Earlier today came word that Chuck Norris and Jean-Claude Van Damme might be joining Sly Stallone & Co. for The Expendables 2 (although the reported cast listing at Millenium Films now reads “TBA”). Now it seems Arnold Schwarzenegger and Bruce Willis are onboard to reprise their cameos from the first film, with bigger parts this time around. (Expanded Expendables !) My name is Katherine Zapata and I met Justin Bieber on July 14th 2010 at the Rose Garden in Portland, Oregon. I won meet and greets through bieberfever.com . Meeting Justin was the BEST thing that could ever happen to me. He’s so sweet, hot, and down to earth. I had VIP for that show so before I met him, I went to his soundcheck and then the pre party! The soundcheck was amazing! When he came out everyone screamed and was freaking out, he said hi to everyone, told us it was Q&A time and asked who wants to ask the first question. I was like, “What’s your favorite candy?” and a girl behind me was screamed “Sour Patch Kids right?”. He was like “Hahaha no, I got tired of those, hmm my favorite candy is Air Heads” . My friend was like, “Juuustinnnn, will you wear this?” and he put his hand up so she threw a rubber bracelet that said “PEACE” at him and it landed on his feet so he picked it up and put it on. He said “Thank you” and smiled! Then some person asked him who he liked better, Beyonce or Chuck Norris and he said Beyonce. My friend said, “CAN YOU DO THE SINGLE LADIES DANCE!!” and so he put his hands up in the air and did a little dance and said “There you go!” Then right as he walks in front of us, I said, “You should do your SEXY HAIR MOVE” and he said, “SEXY HAIR MOVE?! I don’t have a SEXY HAIR MOVE”. He laughed and said, “DAN HAS A SEXY HAIR MOVE” So Dan Kanter did a hair flip then Justin said “Alright” and did a SEXY HAIR FLIP and said, “There, just for you!” I absolutely FREKED OUT. Then towards the end of the soundcheck, he asked everyone if they knew the Dan Kanter Song and people were like “What’s that?” Literally no one said they knew it and I happened to know it because days before I saw a video on Youtube. I said, “MEEEE!!!!” and he was was like,”You do?” and I said “YESSS!” and he said “Alright, I’m gonna need you to help me out okay?” Justin grabbed his mic and came to sit right infront of me! He said “Ready?” and I was still in shock! He pointed his mic to me and the music started playing so I started singing. Click here to watch me singing the Dan Kanter song with Justin! Later came the meet and greet and I was second in line! There was a black curtain, and behind that curtain JUSTIN was there! As soon as the bodyguard (not Kenny Hamilton, a Rose Garden Arena bodyguard) opened the curtain and said your turn! I looked at my friends with an extremely happy look on my face and said AHHH WE’RE GOING TO MEET JUSTIN BIEBER!” I was the first one to walk in and Justin was watching us come towards him. He gave me a hug and said, “Thanks for singing with me at soundcheck!” I couldn’t believe he had just said that & he remembered what I looked like. I said, “Thank YOU” I told him that he was really hot and that I love him so much. He smiled and said, “Thanks! I love you too!” Then Kenny Hamilton was like, “picture time” and so I stood right next to Bieber and he said, “Your bag is in the way” and WINKED! I looked at my bag and noticed he wanted to put his hand around my waist not my shoulder! I looked at him and he had a big smile on his face and then he LEANED HIS FACE INTO MINE! When my friends and I were about to walk out, Justin came up to me and asked, “What row are you in?” and I said “3rd row”. He said “Okay, I’m going to look for you” and I said “Okay sounds good!” My friends and I were walking out and Justin was like “Nice meeting you!” and I turned around and said “Nice meeting you too! and we smiled at each other. My first Bieber experience was in 2010 when Justin RT’d one of my tweets . I had just bought his album, only out of curiosity to see what he sounded like, and I instantly fell in love with him. It wasn’t until i google’d a bit about him that I realized he was that kid singing “With You” in his bedroom. Anyway, I had been tweeting him ALL day and got no response. Then all of my timeline started to blow up with tweets to Justin. Being the un-experienced fan I had no idea that they only did this when he was online or “creepin”. I had already given up and just joined in on tweeting my favourite songs from his album. I t wasn’t until later when my emails blew up that I realised that he had RT’s me! I was SO happy, I was jumping around and stuff. I had only just became a fan and this is what he did to me! My second Bieber experience was the biggest one. It happened 4 th March 2011. People had constantly told me to give up on my dream and that I was never going to meet Justin. One of them especially was a girl who was “supposedly” my best friend . She was a HUGE Bieber fan too. She’s always been the girl who got everything she wanted. She got her bedroom covered in posters, she had every single thing to do with Justin bieber, but me? I couldn’t afford that and every day she would remind me. Everyday I’d call up my local radio station and request Baby and got to be good friends with the radio presenter, she said that if Justin was ever in the studio she would get me in to meet him . I was having a bad year, my parents spilt and I became a part-time guardian to my 2 year old brother. My auntie suggested that me and my cousin should get tickets as our Christmas presents. We ended up with floor seats, 3 rows from the front. The girl who always told me I’d never see him live/meet him had bought the £300 V.I.P package and bragged about it like everyday of her life! She had seats 2 rows behind me. When I told her what seats I had, she told me that I got the tickets because people felt sorry for me. But karma is a bitch! It turned out that there would only be a V.I.P sound check for the London concerts so everything she bragged about didn’t happen and people thought she was lying. Me being the nice person I am decided to stick up for her and tell them the story so she wouldn’t look