Once again, Chris Brown finds himself in the middle of a criminal investigation, but this time, the troubled star is the victim for a refreshing change. When Brown was jailed for getting kicked out of rehab back in April, he was taken across the country to Washington D.C. for his assault charge case. He spent the better part of a few months in jail early last year, as you may recall, but this bizarre ID theft allegedly happened when he was in transit. Before officials put Chris Brown on Con Air , one of his first stops was the San Bernardino County (Calif.) Jail, where he stayed for around a day. Even for brief stays, procedure requires a photo ID created for the inmate, and when the R&B singer moved on, that identification was left behind. Eight or nine months went by until this week, when the prison ID showed up online , on sale for $10,000. Chris’ lawyer, Mark Geragos, went ballistic. The San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Dept. launched an investigation, tracing the ID to someone in the area. Police seized it and grilled the suspect. The guy denied stealing it, playing the old “got it from a friend who got it from a friend” card. Police are still unclear how the thing got out of custody. An investigation is ongoing. Ironically, but not shockingly, Chris may have another of these photos taken any day now after his probation was revoked again .
As has been well publicized, Miley Cyrus really wants women to free the nipple . But in a new interview with E! News, the singer says she wants both genders to free their other private parts as well. “I think that most of it is just having the conversation and taking away the kind of embarrassment or guilt that people feel attached to sex,” Cyrus said in a chat with Marc Malkin. Miley is the new face of MAC Cosmetics’ Viva Glam campaign. She’s focused on intercourse at the moment because al proceeds from the hot pink lipstick and lip gloss created by Cyrus benefit the MAC AIDS Fund. “I think the way sex has been made to be seen as bad or guilty, I think it’s just opening up that conversation that’s saying if you’re doing it, protect yourself. And I think young people need to be talking,” Cyrus added. Cyrus, of course, is clearly comfortable with her own sexuality. She often poses topless and she once simulated oral sex on a Bill Clinton impersonator . The artist is no Kim Kardashian ; she rarely shills for products, but she’s making an exception in this case. “This was something… [I’m] shamelessly plugging because it’s going towards such an amazing thing,” she says. “Every penny of it! It’s not halfway going to help and halfway paying someone’s salary. Jennifer Lopez Reunites With Casper Smart It looks like J.Lo is back on the scene with her half-her-age former flame Casper Smart. The two fell on the outs for most of 2014 after Casper’s alleged taste for ladyboys came to light…but it seems like all is now forgiven, as the 45-year-old mommy-banger was seen slobbing down her former boy toy all New Year’s Eve at her Las Vegas appearance. The 45-year-old singer dated her 27-year-old choreographer for about three years before calling it quits in June 2014. While cheating allegations on Casper’s part were rumored to play a part in the break-up, the twosome kept it friendly post-split and were snapped together several times after parting ways. First, driving around Los Angeles together in August, and again in October when they were spotted having dinner at La Conversation in West Hollywood, Calif. Friday on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2, the fallout from Hank’s astonishing transsexual cheating scandal continued to ripple through the Wilkinson-Baskett abode. Watch Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2 Online If nothing else, last week’s season premiere and subsequent media appearances put to rest (mostly) the rumors that this scandal was somehow fabricated. In Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 2 , we saw more evidence that Kendra truly didn’t know how to react to these events, or her husband, in the ensuing weeks. There’s also the question of where the heck Hank even was this week. We see Kendra show up at doctor’s office for her baby’s appointment, on the verge of an utter breakdown as she gets heckled by someone on the way. Asked how she’s doing by the doctor, she can barely get words out. Obviously, we know she and Hank have not gotten divorced, or split up for good. For a period of time after this scandal broke, though, he was apparently MIA. When you watch Kendra on Top online this week, his absence was telling both for the turmoil he put her through but also the lack of drama on screen. Perhaps this was a good thing for him to take off, but as Wilkinson tells BFF Jessica Hall, the prospect of being a single mom terrifies her the most of all. Not that he’s AWOL, which is troubling in itself to be sure, but the broader issue of never having been alone; Kendra’s been with a man her whole adult life. Perhaps as a result of this fear, she reaches out to her mother. Kendra Wilkinson and Hank Baskett: In Happier Times 1. Kendra and 2 Hanks There was a time when Kendra and Hank looked to be a very happy couple. This photo was snapped in 2012. Big mistake, since she’s never liked Hank and hasn’t had a stable relationship with Kendra for that matter. But that is soon trumped by what happens next: Kendra finds Jessica Hall on the phone … with Hank Baskett! After she whispers directives to Jessica to guide the conversation, she tells Wilkinson after it’s over that she “owes it” to Baskett to at least hear him out. Does she, though? And is Hall the one who calls the shots? If she fielded the phone call, she must know Hank pretty well, and she’s a terrific long-term friend who is always there for her, including on the Season 3 premiere . Her opinion certainly does carry weight, but it’s Kendra’s call. Meanwhile, the paparazzi begin to circulate around her. We spent a lot of time hearing about how this stresses her out, and we have no doubt that it does, but it’s unclear how many guys really hound Kendra. Of course, given what Hank did with Ava London ? It likely takes one or two to send his scorned wife into an emotional tailspin once more. THAT is real. It looks like next week, on Kendra on Top Season 3 Episode 3, we’ll see the broken Baskett catch some more flak for his actions when he finally returns.
