Family Beats Teen Into Delivering Stillborn, Burns Remains A family assaulted a 14-year-old relative upon finding out that she had been raped by another one of their family members and had become pregnant. Via MailOnline : A 14-year-old sexual assault victim impregnated by a family member was beaten by other family members to deliver a still-born baby who then took the remains and burned them on a charcoal grill, prosecutors claim. The un-named victim was repeatedly assaulted between January and March 2013 when she eventually gave birth to a still born baby at the house in Pleasant Grove in Dallas, Texas. Prosecutors allege that Cedric Jones, 27, Sharon Jones, 45, Cecilia McDonald, 25 and Lonnell McDonald, 27, were all involved in charges of ‘engaging in organised criminal activity’ following the alleged assault, who according to court documents, are being held on a bond of $150,000 each. According to court documents, the young girl told Dallas police that she was sexually assaulted by a member of her family in August 2102, but did not report the abuse because she was ’embarrassed’. The suspects discovered the girl was pregnant in January 2013 and began attempts of forcing the victim to abort her baby. The family allegedly sought to conceal the pregnancy and dispose of the baby, in fear that Dallas Child Protective services would come and remove other children from the home upon hearing about the teen’s initial assault. Determined to end her pregnancy, one of the women force-fed the girl multiple birth-control hormones and home remedies, before resulting to even more extreme measures: According to an affidavit Sharon Jones is alleged to have given the girl ‘multiple doses’ of birth control pills as well as emergency contraception pills and cinnamon tablets. When the pills failed to abort the baby, Cecilia McDonald is accused of pinning the girl down while Lonnell McDonald ‘repeatedly bounced up and down’ on the girl as well as kicking her. The final assault, according to one witness who accompanied the girl to police, lasted six hours. It is alleged that the suspects wanted to dispose of the body in case Dallas Child Protective Services came and took away other children from the house because of the initial sexual assault on the victim. The attack continued until the girl started bleeding heavily and delivered a stillborn baby about two hours later. The affidavit claims the infant’s body was then burned on a charcoal grill. It is claimed that Sharon Jones paid Cedric Jones $25 to ‘take care of the rest of it’, dumping the remains in an unknown location. Disgusting. Hopefully they are all placed under the jail. We hate to say it so bluntly. But Kim Richards’ life is a wreck right now. Things just aren’t going well for The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star. Kim is scheduled to complete 90 more days of rehab in addition to the month she has already spent in treatment for an alcohol addiction. Plus, her daughter is about to get married, and Kyle Richards isn’t going to the wedding . Now, one of Kim’s BFFs just won a lawsuit against Kim over a pitbull attack. In March 2014, Kay Rozario filed a lawsuit, claiming Kim wouldn’t reimburse her medical bills after Kim’s pitbull, Kingsley, bit her hand. The bite was so bad, it went all the way to the bone. Yesterday, a judge sided with Rozario but drastically revised the amount of damages. Yes, The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star will have to pay. But not nearly as much as Rozario wanted. Rozario was seeking more than a million dollars. But according to court documents, she was awarded a mere $8,083. The judge cited that the medical bills were only $4,083. So she doesn’t need a million bucks. However, the judge did agree that she should be awarded more cash for emotional distress and trauma resulting from the attack. Kim’s dog seems to have as many problems as its owner. Kingsley also attacked Kim’s niece, Kyle Richards’ daughter, last November. As of late, the dog is at a private training facility. Via RadarOnline While NeNe Leakes has been living a fairy tale in Cinderella on Broadway, she’s been keeping her private life hidden away — especially her jailbird son’s dark secrets! While Bryson Bryant is no stranger to run-ins with the law with at least four past arrests, he just can’t seem to keep himself out of legal hot water. Most recently, RadarOnline.com has learned, Leakes’ son spent time in jail and court-ordered rehab after drug- and alcohol-related issues spiraled out of control in one wild year. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Leakes’ eldest son was found guilty of reckless driving by a Johns Creek, Georgia, judge in December 2013 — and his rap sheet only got thicker from there. A police report states that in June 2013 at 4:15 in the morning, Bryant totaled his silver Dodge Charger when he crashed and it flipped upside down in a ditch, leaving two utility poles broken in half in his wake. At the time, the Real Housewives of Atlanta star’s eldest son told police “darkness caused him to wreck.” But the officer indicated he could “smell the odor of alcoholic beverages resonating” from the reality star’s child. Bryant claimed he only had “one beer,” according to the report, but his “slow and deliberate response” to questions seemed to indicate otherwise. When he was taken to the hospital for “uncomfortable pain” in his right leg and to undergo X-rays, he tested positive for a blood alcohol level of .048 — below the legal limit of .08. Still, he was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. As a result of the arrest, Bryant was given a year of probation, but got a get out of jail free card when the judge ordered him to serve 30 days of house arrest in February 2014. Think that scared this kid straight? Not a chance! Bryant was ordered to undergo random alcohol and drug testing. However, not only did he fail to report to his probation officer four times in 2014; but also, he tested positive for cocaine, refused to pay fines of more than $1,200, and skipped mandatory DUI school. As a result, the young father was ordered to serve three months in jail starting in September and was released just two days before Thanksgiving on November 25, 2014. In a decision that undoubtedly put a damper on Leakes’ holiday plans, when Bryson’s stint behind bars came to an end he wasn’t technically a free man just yet. According to the court paperwork filed on Jan. 13, 2015, he was also ordered to check into “intensive” residential rehab for a minimum of six weeks! Leakes’ troubled son has previously been arrested for shoplifting, marijuana possession, driving with a suspended license, and other probation violations dating all the way back to 2010. According to court documents obtained by Radar, Phaedra Parks’ husband must surrender himself at the FMC Lexington prison in Lexington, Kentucky, on September 10 at noon. Though he originally faced up to 30 years in prison, Nida was sentenced to just eight years for fraud and identity theft back in July. He also must pay nearly $2 million in restitution. This is not his first time behind bars: He previously served six years for a car theft scheme. Damn homie. We wonder how long it’ll be before that divorce is finalized…something tells us Phaedra is done playing games with her criminal spouse.

