Kayden Nguyen: Serious About Steven Seagal Lawsuit

Despite a threat from Steven Seagal’s lawyer, Kayden Nguyen is undeterred in her lawsuit against the actor. Marty Singer, the attorney for Seagal, says Nguyen’s sexual harassment suit against his client “is in direct violation of the terms of the confidentiality agreement” she signed in February, after she earned a job with Seagal. Nguyen alleges this job was advertised as an executive assistant position… but Seagal instead placed Kayden in a compromising position on her first day in the office, grabbing her breasts and feeling for her crotch. If true, it was the actor’s ugliest behavior since everything he did in 2001’s Exit Wounds . Singer has threatened to seek lawyer fees, costs and sanctions from Nguyen if she goes through with the lawsuit – but her attorney isn’t budging. Replied William Waldo: “Please tell Steven Seagal two things. First, the cheap shot threats that might have intimidated other victims and their lawyers don’t phase me. Save your ink. Second, Ms. Nguyen’s claims are not going away. Five other victims called me yesterday.” Seagal has denied the accusations , while his hilarious reality show ( Steven Seagal Lawman ) has been placed on hiatus.

Kellan Lutz Pictures: Into the Shower!

Earlier today, we posted a few photos of Ke$ha from the latest issue of Interview magazine. In a word, those images were strange. In the same edition of that publication, meanwhile, there are a series of Kellan Lutz pictures. In a word, they are HAWT! Asked how he ended up in Hollywood, the Twilight Saga star replied: “I have a lot of older brothers who messed up in different ways in my mother’s eyes. So I learned from all of their mistakes… I always tried to make it a goal to relieve some of the stress my mother went through. I applied myself to school very diligently. I wanted to go out of state so I wouldn’t have to depend on my mother. And L.A., where my father lived, seemed to call to me.” Despite the shot above and the ones below, Lutz insists that he isn’t pretty. “It’s funny when people say you have sex appeal or call you the next Brad Pitt… Why? Because I played a vampire in a movie? It’s all very unearned,” he says. “If I had the best freaking abs in the world or if I looked like Brad Pitt does in Fight Club , then cool, but I’m not starving myself. Charlie Sheen Rep Concocts Hilarious Defense of Client, Alleged Affair with Angelina Tracy

Stan Rosenfield has a message for celebrity gossip followers: Tsk. Tsk. The rep for Charlie Sheen thinks it’s just absurd that anyone would jump to conclusions about his client cheating on his wife, just because Sheen was photographed in an elaborate disguise… and has a history of paying prostitutes for sex… and is an all-around abysmal person. Responding to this week’s In Touch Weekly that pictures Sheen on the cover (donning a fake mustache) and accuses him of nailing Angelina Tracy , Rosenfield tells E! News: “The woman in question is the sister of one of Sheen’s campmates, and Sheen was only responding to a 12th-step call. Since Sheen knew he was being followed and how this would look, he wore the mustache in a tongue-in-cheek disguise gesture.” Ah, of course! Sheen, ever the humanitarian, was simply assisting a fellow addict. Instead of being up front about that, he came up with a “tongue-in-cheek disguise gesture” because that would come across as funny to the press, not shady. If you buy that story, you’re probably also impressed by how large Heidi Montag’s natural breasts have gotten.

Ryan Phillippe to Media: Stop $hiting on Me!

Ryan Phillippe is sick of the press referring to him as a jerk. This may be a crazy thought, but perhaps the jerk of an actor should have thought of that before he cheated on Reese Witherspoon. Phillippe actually shared this thought with Howard Stern after a rep for Abbie Cornish announced that his client and the Stop-Loss star had broken up in February. The actor’s beef? He and Cornish privately ended their four-year relationship face-to-face, so why the get the press involved: “Who announces a breakup?” he asked. “I don’t understand that! There’s no need for that.” Note to Phillippe: you’re a public figure. Get over it. Phillippe continued to rant to the radio host. “I’m tired of getting s-it on,” he said. “I don’t feel like I deserve it. Things happen! How many people have you broken up with over your life?” How many A-list, Oscar-winning actresses – with whom we’ve borne two children – have we cheated on with another young starlet, you mean? Zero, thanks for asking. Moreover, who is crapping on Ryan Phillippe?!? The guy is hosting Saturday Night Live this week. He’s worked steadily for years. Sounds to us like the actor is throwing himself an attention-grabbing pity party. Don’t RSVP, readers! In closing, Phillippe said he and Witherspoon, who share joint custody of their kids, have mended all fences: “It’s gotten to a place where we’re great friends and great co-parents.” That’s great. Now stop whining, dude.

