Emily Maynard’s fiance, Ricky Hendrick, died in a tragic plane crash in 2004. Tuesday, on the anniversary of his death, The Bachelorette star tweeted a Bible verse as a poignant reminder that he is still present in her life and her daughter Ricki’s. Emily Maynard wrote, citing 1 Corinthians 2:9 … “However, as it is written: ‘What no eye has seen, what no ear has heard, and what no human mind has conceived – the things God has prepared for those who love him.'” She also linked to the the above photo collage. “Perhaps they are not stars in the sky, but rather openings where our loved ones shine down to let us know they are happy,” she captioned the touching image above. The search for missing Whitney Heichel, 21, has come to a close. Police located her body and arrested a neighbor, Jonathan Holt, 24, in connection with her death. Police reportedly found Whitney Heichel’s body on Larch Mountain, a 40-minute drive up winding roads from the Starbucks barista’s home in Gresham, Oregon. Authorities arrested an acquaintance and neighbor, after a series of interviews reportedly didn’t add up and they found his fingerprints and DNA in her recovered car. “Really words can’t begin to express the sadness that our families are experiencing tonight,” family spokesman Jim Vaughn said following the discovery of the body. Heichel, 21, was reported missing on Tuesday morning when she did not show up at 7:30 for work at Starbucks, which was just a five minute drive from her home. Not long after, her car was found in a Walmart parking lot with its passenger side window shattered. Her husband, Clinton, reported her missing at 10 a.m. “I called her several times,” Clinton Heichel said. “I texted her several times and then about 9:30ish, her phone got to the point where it went straight to voicemail.” Whitney Heichel’s bank card was used at two different gas stations within eight minutes, her husband said, and police had been studying a surveillance video. A man told police he recognized Heichel sitting in the passenger seat of her car at another station shortly before 9:30 a.m., but a man was driving. Children playing outside an apartment building found Heichel’s phone in some bushes on Thursday. Earlier in the week, a search team discovered tire tracks, broken glass and Heichel’s license plate on Larch Mountain, where they would later find her body. It’s been revisited in unlikely fashion, thanks to Sam Lutfi’s lawsuit against Britney. Lutfi says Britney overdosed on drugs , which he tried to stop, and that she owes him money for past managerial duties, along with damages for defaming him since. Her attorneys tell a drastically different story. Britney’s breakup with Justin a decade ago left her depressed and angry, the beginning of a downward spiral that lasted for years, an attorney for the Spears family said. In the defamation and breach-of-contract case brought against Britney and her parents by her Sam Lutfi , Leon Gladstone sought to portray Spears’ dad as her savior. Britney’s relationship with onetime fellow Mouseketeer Timberlake ” ended painfully ,” he said, after which her parents, Jamie and Lynne, noticed a change in her. “This is a story of a close family, but not a perfect one,” Gladstone said. “It’s a story of a man who actually wanted nothing more for his daughter than to live and be well.” “It’s a story of a father who has had to step up and take action that he never thought he would have to take… actions that didn’t perhaps endear his daughter to him.” Jamie Spears ultimately had to “force his daughter into rehab,” Spears’ counsel said. “He had to take her kids away. He had to get her into a conservatorship.” Britney underwent treatment at Promises in Malibu in early 2007 and ex-husband Kevin Federline was awarded primary custody of their sons, Sean and Jayden, that fall. The conservatorship was established in February 2008 after Britney Spears had been briefly hospitalized twice for psychiatric issues at UCLA Medical Center. At the same time, Jamie took control of his daughter’s estate, he and ex-wife Lynne (they have since reconciled) got a three-year restraining order against Sam Lutfi. They have accused him of manipulating their daughter and marshaling the paparazzi’s surveillance of her during the months he became her near-constant companion. According to the attorney, Jamie told Britney in 2077, “You are going to kill yourself or one of your kids,” and that’s when he pushed her to go to rehab. Britney flew to Antigua for treatment, but flew right back. Then she checked into Promises, but left after a day, prompting K-Fed to get permanent full custody. “To Jamie, this was a life and death battle,” he said, “and Britney at this point was at her most vulnerable – and at the point that she is at her most vulnerable, she meets Mr. Lutfi.” The rest, as they say, is history we’d rather forget.

My name is Amie and I am very excited about my very 1st Bieber Experience! It started when I got the tickets I begged my parents to buy me some. I was supposed to go to the San Antonio, TX show but I couldn’t find any good seats, so I ended up going to Glendale, AZ. I bought two tickets and was not sure of who I would take with me. At first I was going to go with my dad, but later decided to give the ticket to my sister and my niece. She is under two so she could get in for free. I signed up on BieberFever for the meet and greet contest and just wished for the best! The day before the concert someone stole my phone which was depressing. My day lightened up when I saw an email saying I had won the meet and greets! I could not believe I was going to finally meet my idol. We drove up to Arizona the day of the concert, it was only 5 hours away. I got in our hotel room and was so excited to get ready. Finally we got our wristbands to meet Justin. My sister was asking if she could just go in and let her daughter take a picture because she had one wristband. At first they would only let one of them, but eventually they let them both. I was so excited for my niece to meet Justin all because of me! While standing in line I saw Kenny. Kenny then said “Next” and I lost it by then. I heard Justin say, “Hey how you doing?” with the brightest smile ever! He took my waist and gave me a hug. I was standing right beside him and I did not say one word..I was frozen! I think the only thing I said was “hey.” I saw Fredo in the back taking pictures and just watching everyone. I felt chills all over my body and my eyes got watery. They took the picture and Justin said, “Bye hope you enjoy the show” and than I passed right by Fredo and touched his hand. As soon as I left the curtains, I cried my eyes out and came back to life! I was laughing and crying at the same time. I could not believe I had just met my inspiration! I looked at my sister and continued to cry while hugging her. When I saw my dad in the distance I ran to him and just cried another big river. I have never felt so emotional inside. We than went to the concert and everything and just amazing! I was so grateful that I went to the show were his OLLG was Avalanna . It was very special and I cried through the whole song to be honest. After the show I ran to the side where Justin’s bus was. I waited for the longest time and I saw him wave from inside when he was leaving. After waiting a little bit longer, to my surprise Dan and his wife came out. We all yelled and screamed and sang the Famous “DAN KANTER SONG.” Then his wife started dancing haha. He looked back and said, “I love you guys” and waved! it felt so amazing. After that we only saw his backup dancers and still cheered for them. It was the best day of my life other than seeing him for the first time ever on November 5 2010. (BTW, I’m the one in pink that’s not holding the baby, that’s my sister). I want to thank Justin for everything. I will always reach any goal I want in life. Justin if I meet you again, I will talk this time, I was just so nervous.