People treat DOGS better than this. SMH. Parents Arrested For Caging Child Outdoors For Weeks Some people really just don’t deserve children . One couple caged their son up like a dog, kicked him repeatedly, and gave him only a bucket to use as a toilet for three weeks as “punishment.” Via MailOnline : A couple allegedly locked a seven-year-old in an outdoor cage for three weeks for punishment – with just a bucket to use for the bathroom and a cot. Jena Harman, the child’s mother, and her boyfriend, Alexander Smith, face up to 20 years jail for allegedly caging the child outside their Laramie, Wyoming, home. Police said the six-by-five-foot cage was made in June from cattle paneling and wooden snow fence with plywood covering half of the opening. A metal chain and ‘dog-leash-style latch’ were allegedly used to keep the child locked in with clothing, books, a toothbrush, toothpaste and a five-gallon bucket, Laramie Boomerang reported. According to court documents, the child, whose gender was not identified by authorities, spent most of the time inside the cage, including to use the restroom. The child ate once a day – if Harman remembered to bring food. Harman released the seven-year-old from the cage when Smith, a truck driver, was not around, according to police. Smith lived in a camper near the home. The child reported being kicked by Harman and Smith, sprayed with a hose and was kept in the cage outside even during rainstorms. Before moving to the cage, the child allegedly slept on the floor or on a couch in Harman’s home. Police arrested Harman and Smith on July 24 following a tip off. SMH! By now, even non-sports fans know who Donald Sterling is: He’s the bigoted billionaire who owns the Los Angeles Clippers and who doesn’t believe a respectable white person should be seen in public with an African-American . But what about V. Stiviano, the woman who taped many conversations with Sterling and who is at the center of this race-based scandal? Who the heck is this person?!? Only 31, Stiviano was born Maria Vanessa Perez. She spent years telling folks that she served as Sterling’s “archivist,” denying talk that she was the 80-year old’s girlfriend. But TMZ has obtained court documents – filed this month in conjunction with a lawsuit against Stiviano, in which Sterling’s wife accuses her of duping the owner out of millions of dollars – that tell a different story. Donald Sterling Racist Recording In these legal papers, Stiviano admits that she’s been involved personally with Sterling for years. The relationship is undefined, but Stiviano says it was “neither [a] hidden, closeted, nor a clandestine ‘affair’ at any time,” adding it was “open notorious, obvious and long standing.” V. Stiviano also refers to herself as a prop to show off Sterling’s “sexual prowess.” And, in the end apparently, also a prop to show off his extreme racism. Sterling and Stiviano are reportedly working on a settlement that will stop the leaking of these damaging recordings. Insiders say Stiviano is in possession of hundreds of hours worth of tapes, each depicting Donald Sterling as an awful human being, and that she’s willing to accept money in exchange for keeping the rest quiet.

Over the past couple years, parents ordering their kids to hold up signs in public has become an entertaining form of punishment. There was this example last year of a sign that decreed its owner as a ” self-entitled teenager ” and this one of a kid holding a sign that says he’s a bully . But the following is the first example in recent memory of man being ordered by a judge to publicly shame himself in such a manner. Edmond Aviv is a 62-year old resident of South Euclid, Ohio. In February, he pleaded no contest to a misdemeanor charge of disorderly conduct – and here’s why: For well over a decade, Aviv has been feuding with neighbor Sandra Prugh, a mother of two adult/adopted children with developmental disabilities. She also has a a husband with dementia and a paralyzed son. In court documents, Prugh says Aviv smeared feces on the family’s wheelchair ramp; hurled ethnic slurs at her African-American kids; and spit on her multiple times. For Aviv’s sentencing, the judge ordered this bully to hold the above sign for five hours on Sunday, requiring the lettering to be large enough that it could be read from 25 feet away. He was also ordered to serve 15 days in jail, undergo anger management classes and write an apology letter to Prugh.

Officials say a domestic violence victim managed to fend off her husband’s attacks by roughing him up in return, giving him a taste of his own medicine. And providing us with possibly the best mug shot ever in return. Derrick Maynard, 32, of Bartlesville, Oklahoma., had been drinking whiskey and was likely drunk when he began throwing objects and insults at his wife. Maynard’s wife told police that her husband then grabbed an unloaded rifle, pumped it several times, aimed it at her, and said, “you deserve to die.” Fortunately, she didn’t – and he soon got what was coming to him . An affidavit states that after Maynard began punching his wife in the head, the woman defended herself by kicking him several times in the face. Maynard then lost his balance, likely due to his inebriated state. Derrick Maynard Mugshot Police arrived and arrested Maynard on suspicion of aggravated assault with a weapon and threatening to kill … and the above photo was taken. According to court documents, the assailant was already in the process of completing 52 weeks of mandated court-ordered domestic violence counseling. He may need more counseling … and more than counseling. The abusive husband was arrested in September for domestic assault and battery, to which he pleaded guilty. Lesson not learned, apparently. He is currently being held until his court date January 3.