Keri Hilson Forgets Words to National Anthem

Keri Hilson performed our National Anthem at the Atlanta Hawks-Los Angeles Lakers game Wednesday and in our opinion, really didn’t do the thing justice. The right lyrics might have helped . Hilson belted out “The Star Spangled Banner” in front of thousands of Hawks fans, which included musical peers and fellow Atlanta residents T.I., Jeezy, The-Dream and Monica, who were all on hand inside Philips Arena to witness the affair. Fortunately, the home team delivered a convincing win, because the night didn’t exactly start out strong as Keri Hilson forgot the words to the iconic song. The murmurs from the crowd are hilarious … Keri Hilson Sings National Anthem Hilson, who was linked to Chris Brown lately, at least hung tough through the mishap and finished the song. She also didn’t beat Rihanna at any point.

Tiger Woods Called Out By Kindergarten Teacher

The headline you see above is not a belated, April Fools attempt at humor. A new woman has indeed come forward in the Tiger Woods scandal – a former teacher. Known only as Ms. Decker, she is planning to speak out today at a news conference … to claim a famous tale Tiger Woods once told of childhood racism is a lie. Here’s the background: In ’05, Tiger described how on his first day of school, “a group of sixth graders tied me to a tree, spray-painted the word ‘nigger’ on me, and threw rocks at me. And the teacher really didn’t do much of anything.” Ms. Decker, who was Tiger’s kindergarten teacher (and is now repped by Gloria Allred , of course), denies this ever happened: “No such incident ever occurred to Tiger Woods while he was under [my] care as a kindergarten pupil on the first day of class.” ROUGH PATCH : Tiger Woods is not only a cheater, he’s a liar who made up a story about being bullied by racist kids, his former teacher says. Do you believe it? Allred, in her own statement, called out Woods for defaming her client: “No teacher should ever be treated in such a callous and unfair manner especially one such as Ms. Decker. The time for Tiger Woods to make direct amends to her is now.” No word if Bryon Bell saw the alleged incident take place. Gloria’s shameless opportunism aside, you have to wonder if he really did make that up. Someone who lives a shady double life for years has very little credibility. The Tiger statement was given as part of an interview for a 2005 book by Charles Barkley. Today at 1:30 EST, a press conference will take place at Gloria’s office. But there’s more. Naturally, the teacher will unveil pictures of Tiger as a kindergartner and also express her feelings about the alleged Tiger Woods mistresses . Naturally, we’ll update this story once she does, too.

Ashley Tisdale to Spin-Off Sharpay Evans

Ashley Tisdale isn’t finished with High School Musical . While none of the original cast members will appear in the fourth installment of this movie franchise, Tisdale’s rep confirms that his client will reprise the role of Sharpay Evans in the Disney Channel’s Sharpay’s Fabulous Adventures . It shoots this summer and will air in 2011. Tisdale will also serve as executive producer of the film. It’s unclear whether or nor Lucas Grabeel will return as Sharpay’s twin brother, Ryan Evans. Meanwhile, the big screen isn’t the only place you’ll find Ashley in the near future: Tisdale will star in Hellcats , an upcoming pilot on The CW.

Jesse James Mistress #4 to Come Forward

Another day, another bombshell for Jesse James. So to speak. First there was Michelle “Bombshell” McGee in In Touch . Then came Melissa Smith , who gave her story to Star magazine. Up next: Brigitte Daguerre , outed by TMZ. Now a fourth woman is claiming that she had an affair with Sandra Bullock’s husband – and alleges that the relationship was still going on up until last week . The woman, who has chosen not to identify herself (for now), is being represented by celebrity attorney Gloria Allred, of course It was really just a matter of time. Gloria, of course, is the celebrity lawyer representing Rachel Uchitel and at least one other unnamed mistress who claims to have had an affair with Tiger Woods. FOUR AND COUNTING : Jesse James’ mistress tally grows . In a statement, Allred describes the accuser as “a beautiful model and business woman” who was pursued by James. “He had strong feelings for her,” says Allred . Amazingly, she claims that the affair ended only after the Jesse James cheating scandal broke last week. So did it really even end, then? Have they chatted lately? As for any evidence of the supposed relationship, Allred says that her client has “hundreds of texts, emails, and photos” documenting the years-long relationship. Asked if the woman plans to reveal her identity, Allred said, “I am sure she will be making that decision shortly.” We hope she makes the right one, and soon! We also hope Sandra Bullock borrows a 9-iron from Elin Woods.
