Today in aint isht scumbag news… George Zimmerman Requests Trial Delay To Review School Records And Social Media Accounts Of Trayvon Martin Self-appointed neighborhood watchman scumbag George Zimmerman and his shady azz lawyers are still stalling. The trigger-happy murderer and his defense team are now requesting more time to obtain information from school records and social media accounts in a desperate attempt to paint slain teenager Trayvon Martin, who was hunted and gunned down by Zimmerman while walking home unarmed, in the worst light possible. The Grio reports: Neighborhood watch leader George Zimmerman will ask a Florida judge to delay his murder trial and request that Trayvon Martin’s school records and information from the teen’s social media accounts be released. Zimmerman’s attorneys said in motions made public Monday that they expect to take between 50 and 75 depositions, and more time is needed to review all of the prosecution’s evidence. Zimmerman’s attorneys say they’ll also ask the judge to allow Martin’s school records to be subpoenaed, as well as information from his Twitter and Facebook accounts. Smh…justice for this young man and his family seems to be no where in sight.

George Zimmerman Gets A New Judge Self-appointed neighborhood watchdog George Zimmerman has managed to whine his way to a new trial judge while he stands trial for the murder of 17-year-old unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin. A Florida appeals court on Wednesday granted George Zimmerman’s request for a new judge. Zimmerman, the former neighborhood watch volunteer charged in the fatal shooting of Trayvon Martin, had said the judge presiding over his case has made disparaging remarks about him. “Although many of the allegations in Zimmerman’s motion, standing alone, do not meet the legal sufficiency test, and while this is admittedly a close call, upon careful review we find that the allegations, taken together, meet the threshold test of legal sufficiency.” Zimmerman said in the appeal that he fears Lester is biased against him and he wants a new judge to handle his case. Trayvon Martin murder suspect George Zimmerman is nearly broke, his lawyer said on Monday, and plans to ask the public to pay for his defense. “He really has to live as a hermit, unfortunately,” said Mark O’Mara of his client, who is awaiting trial. “He’s not doing well. He’s getting by.” His legal-defense fund, which once hovered around $210,000, is down to $50,000, with $20,000 in outstanding bills and no money coming in . George and his wife, Shellie Zimmerman , are out of work, living in hiding in Seminole County, and spending a ton deal of money on security. “Seminole County is unquestionably the most dangerous county, most expensive county for him to be in,” O’Mara told the media this week. He intends to ask the court to declare George Zimmerman indigent, which would mean that he needs the public to pay for his legal expenses. Zimmerman, again is free on bail, also will ask a judge to let him leave the county. “I want him safe. If he’s out of state, so be it,” O’Mara said. The request to be declared indigent will be awkward, given that he was raking in money this year – and had his bail revoked for not disclosing it. Zimmerman, from his cell at the Seminole County Jail, was directing his wife to move the money from one account to another in $9,990 chunks. Presumably, this was done to appear broke and qualify for a lower bond amount; in any case, O’Mara claimed he never knew about those funds. In any case, Zimmerman, a Neighborhood Watch volunteer, is charged with second-degree murder for killing Trayvon Martin, an unarmed teen. Zimmerman says he acted in self-defense, that the 17-year-old punched him and broke his nose, then got on top of him, threatening his life. But prosecutors allege Zimmerman is guilty of racial profiling, spotting the African-American teen, suspiciously following him, then killing him. Investigators say he missed opportunities to diffuse tension , though he has pleaded not guilty on all charges. His trial will be closely watched. Zimmerman apologized to Trayvon Martin’s parents at his first bail hearing and a second time in an interview on Fox News last month.

George Zimmerman To Give First Media Interview Since Trayvon Martin Shooting Attention-sloring, shady-azz suspect character George Zimmerman will sit down with Sean Hannity to give his first interview since he shot and killed 17-year-old unarmed teenager Trayvon Martin. George Zimmerman will appear on The Sean Hannity Show tonight for a full hour in his first media interview on the killing of Trayvon Martin, TVNewser reports. The Fox News show airs at 9 p.m. ET. This isn’t the first time Zimmerman has spoken to the Fox News talks show host. In April, before he was charged and arrested, Zimmerman called Hannity and engaged in an off-the-record conversation, TVNewser reports. Hannity said at the time that he had agreed not to discuss what they talked about. A Fox News Channel spokesperson batted down speculation that Hannity had paid for tonight’s interview, telling TVNewser that Fox News host “has never offered to pay any legal fees or any fee associated with George Zimmerman.” Paid legal fees in exchange for 15 minutes of fame and lies? I find London really inspiring and River Island loves to have fun with clothes. George Zimmerman has been accused of a new heinous crime. In just-released audio tapes related to the Trayvon Martin shooting , a family friend – who simply goes by the moniker “Witness9” – tells authorities that Zimmerman sexually molested her many times between the ages of 6 and 16. “He would reach under the blankets and try to do things,” the woman says, adding that the incidents mostly took place at Zimmerman’s parents’ house. “I would try to push him off, but he was bigger, stronger and older.” The unidentified female was contacted by prosecutors about a month after the Martin shooting, with these tapes recorded on March 20. She told investigators she finally came forward with the allegations because it marked the first time in her life she was “not afraid” of Zimmerman. The woman said she has no knowledge of the shooting in question, but verified that Zimmerman made disparaging remarks about African-Americans when the two were young. Zimmerman was eight years old and the woman six when the alleged molestations began. She added that she was not his only victim. “He was very charming and personable with everybody in the family. But he was different behind closed doors with me… He was very intimidating.” The final incident took place when the woman was 16, she said, explaining that Zimmerman massaged her neck and kissed her until she ran out of the room. He was supposedly confronted about the actions by the woman and her parents in 2005, quickly apologized and walked away. Zimmerman remains in jail at the moment as a judge decides whether to reinstate his bail.
