Seth Rogen ripped Justin Bieber as “an obnoxious piece of sh!t” back in March and now it seems he’s not quite done ragging on his fellow Canadian. Rogen sat down with Howard Stern today and explained his distaste for the Biebs: “He’s a good example of someone you meet, who you think you’re going to hate and then you get to hate him.” Rogen goes on to say that Bieber “lives up to every one of your expectations” of how terrible he’ll be. Harsh words! And believe it or not, it gets worse! Rogen refers to Bieber as a motherf*cker and a “dick” and says his time with Zac Efron on the set of his upcoming film Neighbors only served to highlight what a jerk Justin is. Seth describes Efron as having the “humility” that Bieber lacks before finally concluding: “F*ck this kid!” So we guess it’s safe to say Seth won’t be partying with Bieber and Rob Ford at any Toronto hot spots in the near future. Oh, well. He may have lost a potential Canuck friend, but Rogen is certainly gaining plenty of fans by tearing JB a new one. Days of Our Lives star James Scott has apparently quit the daytime show after smoking hallucinogenic drugs and having an epiphany of sorts … seriously. The popular, British leading man/villain on the soap opera for eight years went to Peru this spring, chilling with shamans and experimenting with substances. He revealed this in an interview in which he called obsessed soap fans “fucking idiots” and revealed that, well, he won’t be catering to them any longer. James Scott says of his life-altering experience: “I just got back from Peru. I spent six days in the jungles of Peru doing Ayahuasca with the shaman. It was the single most positive experience of my life.” “Ayahuasca is this hallucinogenic. I sat in a tent, in a hut, in the jungle, on the amazons with three shaman blowing tobacco smoke into my crown.” “Realigning my chakras and my energy, while I hallucinated for four to six hours … I mean, this is all hard to explain. It’s very spiritual and very interesting.” “This is a medicine that the people of South America have been using for years to have a relationship with a higher consciousness.” “It sounds wacky when you say it, but it was truly the most important thing I have ever done. I came back a very different person.” The Today show recently did a piece on LSD-like medicine (it’s legal in Brazil) after Lindsay Lohan talked about drinking Ayahuasca tea after a miscarriage. Rock star Sting wrote about trying Ayahuasca on a trip to Brazil, saying it “brought me close to something, something fearful and profound and deadly serious.” For James Scott, it just brought him out of the soap opera bubble, evidently. Embattled actor Columbus Short, who was quasi- fired from Scandal following his domestic violence arrest in February, has gone on the viral offensive against his wife. He shot a video to show his estranged spouse, Tanee McCall, was the violent one in their relationship … and this clip certainly doesn’t hurt his argument. Columbus Short Films Wife’s Fight Columbus Short was arrested for domestic violence for an incident at his house February 18, having been accused of assaulting his wife that night. The next day, after Columbus bailed out of jail, he asked his friend Tilly Key to come over to his house to pick him up. At that point, Tanee went ballistic . When she saw that Tilly was in the house, Tanee (on top) attacked; Tilly gave the video to TMZ to prove that Tanee is violent … even threatening her life. She feared for it, too. Tilly alleges that she suffered a concussion, a cervical sprain, multiple contusions, a lumbar sprain and lumbar strain as a result of this. Tanee has filed for divorce and sought a protective order forcing Columbus (who was also arrested in an unrelated fight in March) out of the house. Naya Rivera has been having a rough 2014. First the actress ended her engagement with rapper Big Sean following allegations that he’d cheated on her, now it appears she’s been fired from the show that made her famous. Rumors of a feud between Naya and Lea Michele began to circulate earlier this month when it was reported that the co-stars became so upset with one another that they both stormed off set. Now, Glee producers have apparently decided that the off-screen drama was more than they could handle and they’ve reportedly fired Naya effective immediately. The New York Daily News reports that Rivera has been “written off” the show and her character will not appear in the remaining episodes of season five or any of the show’s upcoming final season. Details are scarce as to what was the final straw for producers, but sources close to the show say Naya was “jealous” of the attention that Lea received from cast and crew. Producers have specified that they did not make their decision as a result of a request or demand from Michele. “One co-star would not have any power over whether another returns to the show,” said one executive. Ad account executive Rob Grant – who also happens to be the father of Lana Del Rey – has launched a bizarre Twitter offensive against Lorde, whom he clearly regards as a rival of Lana’s. When a friend tweeted to Grant that Lana’s forthcoming album is “addictive,” Rob replied, “More addictive than Pure Heroine,” referring to Lorde’s debut release. In all likelihood, Grant then dislocated his shoulder in an effort to pat himself on the back for his clever pun. Okay, so it’s a pretty mild insult, but it still seems strange that Grant feels it’s appropriate to tear down other artists in the name of building up his daughter. No stranger to feuds with other artists, Lana attacked Lady Gaga in a song that leaked online last summer. For his part, Grant has reportedly bankrolled Lana’s career and many stage name changes up to this point, so he may feel that disrespecting teenage girls on Twitter is a way of protecting his investment. The always classy Lorde has yet to respond to Grant’s comment but if she decides she needs an old guy to get her back in this fight, she can always call on her new friend George Brett .
