with this kind of concern, is really wanting a lot of reform,” Feinstein said. Black women clearly communicated their viewpoints on Kavanaugh, and they showed no sign of backing down. As a source close to Kim told People Magazine , Kim will kick it in Chicago, but a full relocation is never going down, as far as she’s concerned. “Kim plans on spending more time in Chicago, but she isn’t moving there full-time. She thinks it’s best for the kids to continue their schedule in LA. North is in school and everything is working great. Kim doesn’t think a permanent move to Chicago benefits the kids. Also, Kim wants to be around her family as much as possible too. She loves their new house and it finally feels like a home to her.” On top of all the practical reasons she has for keeping herself and the kids put, Kim knows that Kanye is likely just talking out of his azz anyway. Kanye changes his mind in a heartbeat, so there’s no need to start planning for a big cross-country move when he may be off that altogether by the time his album comes out. “She will be supportive of Kanye’s plans and they do have a house in Chicago too. Kanye has a tendency though to change his mind quickly, so she is just going along with his plans because it makes him happy. 90 Day Fiance star Jorge Nava has reported to prison to begin serving out his 2.5 year sentence after he was caught in Arizona with a massive amount of marijuana . We now know more details about his incarceration, including where he has been locked up and his expected release date. But considering how far he is from Anfisa, some wonder if his marriage will survive his prison sentence. Jorge Nava donned prison orange for his new mugshot at the Arizona State Prison Complex in Phoenix. Though his sentence is for 2.5 years, his earliest chance to leave prison will be in 22 months. According to Starcasm , Jorge’s release date is scheduled for August 9 2020. His prison records also show that his full sentence will end on November 7 2020. Spending more than two years in custody is a huge chunk of a person’s life — but it’s much better than the quarter of a century that he might have faced at trial. He was apparently transferred to this Phoenix facility from another prison complex in the state. Jorge is currently about 5 and a half hours from Anfisa, meaning that she has one hell of a journey if she wants to come and see her husband. We’re sure that she will, but we’re also sure that she’s a full-time student right now and that making a journey like that can eat up your time and money. Speaking of money, some have wondered if Anfisa will return to cam girl work to pay the bills while Jorge is behind bars. Given her current life circumstances and her fame, it seems more likely that she will try to stay afloat using her YouTube channel — or perhaps by running Jorge’s business. Jorge believes that he may have been racially profiled, which would explain why his vehicle happened to be stopped. Unfortunately, though marijuana is thankfully legal in California, it remains illegal in Arizona, where strict prohibition laws are enforced. Jorge struck a deal in which he pleaded guilty to a lesser offense in exchange for a shorter sentence than he would have risked at trial. Jorge also declined to appeal his sentence upon advice from his attorney. The perception was that his judge wanted to make an example of him, perhaps because he is a reality TV personality, and that an appeal could have made things owrse. Some think that Anfisa may just leave Jorge. She’s young and hot and he’s going to be locked away until it’s almost 2021. No one could reasonably accuse her of running a citizenship scheme if she only leaves her husband when he’s behind bars. But let’s look at this this way: She came from Moscow to America to marry Jorge because she thought that he was rich — at least, that was a contributing factor. He’s not rich. Last year, he also basically called her out, implying that she was supporting herself by doing sex work, on 90 Day Fiance . They’re still married. If none of that was enough of a dealbreaker for Anfisa to cut her ties with Jorge, then it’s hard to imagine that she’s just going to abandon ship because he’s in prison. That said, in six months or a year, she may feel differently when Jorge is out of the picture. It will be interesting to see how their relationship develops — or falls apart — and fans are hopeful that 90 Day Fiance ‘s cameras will be there, somehow, to capture that storyline. Now that Jorge Nava has been sentenced to prison following his marijuana arrest, what is Anfisa going to do for the next 2.5 years? Obviously, Anfisa can work — but she is a full time student right now. Is she going to have to quit school to support herself while Jorge is behind bars? Jorge was caught with a massive amount of marijuana in his car. He grows medical marijuana for a living in California but, unfortunately, he and his car and that marijuana were in Arizona , which has some of the most absurd drug laws in the nation. As we reported, he has been sentenced to two and a half years in prison. Anfisa says that Jorge may have a shot at getting out after 22 months, but she is clearly looking at two years without her husband. But she might not have to quit her role as a student — because Anfisa could really make it as a YouTuber. We know what you're thinking — Anfisa may be younger than Jorge, but she's a few years older than your average YouTuber. But, as Starcasm notes, Anfisa could make money via YouTube in a major way, she's already shown that she has the skills for it. Anfisa edits her own clips for YouTube, and it really shows. She is very particular about controlling what viewers see and do not see, and about making sure that there are only pauses at appropriate moments. The evidence in her videos, which have smooth transitions from moment to moment, shows that Anfisa can keep her YouTube channel crisp and clean. Then there's the fact that Anfisa has plenty of business savvy when it comes to marketing herself on social media. (No jokes about her alleged sex work, please … we'll get to that in a moment) The titles of her YouTube videos cover frequently searched items, which means that she's followed not only by fans of 90 Day Fiance , but by people who have randomly come across her page. This is part of how you diversify your audience. Some come to see how her life is going after the show, but others are there for makeup tips. She knows how to stay relevant, and it works — her YouTube videos average 1.37 million views each. One got up to 4 million. Back in July, and despite Anfisa's denials, it looks like Anfisa's alleged camgirl work was exposed . While there is of course nothing wrong with being a camgirl or with any other kind of sex work, fans took an interest in her backstory. Evidence was uncovered featuring a woman who looks conspicuously like Anfisa on furniture that looks like Anfisa's old furniture, in an apartment that looks like Anfisa's old Moscow apartment. Even the camera angle was the same as the one that Anfisa used to audition for 90 Day Fiance . Some have wondered if Anfisa might use sex work when those bills start piling up. If she wants to do that, good for her! But Anfisa has denied that she appeared in the video. Jorge also claims that the camgirl is not his wife. Anfisa might not need that. According to our research, it looks like your average YouTuber is going to bring in about $2,000 for every 1 million views on any video of theirs with ads. Obviously, as with any advertising gambit, pay can vary according to factors such as audience demographics. If Anfisa turns out a few videos a month for the next couple of years, that might help her to stay afloat until Jorge gets out. Then again, some have speculated that she might run his — legal — medical marijuana business. Until Anfisa tells the world herself, we just won't know.

The California artist has been ordered to hand over his financial records to the woman, who is set to receive $7 million . The Blast reports : According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Game has until the end of the month to produce documents showing all his real estate, cars, boats, aircrafts, etc. He also has to turn over all information on artistic works he owns, all income he has earned since 2014, all expenses he made over $5,000 since 2014 and details on any businesses he has a stake in. As The Blast first reported, Priscilla Rainey — who won a $7 million judgment against Game after she claimed he assaulted her on the set of a reality show — filed documents earlier this year accusing him of diverting millions of dollars in income to avoid having to pay. In her 2015 lawsuit, Rainey claimed that during the production of “She Got Game,” the rapper sexually assaulted her by forcefully reaching his hand inside her dress to rub her bare vagina and buttocks. As the outlet adds, The Game’s legal side filed a motion for a new trial to say that the amount of the judgment was too high and that evidence was lacking in supporting the claim.