stupid. The day the tickets arrived I had a leaflet with them about joining bieberfever.com I joined using my birthday money (it cost £30 because of international fees) and became a member. I saw that you could win a chance to meet Justin. I made a video and entered. They told me i would know if i won 24hours before the concert. I had no reply and gave up hope. 11:56pm on the night before the concert I received an email, “ CONGRATULATIONS JUSTIN BIEBER FAN ”. The next day when I met him, I felt on top of the world. I had just met my idol and all I could say was that “he’s real”. I ran up to him and hugged him. He hugged back and was like, “Awhh” When we took the picture, we realized it was just him me and my cousin. We were supposed to be in groups of 4 so we didn’t understand. It turned out my auntie had a Justin Bieber hoody on because she was cold and they though she was a fan. When we took the picture and stuff he said thank-you and I handed him a letter to give to his mom. I said, “Please will you give this to your mum” and he looked really surprised and said, “What? My mom, my momma?” We both smiled pointing to Kenny. I replied. “Okay but it’s really important” he looked confused, “Don’t worry its nothing bad” he smiled and said “Ok bye girls” then we left. After meeting him I had a phone call and it was from the radio station asking me to go down and do an interview about it. I was also on local radio news. Everything that went on that year, God finally gave me hope. I later found out that the things that girl was saying to me are a type of bullying. My name is Megan, I’m 15 years old from Washington State and the best day of my life was July 13 th 2010. That’s the day I talked to Justin Bieber and was front row at his concert. My mom ordered the ultimate V.I.P package for my friend Kaitlyn and I. About a week later, we received the news we were sitting seats 43 and 44 in row 1! I was thinking, no way did I get FRONT ROW tickets.. this must be a joke. To pay back my mom for the tickets, Kaitlyn and I had to do a lot of yard/house work almost every day, but it was worth it. Finally it was July 13 th ! We drove down to Everett Event Center around 12 pm. Kaitlyn and I met our friend Taylor there and our mom’s saved us spots in line as we went to the other side of the building to watch the tour buses come in. We then saw all of Justin’s dancers get off the bus, then we saw DAN KANTER. We started screaming and Dan looked up at us, smiled and waved. We then went back to the line and got our V.I.P lanyards to wear we walked into the arena and waited to go in to the sound check. We were sitting in the front row at the sound check. First the dancers came out and Ryan talked to us for a bit. Then the amazing moment happened when Justin walked out on stage. I screamed at the top of my lungs. Justin talked to us for a bit and asked if we had questions. I raised my hand super high and Justin called on me. I asked, “What’s your favorite part about performing?” looked at me smiled and said, “To see all you beautiful ladies in the audience.” I think that’s the moment where I thought I was dreaming. After questions, Justin sang the Dan Kanter song with us and my friend Taylor and I sang at the top of our lungs and Dan gave his pick necklace to Taylor. Then a girl close to me said, “It’smy birthday so I decided to yell, “It’s my birthday in a week!” Then Justin said he will sing happy birthday to all his fans with birthdays! All my dreams were coming true, I felt like I was in heaven. Near the end of the soundcheck, the girl next to me was talking about how her granddaughter was related to Chuck Norris, so I yelled “JUSTIN!” He said, “Who said that?” and walked over to us. She said, “Chuck Norris is my uncle!” and Justin was so amazed he wanted to touch her so she got to go touch him. After the soundcheck was over, we went to the V.I.P party were I met Justin’s dancer Marvin and got a signed Justin concert program. Then it was time for Justin’s concert. I was so amazed when we went in sat in our seats in THE FRONT ROW! After a lady gave us wristbands, we got to stand right in the middle of the front row and Kenny was standing right in front of us! Kenny came up and tapped my hand, I still have no idea why? Justin came out singing Love Me and I was so close to him, I felt like I was on stage too. I took pictures and video of the whole concert to remember it forever. It was the best day ever! Justin bent down during OLLG and sang to me. My favorite was That Should Be Me. Abrams-directed, Steven Spielberg-produced thriller “Super 8” is the overall mystery of the film. From the basic plot details that have been released, very little is known about what the heck the movie is about. Based on word of mouth and one key moment in the film’s trailers that show something trying to escape a locked compartment on a train, there is a very mysterious “thing” or secret terrorizing a small town. MTV News headed out to the film’s star-studded premiere in Los Angeles on Wednesday night to find out from the castmembers what crazy theories they’ve heard about what the “it” or “thing” or “big secret” is all about. Their answers were surprisingly varied and all over the map. “I’ve seen on IMDb that a lot of people thought it was a giant lion,” Zach Mills said. “I don’t know why. That’s the craziest thing I’ve heard.” “The funniest thing that someone has guessed what it is, they said Chuck Norris was in the train,” Riley Griffiths revealed. “That’s probably the funniest thing I’ve heard so far.” “I think someone said once on Facebook or something that it was the cube that Elle [Fanning] and Joel [Courtney] are looking at, and that [they think] it’s some creature,” Gabriel Basso said of a moment where Fanning and Courtney’s characters are examining a vibrating white cube. “That was really funny. I laughed.” Ryan Lee’s conspiracy theorists or secret guessers seemed to think that the mystery revolves around someone or something with a canine obsession. “[They think] that the thing has a dog fetish,” Lee revealed. “That’s the funniest thing somebody has said to me about the mystery of the movie.
